Amazing Dental office. I came here to finally take care of my teeth after they had been neglected for quite a few years Allie and Melanie did an amazing deep cleaning Allie was incredibly efficient and Melanie was so caring. Matt did my xrays. Sue was very informative in going through my upcoming work and insurance coverage. Dr. Adams was professional and informed me about my options in a professional and unhurried manner. Emily at the reception was so helpful and was able to find open slots for me to visit. Taking a lot of names here 🙂 But it seems like I know the staff very well after a few visits. Could not recommend this office more!

Always had a great experience at Dr. Adams’ office. Dr. Adams and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they guide you through every procedure step by step, so that removes the “fear of the unknown” that most people face when they visit their dentist. If you’re nervous about visiting the dentist like I am, this is the place to go! Shout out to Emily and Matt for always making me feel welcome. I am glad I chose this practice for my dental care!

Dr Adam’s and his staff are great. This time I had Teri. She did the periodontal maintenance on my crooked teeth and is sincerely, a true professional. I would give Dr. Adams and his team 10 stars if I could. As a first-time patient, I was a bit apprehensive. After my visit, I realized I had no need to be concerned. Dr. Adams and his staff are amazing! I received the best treatment. Dr. Adams is an excellent dentist. He and his staff are very professional and also personable and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Adams for five years now and the services he provides are great. Dr. Adams is extremely attentive to the patients needs, and has always gone above and beyond to ensure that I feel safe and comfortable whenever I had to get a procedure done. I once had to do a root canal and I expressed how fearful I was feeling once I found out that Dr. Adams did not do root canals, but he referred me to a root canal specialist who would take care of me. I used to have dental anxiety due to my previous dentists, but since becoming a patient at his practice I’ve slowly gotten over that anxiety. Dr. Adams is simply the best, and his staffers are equally as good, providing great services with a gentle approach.

Dr. Adams and his staff are professional and courteous. They also take the time to respectfully explain to you what you are doing right and wrong in terms of caring for your mouth and teeth. I so liked his practice that I recommended him to my wife and now she is a patient as well. If you want a caring, courteous and professional dentist office, you can’t go wrong with Dr. Adams and his exceptional staff.

This is an awesome office. Debbie runs a super front office she is always helpful and nice. Assistants are knowledgeable, and love to share how to keep your teeth healthy. Dr. Adams takes all the time needed to explain what he will be doing, he is personable, and super relaxed. If you need a crown this is the office to go to. They do it all in one appointment. The office is super kid friendly too!

Dr. Adams and his wonderful staff offer the best care I have ever experienced. From Emily’s bubbly personality at the front desk, Emi’s gentle care at my cleaning sessions, to Dr. Todd’s skillful and extremely personable approach, you always feel you are in good hands where they have your best in focus. When I was going to extract three wisdom teeth in one setting, I was admittedly nervous, but Dr. Adams talked me through the entire procedure and the whole experience was over within 30 minutes. No pain, no complications, everything went smoothly. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when visiting the office, and for the first time, I am excited to go to the dentist. I highly recommend that you pay them a visit too.

After years of not having a dentist, I was fortunate to have a good friend who introduced me to his, the practice of Todd Adams, DDS. This office, and everyone in it, is simply a gem. The front desk is warm and genuine. The hygenists are skilled and thorough. And Dr. Adams is a thoughtful, direct, and talented dentist at the heart of it, who has all possible options at his fingertips, and is someone you are always glad to see. I, at first had concerns about the whole implant procedure. It took me some time for me to actually research the procedure and decide on the best care. After my research and after several consultations, it became apparent to me Dr Adams and his staff were the most qualified and experienced. Having the procedure started this week, I am very satisfied with the care & thoroughness of my implant. Best of all, there was very little to no pain. Any fears I had, were dashed right after the procedure. True to their word, thank you Dr. Adams and staff. Jim R

I have been a patient at this location since around 1999-2000, and a patient of Dr. Adams since he took over. I have moved several times around the bay area since then, but have never changed Dentists! I will make the trip to Sunnyvale specifically because of the professionalism in every aspect inside this office; from the greetings you get from Debbie or Emily at the front desk (who is amazing in her sincerity and friendly demeanor!) to every professional hygienist, (recently I had David~ who was so thorough & gentle, it was almost relaxing and ‘spa’ like!? lol) and Dental assistants I have had throughout the years. And Dr. Adams himself is so friendly and top notch in knowledge, communication, interaction, technology, and the professional process and outcome of each task he performs! It’s not such a daunting trip to the dentist because of the friendly, gentle, professionalism you find here! : )

Thank you Dr. Adams and staff for your excellent care of my dental needs. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I have received top notch, competent, outstanding and professional care for all my dental needs. Most recently, my front incisor crown had to be replaced. The staff went out of their way to provide this service in a timely way. Dr. Adam’s attention to detail in perfecting the crown so that it not only matched, but also the appearance is just fantastic!! One feels welcome and cared for in this office.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Adams and the team for 6 or 7 years. Always top notch, professional, extremely friendly, and timely care at their office. Super clean environment with modern equipment and processes. Recently visited during COVID and the precautions in place were really excellent. They’ve had the floors redone, removing all carpeted surfaces for easy cleaning, everyone wearing plenty of PPE, air purifiers running in each room, and multiple screenings before we were let into the building.

