Scheduled an appt with Linworth Smile Center after reading the reviews.  Went in for a routine cleaning and could not have been happier with my experience.  It was the best cleaning and most thorough preventive check-up I’ve ever had thanks to the staff’s skills and state of art equipment.  Dr. Massa and staff were sincerely welcoming, extremely competent, and, unlike experiences some of us have had with other dental practices, I didn’t feel like they were looking for ways to make more money. It was a great experience.  I’d highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Linworth Smile Center for your dental. Clean and beautiful facility with very up to date technology. Friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond. We took our 2yrold daughter who gets very nervous about doctor visits to one of our appt for her to understand what a dental visit would be like, they were so helpful and good at putting her at ease. The hygienists are excellent and informative. The two dentists I have seen have both been wonderful.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, hands down. Everyone on staff is genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Dr. Massa is very knowledgeable, great at addressing any questions or concerns, and she’s always friendly, calming, and infinitely patient. I can’t recommend her enough!

I absolutely love Linworth Smile Center all the staff are super friendly and work with you with finances and questions etc. My best experience was recently when I had to have a tooth extracted. It had been since high school since I endured any teeth being taken out. The staff and Dr Massa were very explanatory in letting me know what would happen every step of the way of the extraction. The procedure went very well. The evening of the extraction I got scared with lots of bleeding coming from the site. I texted Dr. Massa and she was more than helpful explaining it was normal and calmed me down on the phone. She went above and beyond the call of duty to put my mind at ease all weekend. On her own personal time she helped me with any questions I had. I’d recommend this practice to anyone. My whole family loves going to Linworth Smile Center.

They were absolutely fantastic. They cleaned my teeth gently and it was not a painful thing to go through. They were honest with me about my teeth and what was going on. Their prices were really fair and inexpensive with dental insurance. I had every question answered while i was there. Overall the place was clean and staff was professional. I would recommend this place to anyone needing dental care. Im definitely going to keep coming back for my dental needs.

This is probably the best dental place I’ve ever visited. When you walk in, the atmosphere is very aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. They have the latest in dental technology and knowledge which is always a good sign that you are in good hands. Beyond this is the people, they seem genuinely happy to be there which says a lot about the business itself. I usually have a ton of questions and the staff and Dr. Massa are always so knowledgeable and helpful, gives me a sense of relief and control in what is happening and which options are available to me. I usually don’t like the dentist but they really make it easy. I’m so glad they are in-network for me, that was one of the reasons I chose them, I just lucked out that they are as good as they are. I would recommend to everyone looking for a new dentist or just to try someone different.

I wouldn’t recommend needing a crown, but if you do find yourself in need I highly recommend Dr. Massa and her team. The office staff is great from the front desk staff to the team working on your teeth. My dental work was completed with no pain (gentlest numbness shot ever!) and they kept me apprised of the work that was being completed through the entire process. I was new to the area and looking for a dentist, after checking reviews and countless dental office web pages I went with Dr. Massa and her team at Total Wellness Dental Studio and I am so glad that I did.

I am so pleased with my recent experience at Linworth Smile Center. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. I felt very at ease the whole time and appreciated the nonjudgemental help from everyone that worked with me. My visit was amazing today even though I had some intense work done .I am so grateful to the team and dentist. Everyone was so nice and helpful and caring and professional this was my first visit and I am so glad I made the decision to go there. The staff was very personable and understanding when I had to reschedule. They are top notch! Seriously, you will not find a more friendly dental staff! And this is coming from somebody who does customer service for a living and talks to 30 people a day! They are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service and teeth!

So very satisfied!!! – is the only way I can express my experience at Total Wellness. I traveled to OH from SC after seeing the results of a friends cosmetic touch up done at Total Wellness. I felt confident that I could trust Dr. Massa to provide just the right look for my Lip Enhancement and she delivered!!!! My entire experience from the friendly office staff, to the dental team was positive. Dr. Massa took time to make me feel at ease and listened to ensure I got the results I wanted. For me, she provided subtle fillers that enhanced my look, instead of augmenting it. Although I live out of state I will definitely be back for another visit soon.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Katie was my hygienist; she talked me through everything she was doing and explained techniques that no other hygienist has in any of my past dental appointments. Dr. Massa explained how she is monitoring my X-rays and what I should look out for. And they gave me an umbrella as a welcome to the practice gift which I needed bc it was raining when I left!

Dr. Massa is my general dentist and Dr. Papp did my braces. Dr. Massa and the team are gentle and fast with my dental care. Dr. Papp was the only orthodontist in about 10 years that was willing to try braces on me without getting jaw surgery or removing teeth to make space in my mouth. I have great results and only had braces in 4 months! Wow, times have changed since I had braces as a teenager over 20 years ago. I am so thankful for this team!

Walking into this Smile Center is like walking into a friendly home, not a dental office, like there are cloth towels in the rest room, not paper. The furnishings are bright and colorful with flowers everywhere. All members of the staff are professional, friendly people. They use the latest modern equipment and you relax to watch overhead television while they perform their magic. At age 91, I was not looking forward to having teeth pulled for the first time in my life, but I was given wonderful care and all went well. I wish this team many more successful years.

I went here for a second opinion after an experience at JK on Bethel (with a coupon from Val pac) where they wanted to redo all my fillings and do a deep clean. Much of which was laughable to Dr Massa and staff. This practice is impeccably clean and advanced looking. The staff is professional and friendly, and the dentist mentioned in the one start review from 8 mths ago is long gone. Price is fair and they are honest. Also, Dr Massa is an absolute pro when it comes to botox and filler. She has the knowledge of anatomy and the experience in numbing, along with an eye for beauty. Get your lips done ladies. You will love her results. I do & will definitely be back.

Outstanding Patient Care: From the moment I walked into the office to the time I left I was met with professional, friendly, and outstanding staff. Rose, their scheduler, was very hospitable, took care to remember each of the patient’s names and things we have talked about on the phone previously – she instantly sets the bar high for the rest of the visit. Doni my hygienist was FANTASTIC. She was so patient with me and answered all of my questions and explained each step so I never was caught off-guard. She was a gentle with my teeth too. I have never had a better experience at a dentist office. The technology is top of the line but its the people that makes you smile 😉

I turned 54 years old and decided to finally do something about the bags/tired eye under eye look. Dr. Massa did a great job with filler in taking years of my under eye problem. The additional benefit of her being able to numb prior to the procedure made this experience virtually pain free. On the fence guys? Call Total Wellness for a consultation!

Good experience, very nice office, the staff is great. Dr. Massa has a caring bedside manner, she seems very intelligent in the field of dentistry, she’s meticulous and patient. Hoping to have a long term relationship here for my dental health. It did take a while to get in while in a bit of a crisis, but it went well once I did. Thanks Dr. Massa, Diane and staff!
