Dr. Connell and his staff are very friendly and seem to actually want and value your service. Before my treatment got transferred to him, I got the impression that he didn’t want to waste my money. At first, I was doing treatment with Invisalign. When I came to his office for a consult, he asked tons of questions about my experience despite what my previous Orthodontist was telling him. It was like he was wanting to know what I wanted to do rather than run with what my Orthodontist wanted. After I considered wearing braces and starting over because I was tired of waiting for Invisalign and felt that the progress was moving along too slow, he accepted me. My appointment wasn’t until weeks later to make sure that I was sure about my decision and I didn’t have to pay anything down until the braces were applied. Ever since the application of my braces, I’ve been very satisfied. He explains what he doing and gives me an update on how my teeth are moving. Since I chose the ceramic braces, he even gave me the option to come in more frequently to have the rubber bands changed because they stain very easily. I’m very happy with my results so far as it’s been about 4 months.

Our children have been patients of Dr. Connell over the last 7 years. Everyone at the Oak Creek office, whatever their role, has always made us feel welcome, comfortable and important. Dr. Connell has guided our kids through expanders and braces with care and understanding. Our experience has been nothing but positive.

There are many kind and energetic people who work there, (Especially Courtney). Everyone there has done such a wonderful job fixing my teeth, but my one issue is that they have horrible music playing whenever I come in for an appointment. Otherwise a really great place to get your teeth fixed.

Dr Todd and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Todd reviews each person’s case to determine the best course of action and makes sure that both the parents and child understand his plan and all parties agree on the course of treatment. Our daughter has enjoyed her ortho experience and felt that Dr Todd and his staff cared about her and her smile.

Dr Connell is an amazing orthodontist!! He puts the patient first rather than trying to make money. My daughter has a health condition that has affected not only her teeth but also the structure of her mouth. He has provided continual care for her to help her have a nice smile as well as an aligned bite. He does not work in phases as other orthodontists do. He is very affordable and reasonable in price. He is very gentle, caring, and has a charming personality. I highly recommend him!

The people are really sweet their I love going there I have a great time every time I go see them! I’m so glad I picked Dr. Todd connell orthodontist they are just amazing! I love going there it’s so nice and clean to be honest nobody is mean to anyone well from my experience there I could be wrong but I doubt it! These people deserve to do what they do nobody can tell them wrong or tell them what to do if their a patient like in mean ways! These people are so amazing and I always have fun when I go there because I get to pick out the crazy colors and they work hard to keep this place open too they try their best like I love everyone there people they are literally so nice to everyone! I hope you enjoy and continue going here guys their so amazing I would stick with them because of how nice, sweet and amazing they are and to pick out some crazy colors for braces! First off, I’d like to thank Dr. Connell for his excellent work with my braces. I wore them for three years and recently got them off. Every appointment, the staff were very helpful. The braces themselves did a great job and my teeth look great now! Everyone is very helpful and great at their jobs. I would completely recommend this location and the location in Brookfield as their orthodontic work is excellent.

Wish I found him first. We there for 2nd opinion consultation, Dr. Connell was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He gave me suggestions which helped in me making my decision, this review is not about orthodontics treatment with him. Because I already have braces it was just a consultation, which was pleasant and his office staff was very welcoming. Not a long wait to see him

Being this was my first child to undergo orthodontic treatment, I shopped around and took her to five different orthodontists who all gave me differing opinions on how to handle her case of severe overcrowding of teeth. It became very confusing to us because they varied in their opinions on which approach to take. I wasn’t completely comfortable with any of them, but when we had a consultation with Dr. Connell, I knew his discovery approach was the right one. He explained things very thoroughly from the start and his priority was on implementing a treatment that both my daughter and I understood and were comfortable with. He also worked closely with my daughter’s dentist, when needed, so that dental issues could be coordinated in the best way possible with the orthodontic treatment. All throughout the process, Dr. Connell and his staff were completely professional and thorough. I am an adult with braces. I have dreamed of getting braces for what feels like a life time. I heard wonderful reviews about Dr.Todd Connell. Even through a pandemic, I was able to get in very quickly once reopened. From my first conversation to my most recent visit all staff has been incredibly informative, kind, thoughtful and patient. I have had such a positive experience! Every visit, Dr. Todd Connell asks me how everything is going, I tell him how satisfied I am with my progress. I absolutely recommend Dr. Todd Connell for orthodontics, not only do you get amazing results, but you get a wonderful experience and are surrounded by kind caregivers!
