This was the best experience with a dentist I’ve ever had. I had some major issues going on and had been afraid to see a dentist for many years. I walked into this dentist and Dr. Tabesh changed the way I perceive a dentist forever. I didn’t experience one bit of pain or discomfort at any point during my visit. She took her time and explained everything to me as she performed her practice. I had 6 abstractions performed and a deep clean and I am still mind blown over the professionalism and level of performance that I experienced. I left that day feeling secure and confident about my mouth for the first time in many years. It’s a cozy secluded and well maintained establishment with the most amazing staff. You simply feel at home. I’ve been back for follow ups and additional work and each time I visit it’s like no other experience. I can actually say for the first time in my life,  I look forward to my appointments and I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist. I highly recommend this Dentist and I assure you that Dr. Tabesh & her staff will give you the best overall experience

If anyone asks me for a dentist recommendation, I’ll be sending them here. There’s a good chance I’ll be starting future conversations with, “Good to see you again. You need a great dentist?” Everyone at this office is kind, smart, and FUN! There’s a joy that people radiate when they are happy. I feel that from the folks here. Is it weird to be super-enthused about your dentist? Because when it comes to Dr. Tabesh and her staff, I kinda am. After my last dentist moved offices to an inconvenient new location, I sought recommendations from family and friends and was referred to Dr. Tabesh. I wish I had looked for a new dentist sooner, because being a patient at Toluca Lake Cosmetic Dentistry is so much better than being with my previous dentist. I didn’t know what I was missing, but Dr. Tabesh’s careful attention to my teeth has already made all the difference. I previously had gotten a number of fillings and a couple crowns and some of them, it turns out, could have been done better (there were some open margins in crowns, i.e. gaps that could lead to sensitivity and/or further decay). Dr. Tabesh recently replaced one of my larger fillings with a  crown and actually had the crown partly redone (at no cost to me or my insurance) before installing (not sure that’s the right word for a tooth repair but so be it!) because it would have been uncomfortable to floss. In other words, I went from an office where some of my crowns weren’t even put on correctly to an office where someone cares enough to make sure my new tooth isn’t going to give me problems down the road. I’m extremely happy with my experience so far — both for this crown and for my cleanings overall — and I love the very personable and helpful staff here. All the charges to me and my insurance have been explained ahead of time, so I’m not blown away by a surprise bill later on. As to the cleanings, X-rays and overall manner, I am not a person who’s freaked by dental visits but I think even if you are, Dr. Tabesh and her staff are the type that will make sure you’re comfortable throughout. For example, I do prefer to be numbed before procedures (even if it means a bit of weird-mouthed drooliness later) and receiving the Novocain shot has been painless and effective each time. Last but not least, I think it’s cool that they keep a a bowl of Hershey candies in the waiting room. (A dentist offering you candy just shows she’s confident that you can enjoy sweets and she’s going to take care of your teeth well enough that she’s not pressed by it!)

I was looking for a convenient dentist near my work place, and my coworker recommended that I see Dr Tabesh. I hated going to the dentist, but I eventually took her advice because it was near. The first thing that Dr Tabesh did was handed me a gift basket and asked me to give it to my coworker for recommending me! I came during the holidays and I noticed on my way out that the staffs were filling out the holiday cards and were  including Starbuck gift cards. And then I remembered thinking that my old dentist never did that. It is nice to see that Dr Tabesh and staffs are so genuinely nice and take good care of their patients. I’ve since had two crowns, a teeth whitening, and will continue to come back for more. Friendly staffs and Dr. Tabesh’s nice disposition  aside, you would be a fool to overlook this place. I also like the fact that the staffs are helpful, quick to respond, and they are fun to talk to while they are doing your teeth

Dr. Tabesh is a fantastic dentist! I’ve been seeing her for general dentistry for two years, but also she did my veneers and did an awesome job. She has a really charismatic personality and is always upbeat whenever you go in for an appointment. They also have a great price on your regular dental cleanings so it’s affordable to get regular cleanings. What’s really stand-out about this office is the outstanding customer service. Both Tabesh and her staff have always been very accessible and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure that I’m comfortable during my visit, and to check in on me after some of the more in-depth appointments. When Tabesh did my veneers, I couldn’t eat solid foods and had some long appointments, so she bought me smoothies so I wouldn’t get hungry during the procedures. She spent extra time and scheduled extra appointments with me to make sure that the veneers would look exactly right. She also was very hands on in communicating with my periodontist and actually sat in on my periodontist appointment. Really top notch, thorough dentist who doesn’t cut corners and has high standards. Best dentist I’ve had!

