I have already reviewed Dr. Toomin before with very high regards, I really love him everyone! I felt I needed to include another update with how much he and his team has done for me this past year. I got married in May, Dr. Toomin surprised me with teeth whitening before my wedding. How sweet and caring is that?! Then this past week I referred my husband and made a new patient appointment for him, yes I am one of those wives, and their office sent me an edible arrangement as a thank you. I mean come on! I truly love my dentist, he and his staff are so thoughtful and I feel right at home there. My dental hygienist is Anais and she is brilliant and thorough, she always takes care of me. If you are a new patient you do have a bit of paperwork to fill out, but I had my teeth cleaned that same day when I was a new patient, and my husband will get his teeth cleaned at his first appointment. They just ask you come in early to get the paperwork all filled out. They are medical professionals so it makes sense that there is paperwork! Anyways I love them so much I went there for years without insurance and if my current insurance didn’t work with them, I would still go there. Thankfully it does, but that is how much I love them

Came by the office for my regular check up after all these COVID-19 complications got a little more organized. Aside from wearing a mask, this visit was just like any other visit. There wasn’t people waiting in the wait area, the staff was attentive and welcoming as always. I felt comfortable being at the office. I was able to walk in and do what I came for and go about my day. In and out. Thank you guys for everything you do, I appreciate you all. Stay safe

I was highly recommended by a former client, who used to visit a few years back. I made the drive from Woodland Hills and stuck out traffic for nothing. Seems the staff might’ve changed quite a bit I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by a staff member conducting the x-rays. I recently had panoramic ones taken by THEIR recommended oral surgeon nearby about 10 days ago. They told me they could send them to Dr Toomin so it wouldn’t need to be redone. I meet Dr Toomin for the new patient consult (a whole ordeal), and he’s a nice, knowledgeable guy. He agrees we need to not redo panoramic, and tells one of the staff members to have pull it and have ready After my full standard set of xrays, another staff member instructs to get on the panoramic machine. I explain how Dr Toomin said otherwise and I had another one sent over. She leaves and quickly returns saying we have to redo it. I again ask why, and am explained that the scans they have aren’t good quality to use (this original machine that was used at the oral surgeon was much newer than theirs..). I’m not initially a confrontational person so I presume something happened when it was sent over, and reluctantly redo them, as she leaves the room to avoid UNECESSARY RADIATION EXPOSURE When I go back to the desk I ask why I had to redo it, and am told they got them, but haven’t even looked at them yet! But that it’s fine because it’s the same price.. At this point I’m pretty livid because no staff member should make up a reason to move the routine actions along. Il told by the receptionist that I didn’t have to do it.. well yeah but I protested and was told we had to redo it! I’m sure the radiation won’t have any noticeable effects but why should anyone trust this type of miscommunication and patient mistrust? You won’t get your teeth cleaned until the 2nd, most likely 3rd visit either. Yeah no thanks TLDR: Doctors are probably knowledgeable but the entire staff has communication issues, and one lied to make their job easier at the expense of my radiation exposure. Also the location isn’t fun to park at

This is unlike any other medical/dental office I’ve been to. I have been beyond impressed by Dr. Toomin and his staff. Not only are they friendly, personal, professional, accommodating, detail oriented and very thorough, I feel like that actually deeply care about the health of my teeth! They are very focused on preventative care and doing things 100% right. The quality of care you will receive at Toomin and Bieber is unlike any other. I am so thankful my family will be under their care! Also! Natalia cleaned my teeth and she was AMAZING! Very skilled, thorough and friendly!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Toomin for dental care for many years and he and the staff do high quality work with exacting standards. I appreciate their focus and attention to detail. All of the assisting staff is wonderful, but I particularly think Mae is a delight and I feel very cared for in her hands. Though everybody has been great. Unfortunately, they charge a bit more than many dental offices, but I have found it worth it so far….I feel comfortable with them

