While most dental offices could feel very cold, unfriendly and sometimes unbearable, Toothbar is far from it. From the ambiance, location, to the staff, everything is amazing. My two fave people there are Debbie (billing/accounting dept) and Beth (Dental Hygienist). Debbie is on it! She is very detailed, smart and quick to answer questions, provide you with info, as well as rectify any errors (if any). Beth’s smile and demeanor is angelic. She puts me at ease during my cleaning because she is aware of my distrust in dental offices due to previous bad experiences . I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them. You won’t be sorry.

Dr. Barlcay is by far the best dentist I’ve EVER had.  I’m so thrilled that she has finally opened her own practice, Toothbar, with Dr. Jacobson.  Hip, fresh, consultative, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. Check it out and I guarantee, you’ll never go back to your old dental practice.

Love this dentist. I have Aetna and I haven’t gotten my bill yet but will update when I do. I went in for a tooth ache, they were able to get my scheduled that same week as a new patient. They are pretty booked out for teeth cleaning so i would schedule ahead. The staff were really really nice and professional. The place was very clean and had TVs for you to watch while being worked on. They made me feel very comfortable. The gave me special treatment for being pregnant- which I really appreciated. I recommend this place!

Who likes going to the dentist? The anxiety around what will hurt versus the reality can prevent you from going or have you clenching the chair so tight you leave marks! NOT at the Toothbar! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly group of individuals who all appeared to enjoy their roles and the service they were providing. Wiithin a few minutes, I was having a tour of the clinic, xrays, and digital imaging of my teeth completed. Dr. Barclay came in and we chatted a little about what was needed and the future of my dental care. It was great to see her again and talk about the lovely establishment she had created. I needed a deeper cleaning today and the dental hygenist, Rynn, did an amazing job! She is very knowledgable and concerned with patient comfort. Half way through, my anxiety had dissipated and I was able to relax and watch a TV show on the adjustable flatscreen above while Rynn completed her work. Debbie came in after and we went over insurance and future needs. She was also knowledgable about what the provider was asking for which made it appear that the whole team, regardless of their role, were all part of the smooth dental process. I am so impressed by this place and although my fear of the dentist is still a real thing for me, I know future visits will not be as concerning knowing

This place is exceptional. I absolutely am thrilled to have found Toothbar. The care from the moment you walk in you are in excellent care. I am so happy to have found them. After leaving there I felt that my teeth were actually getting the care they deserve. I was actually thinking what my other dentist doing before. They treat each patient as if there’s no one else there. The ENTIRE staff is so warm, welcoming, and just fun. I left there feeling so good. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Toothbar Dental Clinic is Phenomenal, it’s my first time visiting a dental clinic here in United States and it’s amazed me on how accommodating and high tech they can be. I’m a J1 (Exchange Culture) here in Austin and I didn’t thought that I’ll be needing a dental care here because I’m just here for a short period of time, but anyways I just want to share how happy I am and satisfied about their services. When I went there I thought that they will just check and figure out what is wrong about my tooth like usual dental clinic but they’re different in Toothbar because they’re just not planning and figuring out how they can fix your tooth, they will also come out with a plan on how you’ll maintain it after they treat it, and not only their services can satisfy you there they also have an awesome lounge and the thing that I can’t forget is the refreshing area and it’s look like a bar. Hey y’all Longhorns if you need any dental care, Toothbar is the right place. Big shout out to Dr. Barkclay for taking care of me. Thank you sooo much.

As someone who’s had many bad experiences with dentists and absolutely hates going, I have to say I am beyond impressed and SO GLAD I found this place!! The facility is clean and super high tech. The dental hygienists are friendly, and gentle, they actually listened to me when I was nervous cause my mouth is sensitive. I specifically had Ren and loved her. Also they all make you feel extremely safe as far as corona precautions go. The place is spotless and of course all hygienists are in masks. All cleaning stations are separated. Highly recommend Toothbar.

Dr. Barclay and her team are a very professional and compassionate bunch that go above and beyond to make your experience a relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. At my initial cleaning, Dr. Barclay laid out a plan for my teeth and explained all the options available and helped me find the best one for my needs. I was given a list of pricing as well, so we were all on the same page. She laid out my entire care plan after my first visit from straightening my bite, fixing a filling, and protecting my teeth due to grinding. She recommended invisiline and the office worked with me to allow a payment plan. When I had finished my invisiline Dr. Barclay had recommended I have a filling that might need to be repaired , but, because the alignment was so much better that didn’t need it to be done. I was in the middle of relocating to Colorado and she was able to make sure all of my treatments were completed and my new night guards with meet me in Colorado! I will definitely return for cleaning and hellos when I’m the Austin Area! She is a genuinely exemplary Dentist, I couldn’t recommend her and her team higher, truly the best dental experience, I’m so grateful to have found her with a recommendation of a friend. BY FAR the best experience I have EVER had in my life at a dentist office. Forgot to get my parking validated so make sure you do that before you leave the office or it’ll cost ya! From the moment you walk in the office is bright and the staff is incredibly friendly. There are windows in all of the treatment rooms which makes it feel less claustrophobic and you can watch as the train goes by countless times. They’re equipped with TV’s and headphones so you can be distracted while they’re drilling away inside your mouth. I was there for a few hours (tons of work to be had) and honestly felt like I left with friends. At least acquaintances enough to where I would definitely say hello if I ran into them at the super market. Incredibly professional staff, chic and upscale atmosphere and in a great location. Thank you to all of the staff for your work today! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone.

I have had terrible, terrible experiences with dentistry in my life and so I found it best to just avoid it altogether. I came to Toothbar at the insistence of a concerned friend and I am so glad that I did!!!!!! I’m not the sort of person to utilize excessive punctuation, either. Dr. Barclay listened attentively to all of my concerns, her staff is unfailingly kind to me. They are transparent with costs, too. My teeth looked so bad that I hated smiling in photos. By my second appointment with Dr. Barclay, though, I just couldn’t stop! My last dentist told me that I would need veneers if I wanted to improve anything cosmetically but I have the teeth I want now. It has been almost entirely painless. They use bumpers to keep your mouth open so you don’t get tired and they tuck you in with blankets and Netflix. Completely life-changing to have found Toothbar. I will forever be grateful. Bonus points: I came in to get cavities filled on my birthday and they decorated my room with birthday decorations! And Debbie at the front desk is one of my favorite humans, she is just charming and on top of everything.

Thankfully, I was able to get back to Toothbar for a teeth cleaning and check-up today. The office and professional staff are very conscientious about protecting staff and patients during this Covid 19 pandemic. My experience was very positive and I felt extremely safe. Thanks again to the Toothbar staff for their kindness and consideration.

I love love love Dr. Barclay and am so glad that I found her again at her new place! I, like most other people, absolutely hate the dentist but Dr. Barclay is so kind and funny that she almost makes you forget that she’s poking and prodding you! She is the only dentist I will ever let near my mouth and I am so thankful for her! Their new office is amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Barclay to anyone!
