I never had braces as a kid, and was finally able to get them in my 40’s. I could not be MORE PLEASED with my results! My dentist recommended this practice because, in her opinion, they were excellent enough to fix the work of other orthodontists. Dr. Long makes sure that everything that can be fixed is aligned and straight, and the experienced staff is precise and assuring. My son is almost finished with his treatment, and my daughter is in the middle of hers. We are so glad we chose Touchstone Orthodontics!

I’m so so glad I decided to go with Dr. Long as my orthodontist for my Invisalign needs. I knew from my first visit that I was in good hands! I considered going the mail order aligners route (smile direct club, byte) and I’m sooo glad I didn’t after the horror stories I’ve heard. You can’t beat having an actual Doctor and staff to turn to when you have questions or concerns. They monitored me the whole way through to make sure I got the perfect and I seriously mean PERFECT smile and that I was happy with my results. Tansie and Heather are always so friendly and helpful whenever I come in or call over the phone. The cherry on top is that the office is in a high rise office building with the most gorgeous view. Overall, I highly recommend! Thank you to Dr. Long and everyone at Touchstone for my beautiful smile!!!

Dr. Long recommended Invisalign for my son, and I’m glad we used it! They are clear, which makes him feel more comfortable wearing them throughout the day. He needed the thicker plastic, because he grinds his teeth. Even with the extra plastic, it’s not uncomfortable to wear. The results have almost been immediate. The staff is super nice and was VERY impressed!

I was really hesitant to use Invisalign, with but I’m so glad I went through with the decision. My daughter’s confidence levels have increased as her teeth are almost straight from being overcrowded before. She is in the beginning stages of the treatment and I’m noticing a significant improvement. Dr. Long (and her staff) is / are Awesome!! This was my second time around wearing braces and prior to Dr. Long, other Orthodontists told me that I would need veneers to achieve my version of a perfect smile. During our first appointment I knew I had found the right Orthodontist. She reviewed my case and decided to take on the challenge- with the necessary expectation level setting. Dr. Long and her staff are incredible! I feel like I became family being a patient with them for a year and a half. Since the initial consultation they have been very kind and friendly! The warm welcoming environment made the experience great! I had braces when I was in middle school, but as a kid I did not take it as seriously as I should have when it came down to using my retainers after my orthodontic treatment. So as an adult I decided to seek a consult on what my options were since I began to have issues when my teeth moved as I kept biting my cheeks for years. It was painful to deal with and I couldn’t handle it anymore. I did not want metal and they gave me some options and were able to help me decide to go with Damon Clear! Loved the braces, the technology behind them was cool to learn about and nobody noticed them. And if anyone did notice my braces, it was months later. Also, if there were any issues such as a wire coming lose or a bracket coming off they would accommodate me to come in ASAP for a quick appointment to fix the issue! I highly recommend them if you want to be taken care of and valued as a patient!

I recently completed my 90 day follow-up exam after having my adult braces removed with Dr Long and her staff. And, after about 26 months (6 months Carriere banding, 20 months metal braces) I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr Long and staff provided realistic time tables for leveling/straightening/rotating my problem areas, was VERY accommodating in answering all of my questions during my appointments and always worked me in if I had an issue with brackets/wiring.