Dr. Tabesh helped me with an abutment and crown after having to have a tooth extracted.  I had never had an implant before and she examined me when I had some tooth pain on a tooth that previously had a root canal.  She was very conservative with her plan and I appreciated that because I was nervous about having a tooth pulled.  Nine months later I have a beautiful new crown that fits so nicely in with my other teeth that it looks real.  My oral surgeon said she did an amazing job as well. Dr. Tabesh always explains everything and gives you options for what she can do to help you.  The staff there is really friendly and they help you get scheduled with very little wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Tabesh!

I have been going to Dr. Tabesh for the past few years and the service has always been excellent. Dr. Tabesh and her staff are truly as good as it gets! Everyone at this office is always so welcoming and caring.  I am in and out quickly and I don’t have to wait for hours in the waiting area or in the chair. Both Dr. Tabesh and her assistant Karla, took the time to explain everything thoroughly and walked me through the procedures step by step. The hygienist Natalia was very gentle with my deep cleaning and made it the experience so much easier. It is such a positive and atmosphere, but yet they are so professional and knowledgeable Dr. Tabesh is a rare find, indeed, and I’m so grateful for her.  She deserves every five-star review that you see here. She and her staff are truly that exceptional! If you’re looking for a top notch dentist, look no more!

Toluca Lake Cosmetic Dentistry is the best! Seriously. My girlfriend and I have been coming to the office for almost two years and can’t believe we got so lucky finding Dr. Tabesh. She and her staff (shoutout to Natalia and Carla!) genuinely care. I am definitely not someone who looks forward to visiting the dentist but they make it so easy. Dr. Tabesh is incredibly accommodating, personable, and knowledgeable. The office is always on top of everything. We couldn’t recommend them enough

Where do I even begin? After having some very traumatic dentist visits in the past I didn’t go to the dentist for an embarrassing amount of time. I hated my teeth and some previous bonding work and was getting married in a few months so I finally googled best dentist in LA for dental anxiety & Dr Tabesh came up. I bit the bullet and went in and was so relieved at how kind and patient not only Dr Tabesh was but her entire staff. I had to come in quite a few times over the process of veneers and at one point had broken my foot (I was a mess haha) and they always made sure I was comfortable and doing ok. I will never go to another dentist again. I’m so glad I found this office and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

When you find a good dentist and dental hygienists it’s hard to say good-bye. I’ve been seeing Dr. Tabesh, Carla, and Annie for years, and have since moved to Santa Clarita Valley but continue (and will continue) to trek back every 6 months, and as needed for my dental primary care. This entire crew is personable, sensitive, flexible, and honest. I had neglected my teeth for a pretty long time, mostly because I felt every time that I got back on the horse no difference was made – I still got cavities. I was upfront with Dr. Tabesh from the start, and instead of giving me the paternalistic fifth degree she asked me what my goals were for my dental health, and her entire team helped me to achieve them. When I first transferred care to her I had an old root canal that had “gone bad” and she called and DROVE me to a specialist the very same day for an opinion. She referred me to an orthodontist, and now I actually look forward to going to the dentist though she takes such good care of me that I only have to go every six months now. My teeth are not perfect, and I never expected or wanted them to be, but now I can smile with confidence, and they’re definitely more healthy. For such an intimate part of your health I can not recommend these ladies highly enough

If you’re like me, finding a great dentist is like finding a great hair stylist; you’ll want to keep them forever. Dr. Tabesh falls into that category. Not only is she dedicated to her profession, and takes great pride in her work, she genuinely cares about her clients. Her personable and friendly “girl next door” charm makes every visit a pleasant one. From a patient standpoint she and her staff always make sure I am comfortable and in no pain. Any question I may have regarding a treatment or a procedure she will thoroughly explain it to me so I am well informed. From a financial standpoint, Dr. Tabesh is very upfront and honest in regards to cost breakdown, too. So, to wrap this up I highly recommend Dr. Tabesh and her terrific staff, Annie and Carla, for all of your dental needs

I am so excited to leave a glowing review for this amazing dentist and staff. Starting at the front desk, Annie and Natalia were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made my entrance as a new patient easy and painless. Dr. Tabesh is friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and filled with nuggets of wisdom. Ben did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and was a fountain of knowledge and information, which he generously shared with me. I learned more about dentistry in one visit than I have in my entire lifetime! I went to see Dr. Tabesh because of the amazing Yelp reviews and she and her staff did not disappoint. I am happy to give them my highest possible recommendation!

I’d been putting off finding a dentist in LA because frankly it’s a nightmare. You’ve only got one set of teeth and you never really know if this new stranger is going to treat them well or leave you in a world of pain. But Dr. Tabesh really cares. I showed up with teeth that were ground down from stress and pushed out of alignment as well. She worked together with me to put together a plan to fix it all, even giving me tips on how to handle my insurance and offering referrals to other specialists. No pain, no pressure, no guilt, just help. Her entire staff is just as great as she is. They’re kind, gentle, smart, and unbelievably accommodating.