Dr. Todd Adams has been our dentist for over 5+ years. The office is clean, well appointed. His staff his competent, friendly, helpful, and engaging. Dr. Adams is congenial, experienced, responsive, and talented. My husband and I feel fortunate to have a dentist with his expertise and talent. Just today I had a wisdom tooth replaced. I was amazed how easy the procedure was, and felt both he and his assistant were competent, professional, and explained what they were doing and what to expect. When I left the office, I told my husband that I could almost say I spent an hour and a half at a spa! Ridiculous statement, but the essence was true to the description. The day before I had gone in for a six month teeth cleaning, and was able to tell the dental assistant that it was the best cleaning I had ever had. I wrote this review because I like to share the good news and help others who may be looking for an outstanding dentist in Cupertino/Sunnyvale area.

Dr. Adams and his staff are excellent. I’ve been going to Dr. Adams for a few years now. Dr. Adams has good hands, is gentle and does a terrific job on examinations, fillings and more advanced procedures. Recently he installed two crowns for me. He did a great job and they feel terrific. I’ve had a total of seven crowns installed and the two done by Dr. Adams feel, by far, the best of any I’ve had. Dr. Adams’ staff, Debbie in particular, are always on top of things, communicate clearly and do a wonderful job wrangling all the paperwork and insurance that needs to be completed.

Wow! What a great experience! Dr. Adam’s and his staff treat you like you were the most important patient in the world! Who have have known that a deep cleaning could actually be pleasurable? Many thanks to my Dental Hygienist, Emily for making this happen. Happy to say that my family and I are now patients for life!

Emi is the best hygienist, always so gentle and talks you through every step. She makes going to the dentist so easy! If you are nervous about dentists, then this is the place for you! I was referred to Dr. Adams from a guy my husband works with. He was a friend of his. Based on this we tried him. I was expecting the usual dentistry with adequate hygienists and a dentist I can go to for routine cleanings. What I found was an amazing staff who takes customer service to heart. The service from the front staff has always been with a smile. When I’ve had questions with my bill, they take the time to help me understand. I may still owe them $$ but I’ll most likely pay them gladly. The dental staff and Dr are thorough. I’ve had a few cleanings there now and they educate when they find something in my mouth to talk about. I feel respected and validated. My young daughter has had a few fillings at their office and with the first filling she was freaked out and scared. The dental staff tried all the tricks to calm her down, were patient with her, and we eventually got through it. Netflix streaming her favorite show helped. My family is very happy with this office and would recommend Dr. Adams if you’re looking for a great experience.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I was anxious about going to a dentist in the first place and wasn’t finding a lot of kindly reviewed Dentists.  There was a one anomaly: Dr. Adams.  and it proved a smart gamble.  He and his staff are kind courteous, up to date with medical technology and well just plane AMAZING!!! Upon returning to work I recommended him to 5 coworkers. ‘Nuff said

I wasn’t ever happy to go to the dentist – but now I am! The team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and always makes me feel like a patient they care about. My husband referred me here and I’ve received great timely treatment for issues I avoided for years and the team has always treated them empathetically. I truly appreciate the team and the experience they provide. Thank you!

Of all the days, last Friday my tooth broke in half and I sent a text message asking what I should do. I got a call back immediately to see if I can come for the check up as the Doctor was going to be off for Thanksgiving this week. I was attended to right away, and it was a broken crown. The facility is equipped with onsite equipment for 3D scan, tooling for making a crown (grinding from a block, polish, bake etc). All in all, I was out from the facility in 3 hrs with a brand new crown installed. The staff is courteous and attentive and the work was done to my satisfaction without any hiccups. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been taken care at Dr Adams’ office for 10+ years. The staff is very welcoming, efficient. Patient care is outstanding. Dr Adams’ office also uses hi-tech in their procedures. They are transparent and explain so patiently. We are one of those clients who would recommend Dr Adams to anyone in the Bay area even if they have to commute 30+ miles. Yes we do!!! Keep up the good work Team Dr Adams.

I’ve got my tooth alignment and much more done by Dr Todd Adams and I have to say the place is awesome. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians are awesome and helpful. I was initially hesitant to visit them during the covid, but hey follow really good safety guidelines and I have paid them multiple visit during the Covid crisis and did not contact any virus. For my alignment, am happy to have worked with Matt, he is funny, he worked on scanning my tooth and give me a visual demonstration of what needs to be fixed. He helped with the follow-up appointment as well, where the aligners have to be fixed. Matt gave me a tour of the product on how to wear them, clean them. Dr. Adams as always is awesome, he worked on widening the gap in my lower tooth and he work is always top notch. Am happy with all the dental work I’ve had here since the past 2 years and highly recommend.
