Great experiences here overall. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now even though I live kind of far away. It is a nice facility with very friendly and helpful staff. I always have a comfortable time with the procedures. Despite being nervous the first few times, I don’t ever experience any pain. Recently I had a wisdom tooth extraction and I was pleasantly surprised how easily the process went. I’m very grateful to Todd Gentling and everyone working here.

Wonderful experience even though it was a root canal 🙂 Dr Todd and his assistant Tracy were amazing, I was very comfortable during the procedure and they were extremely attentive to any discomfort I might acknowledge. Dr Todd explained what they had done and what to expect over the next few days and even years. Staff was very friendly as well including the folks at the front desk. The office is amazing, makes you feel welcome and I love the extra touch of the relaxing herbel hand soap and lotions in the bathroom. I highly recommend using them as your dentist!

This morning one of my temp veneers came loose. I called the emergency number and Dr Gentling answered himself. With in approximately 45 min I met him at his office and he fixed it. My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Gentlings for about 17 years. They are like a family. They have been supportive beyond being a dentist office and that is saying a lot. They are community which means a lot to us. I burned my bridges because I had to cancel at the last minute. They kept to their policy and I understood that. However, I refused to go to another dentist. I waited out my penance and returned like the prodigal daughter to the dentist office to resume my relationship. It was if I never left. His staff is really good about calming my nerves and making me feel at ease. They are friendly and courteous on the phone and work to get you in as quickly as possible. I have a huge phobia when it comes to the Dentist and Dr Gentling understands this, he cares about it and is compassionate towards me. He lets me know everything he’s doing. When they numb me before a procedure, I have never felt the needle or been in pain in any way. If I start to feel uncomfortable they stop and make sure the area is numb before continuing. I will never go to any other Dentist. I have been to many in the past but he is the best I have ever been to. I would recommend them above all others!

I went in early one morning, a new patient, with much pain from a “broken” tooth. They got me right in, then referred me to a specialist for additional X-ray. I came in for a cleaning and to check a sensitive tooth that I thought might be a cavity. Actually it was not a cavity, but only some gum receding away from my teeth. Dr. Gentling and my dental hygienist, Betsy, answered all my questions and concerns to the fullest, including the possibility of gum surgery. They didn’t recommend gum surgery but recommended trying a specific toothpaste for sensitive teeth for 2 months. Dr. Gentling told me how specific toothpastes can work to fill in the gaps of my tooth enamel, helping to ease the sensitivity. He also recommended a more natural,non-abrasive, toothpaste for whitening. I was given a new toothbrush and samples of sensidine and floss. My daughter was my driver and in the exam room. She also had questions, which were answered fully. We both bought the whitening toothpaste before leaving. All in all, for a cleaning, it was a comfortable and informative visit. It’s a beautiful and clean facility in Broken Arrow with a friendly staff. I have been going there for many years. When Dr. Gentling and staff designed the stand-alone building, they included waiting rooms for adults and one for children with games, etc. To create a calming atmosphere, the exam rooms all have a TV tuned to your favorite channel, an extra chair for a friend, and a large window to look out with a small tree in a landscaped flower bed. My tree had a birdhouse in it. I do recommend Dr. Gentling and his staff for all your dental needs!

crown came off and they were able to get me in same day….in & out in about 40-45 minutes. Considering what i went in for the doc was understanding and i felt very confident. Brooke was the assistant and she did was awesome! They make you feel very comfortable here. i just started coming here recently because i followed the Hygentist here, Tara. Perhaps the best dental clinic in the area, with a very helpful staff, able doctor (Todd), friendly hygienists, and wonderful front office people. Their facility is state of the art and custom designed inside out. We walked in today to have my wife seen for a painful condition, and they accommodated her to be seen right away, despite being fully booked for the day. My wife walked out with the issue addressed and discomfort relieved. We recently moved to the area and it appears that we will have to look no further for a family dentist. Best dentist office I’ve ever gone to! Dr. Gentling is very personable and you can tell he is meticulous with his work. He sculpted 2 veneers to replace my top front teeth that were chipped from a fall. The veneers look even better than my natural teeth before they were chipped! The entire staff is friendly and well educated. The facility is upscale, extremely clean and I love having the ceiling mounted TV’s to watch. I’ve had cavities filled, 1 crown, 2 veneers and 6 month cleanings here. My husband and I plan to move to South Tulsa from BA, but will make the drive to stay with Dr. Gentling’s group. Very happy.
