My daughter previously saw another Orthodontic practice in the area for Phase I braces. We weren’t very happy with them, so we decided to try Dr. Bo for her Phase II. Dr. Bo and his staff have been wonderful. My daughter got her braces off in January and I am just amazed at the beautiful job they did on her teeth. I would never take my kids anywhere else!!!!

Four of us in my family have completed treatment with Bovenizer & Baker Orthodontics, and the results speak for themselves! EVERY aspect of how this business runs is exceptional. Front Staff: Courteous, friendly, accommodating of crazy family schedules. Technicians: Gentle, professional, great with teens. Atmosphere: Hot coffee, freshly baked cookies, IPads, big screen TV’s, reward wall, beautiful, open waiting area. Community support: Philanthropy at it’s best! They support our high school band program along with dozens of other community events. Financial: They worked with us when three were in braces at the same time! Filed all the insurance paperwork and made it a breeze. Orthodontics: State of the art scans, 3D printed retainers, top notch board certified care. Results: Phenomenal bite, straight, bright, vibrant smiles! I tell people all the time, “Save yourself the trouble of getting other quotes/opinions, you are in the best hands here.”

Dr. Bo helped my daughter have an amazing smile! Although over 50 years old, I decided to ask Dr. Bo to help me by improving my smile. After 3 months in braces, I stopped having headaches – not one migraine in the 18 months of treatment. I now wear the retainer faithfully at night, and am SO grateful I made the decision to get braces! Dr. Bo and his office are the friendliest, most flexible, accommodating and truly dedicated staff anywhere. Adults should absolutely ask for an assessment and consider a treatment plan – every person, no matter what his or her age, deserves a healthy, beautiful smile! Thank you Dr. Bo!

My three children have been patients of Dr.Bovenizer and Dr. Baker through the years. We have had a great experience each and every visit. The office and staff run like clockwork with always a smile and a friendly disposition. The doctors are very skilled and dedicated to their craft. They are not satisfied until they can achieve the best possible results. It is a well run business and most importantly a business run with such care for the patients. Dr.Bovenizer also supports community fund raising events giving back to different organization and the schools his patients attend. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the choice we made bringing our children to Bovenizer Orthodontics!

I had an appointment today, and Chasity was my dental assistant. She was super nice and made sure to let me know whenever she was doing something that might startle me. I also liked that she didn’t make me talk while her and the doctors were working in my mouth, but waited until I could speak freely. I hope I get her again soon!

A true “MASTER” of his craft! From the minute you enter his office, you are treated like family! He puts both my 9th grade son and very shy 5th grade daughter at ease with his outgoing personality, pain-free dentistry and professional yet fun demeanor. My kids actually look forward to going to his office! Hands down, you will NOT find a better Orthodontist!

Excellent experience! Super lovely staff. Very clean office- everyone had on masks, hand sanitizer everywhere and they were super efficient and careful moving patients around. You pull up to a parking spot- give them a text you’re there and they come get you- easy peasy. I felt super comfortable and safe the whole time. I’m not a typical patient- I had my braces taken off 18 years ago and this weekend my bottom permanent retainer finally gave out. They made time for me the next day to explore my options- I had it replaced and it was quick and easy and they were so nice and made me feel very comfortable. The women working at the front desk where I paid were also lovely and explained everything and just the experience was great from start to finish. Also- huge win for me personally was the bowls of sour patch kids and wild berry skittles in the lobby. I will definitely be back for any orthodontic needs and highly recommend.

Omg, this place is like braces wonderland, if there was such a thing. It’s literally fun to come here! It’s open & clean and comfy. There are all these different little nooks kids can sit and wait with and chairs and sofas and an overall home-like atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. There’s snacks, flavored water machine, multiple TVs (not too loud!) with various kids-through-adult programming, and my fav–Starbucks machine! Like real coffees, teas, & lattes. Just push the screen to choose and real Starbucks is poured into real Starbucks cups! I’m in love. Oh, and my son likes it too, LOL. I mean he’s having to get braces so what more is he gonna say. But he def thinks it’s cool.  🙂

My 10-year old daughter had a consultation today with Dr. Bo. Our experience there was excellent from the moment we walked in until we left. The staff was so warm, welcoming, and so friendly. We even met fellow Miamian, Maria.  Dr. Bo was thorough and gave us honest and great advice. We previously saw other orthodontists that wanted to immediately begin treatment, which I questioned. I was very happy with Dr. Bo’s assessment and his advice. When my daughter is ready to begin, we will definitely be coming back here.

I received a second opinion consultation by Dr Bo and ended up selecting him for my orthodontic treatment. His consultation was thorough and straight forward and he explained my treatment plan in language I could understand. I was paranoid about getting braces in my forties but his staff took their time answering my many questions and put me at ease. I feel like they are going through my treatment with me! The day of installation was as good as it could be with them walking me through what to expect and how to care for my teeth. Dr Bo even called me the day after to check on me. I feel like my teeth are in great hands with Dr Bo and I can’t wait to see the results. His staff is pleasant and welcoming and I do feel like a member of their family. Update: It’s 19 mos later and my braces are off. My teeth look and feel fantastic!! I cannot say enough good things about this orthodontic practice. They were patient with me through every poke and pain. I will miss this staff now that my braces are off :).

I had heard wonderful things about this place from my boyfriend who had gone here as well as his brother and friends. I was new to North Carolina and had always wanted to make some slight modifications to my teeth. Dr Bo and Dr Baker and all of their staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable! Their customer service is beyond great and honestly, it always feels like I’m visiting family when I go. I can’t recommend this place more!