I have 63 years of life experience and countless hours of sitting in dental chairs. I now have the privilege of sharing with you the name of the most personable, caring, and professional Dentist I have ever known -Dr. Lawrence Toomin. He and his wonderful staff have managed to improve many aspects of a very complex number of conditions. My wife considers him a hero, (as do I) for helping me with my maladjusted bite/jaw popping which in turn has resulted in “No Snoring”!!  Do yourself, your family, and friends a favour and make an appointment to see him. You will be very happy

I’ve been going to Dr. Toomin for nearly 20 years and he and his team are exceptional.  I was referred to him by an oral surgeon who had to correct some terrible problems largely caused by my previous quack dentist and I would never consider going somewhere else.  All of the people in the office are professional and extremely competent and I get the sense that they really do love what they do and care about their patients.  I have referred friends and family who have also become long-time patients and we couldn’t be more pleased

I have been coming to Dr Toomin for so many years now and I can say that he is the best dentist in town. I used to not like going to the dentist but ever since I met him, my fear of dentist has gone because he is do thorough, caring and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him

I am a loyal customer of Dr. Toomin and Dr. Beiber and have been for over 15 years. These guys are fantastic! Dr. Toomin is my personal dentist. He’s courteous, caring, kind, gentle and above all… a great dentist. There was one weekend, Dr. Beiber even came in on a Saturday to provide greatly appreciated help when I busted a temporary crown! The entire office staff have the absolute best attitude and knowledge to give the highest quality dental work. Thanks for making my dental office-visits as pleasant as they possibly can be. The best!!! If you are looking for a dentist, go there. I have been a patient of Dr. Biebers for 17 years, he is astounding in his skill, patience and caring. From the front desk to the hygienists absolutely wonderful.

My family been going to Dr Toomin & Dr Bieber office for more 20 years and we love them! I always been look forward to go for check ups and X-Rays. The staff are so friendly and I truly enjoy seeing Dr Toomin. My favorite part of my check ups is getting my teeth clean by my favorite hygienist, Anais Azoian! She so kind, very gentle on teeth, checking for cavities, and a loyal friend! I truly recommend Dr Toomin & Bieber dentistry as the best in county!

Dr Toomin and Dr Bieber have a wonderful dental practice. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Dr Toomin performs a comprehensive dental examination that includes screening for cancer and assessing my bite and my TMJ alignment. I have never had a detailed exam like that before. He’s caring, smart and thorough. Agnes does a great job cleaning my teeth. I’m so grateful that I switched over to Toomin and Bieber. I feel good about my plan of care and my teeth are much happier!

I appreciate the time they take to identify issues and treat them in a manner that is specifically tailored to my needs. At this dentist office you will truly receive 5 star service. Being somewhat traumatized from other dentist offices, the experience I’ve had with Dr Toomin and his staff has made me feel safe and comfortable coming and taking care of the teeth.  They are attentive and knowledgeable about what  will make me have the best experience. Dr Toomin takes great pride in his work and will only want the best for you.  I highly recommend Tooimin and Bieber Dentistry!

I’ve been going to Toomin & Bieber for years. Yes, it’s dentistry but I always feel like I’m more @ a spa then a dental office as they make it so comfortable and so easy for me as a nervous patient. The entire staff feels like a second family and truly makes me feel @ ease and they work with me no matter my angst. They have amazing patience and they’re so thorough!! It’s fun going as it’s as if they’re close friends that you want to see and share all that is going on. When going to the Dentist, it should always be a positive easy calm experience of which Toomin & Bieber do provide. I can’t say enough great things about them as people and professionals. They are definitely my # 1 referral to my family and friends. Thank you for all that you are and all that you do…all of the time!!! Each and everyone @ Toomin & Bieber are truly lovely. Dr. Toomin and Dr. Bieber are the two most amazing dentists out there! Anyone who is looking to change or find a new dentist, look no further. They both are very detailed and make YOU feel important. The staff here is outstanding and provide excellent service. I never feel like i am just a “patient” here but they treat me like family since my first visit. Agnes, Shazi, Leti, and Anais are THE best hygienist out there! Mae, Ivy, and Desi are the dentist’s assistants and always make me feel great! Courtney, Liz, & Lindy are all so sweet. (

All around best Dentistry office I’ve been to and I have been to about 10 different places in search of a good professional honest team which I have found here. Dr.Toomin, Agnes Piramzyan and Mae Oraiz have been absolutely wonderful in helping me with my dental care and concerns. They have also really taken the time to explain their procedures and suggestions as well as throughly answering all of my questions. Thank you

I’ve been a Toomin-Beiber patient for the past 12 years which I personally believe entitles me to the Nobel Prize for patience and courage. As a lifelong dental coward I arrived at their office with few positive dental experiences and even fewer teeth.  Mark Beiber had to essentially rebuild my mouth. While I wouldn’t characterize this a particularly “fun” experience, I find myself, all these years later, still regularly going to these guys. Clearly, they must be doing something very right. Plus, the staff is simply and truly great!  I can wholeheartedly recommend Toomin-Beiber to all the other dental cowards out there

Best dentist office! I have gone to a number of dentists over a long period of time with mixed results. From childhood, I learned to hate these visits, associating the dentist with pain and discomfort. This continued for years, through multiple dentists. I finally ended up with Dr. Toomin 8 years ago. He and his office were the first to EXPLAIN how I could best take care of my teeth; until then, I had never been told to floss, told I was grinding my teeth at night (requiring a tooth guard), and the various tooth brushes to use on difficult areas of my mouth to reach. He has professionally replaced crowns and done work that should have been done by others years ago. The office is highly professional, caring, and interested in making the experience as pleasant as possible. I have never felt more comfortable and secure with a dentist than with Dr. Toomin and his staff

I have been Dr. Toomin’s patient for TWENTY FIVE years!  This alone should tell you something. Dr. Toomin is awesome, as is the rest of his team.  Over the course of the past quarter century, I’ve had various procedures completed, all with excellent results.  Dr. Toomin often presents a number of options with each case, and informs me exactly what to expect from each.  Dr. Toomin is kind of a perfectionist, but I don’t mind!  He’s also a great guy, and takes the time to explain each procedure.  He often follows up after appointments to make sure everything is okay.  Dr. Toomin’s assistant Mae is great, also.  They make a great team and work well together so that each appointment is efficient. I don’t mind going to the Dentist!  How often to you hear someone say that??!!

I would like to rebut the review of LP.. this individual has no idea that dentistry is a process. The fact that Dr. Toomin and Dr. Bieber sit with you and have a conversation and not an “INTERVIEW” to assess your tooth health needs is a great thing. Not many doctors take the time to get to know their patients. Since you were a new patient, they don’t know your dental or health history. Most dentists will not and should not work on your teeth without knowing your background. Let’s go with a hypothetical situation. What if they cleaned your teeth without knowing anything about you and one or several teeth are infected? Now, a new situation has developed which could’ve been avoided if they knew your history. If all you wanted was a simple cleaning then go to a simple dentistry office that is a clinic and don’t give personal service. Dentistry is expensive and if you have proper insurance it should be covered depending on the type of procedure being performed. Not all procedures are 100% covered by any insurance company. You will have to come out of your pocket for some things. As far as the parking situation, there is plenty of street parking in front of the building and on the side streets. You chose to park in the lot and not utilize the street parking. The restrooms belong to the building and are not under the control of the dentist office. Now, you are being trivial and childish. Most medical buildings only have one restroom that the entire floor utilizes and is accessible by a key provided by the different offices.. The aforementioned items have nothing to do with the quality of dentistry provided by Dr. Toomin and Dr. Bieber. They are both polite, professional and caring. They have been practicing dentistry together for a combined 50 years. Their entire staff are consummate professionals and there is no other place I will go for my dental needs

Dr. Toomin is an angel & an artist. He always wants what is best for the client, and makes it happen if possible. He is a perfectionist. His staff are all excellent at their jobs and make the experience pleasant. I am so grateful to have had him as my dentist for over 30 years. He is the absolute best

I feel so fortunate to have had him as my dentist for over 30 years. Anytime I’ve thought of moving to another town, I’ve thought, oh no, I couldn’t move far from Dr Toomin!! 🙂 🙂
