5 star service! Dr Phan was one of the few dentists that work on Saturday and he was the only one to actually  take me in as a walk in patient. I had a terrible tootache all night and was desperate to get checked. Not only I was checked by Dr. Phan but he was a very kind and experienced professional. I would definitely come back to his office and will recommend him to friends. Do not hesitate to try this office on your next dental check-up.

Upon switching insurance recently the main concern wasn’t the premium hike… it was making sure that I could still go to Dr. Phan. I butt into conversations about people with dental issues just so I can boast about my awesome dentist. I live close by, but I would drive two hours to see this guy if I had to.

This is the first business I “sourced” on Yelp and I couldn’t be happier! They were able to see me right away, and my appointment was quick, no typical “get here early to fill out forms and then wait around” like most dentists I’ve been to. As a first-time patient without insurance they gave me an AMAZING price to examinate and X-Ray an area I was having pain in. Then Dr. Phan came in and explained in detail what was causing it, and my options. He even showed me the X-ray and pointed out the problem. I’ll be going back to Dr Pahn in the coming weeks for an extraction, and will go to Town & Country for all my cleaning and exams going forward!

I am a Vegas native and I’ve bounced from dentist to dentist over the years becoming used to mediocre customer service and generally poor dental work. Dr. Phan and the entire staff at Town  and Country Dental are anything but that! I am extremely grateful to have found them! The customer service from the moment I walk in the door to the time I leave is excellent! Dr. Phan will even call me after a procedure to see how I’m feeling. WOW!! That’s a first from any Dr I’ve been to. The front desk staff is great and they always call to remind me of my appointments and help to accommodate my schedule. I never have any issues with billing either. I know exactly what my copay is before hand and everything else is taken care of for me. Dr Phan’s work is amazing! I’ve had several fillings, a crown, and he even fixed my chipped front teeth to give me my smile back! I’ve never been sore or in pain during or after any of the work. The rest of the dental staff is great too! My comfort is always a priority to them which is very nice and reassuring during the procedures. I have Zero complaints or criticism for Town and County Dental. It’s nice to have finally found a dental office that I can enthusiastically call “my dentist”. Thank you Dr. Phan and everyone else at Town and Country Dental!

We love Town and Country Dental! We have been going here for years! Dr.Phan Nguyen is amazing! He is always so friendly and takes time with you! He is very thoughtful and remembers things about you. He also calls and checks on you after your appointment and leaves a message. My parents go to him now as well. The office staff is amazing! Always so friendly and courteous. I love that I always know what things are going to cost if they’re going to cost before they do anything. This is a great office and I always look forward to coming here. The hygienists are always gentle. This is a great dental practice!

I have nothing but high praises for Dr. Nguyen and everybody at Town & Country Dental . Everybody is super friendly. Been with them for over 2 years and I have no single complaint. I appreciate the fact that I never have to wait every time I had an appointment with them considering I could only see them during my lunch break. I particularly appreciate Dr. Nguyen calling his patients a day after our procedures to check on us and ensure everything was ok. I’ve had many dentists in my life and nobody has ever done follow up phone calls to see how I was doing. Unfortunately, I have to say bye to Town & Country due to work location re-assignment and I decided to change my dentist to a closer and more convenient practice/location. I highly recommend Town & Country, Dr. Nguyen specifically. They deserve a rating above 5 stars 🙂 Mahalo nui loa! 🙂

Town & country dental is hands down the best office in town, Dr. Pham and his staff are the most professional. They treated me like family, Dr. Phan even called me later in the evening to see how i was doing after my cleaning, i hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year and i definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist!

If you are someone who is terrified of the dentist, please take my review as serious as it sounds. THIS MAN IS THE BEST DENTIST IN THE COUNTRY. You will feel comfortable, the staff from the hygenists-assistants-front desk are all genuinely concerned with making this the best experience possible. My whole life I’ve had cleanings done and not once has anyone explained what they were doing, but Ralph made the effort to explain each step and why it was important. Even to explain which foods were causing different spots and etc. I’ve rarely had front desk explain to me how my insurance works, and why prices are they way they are….but they do everything in their power to have you understand the ins and outs of your visit. I would tell people from other states to fly into Vegas just to have their teeth fixed by Dr. Nguyen. I was referred over here by my girlfriend, and if you are reading this…I URGE you to make an appointment now!

My mom loves Dr. Phan and his staff so much, she brings banana q (banana egg rolls) to every visit. While waiting to get picked up, Dr. Phan tells me to wait a little longer, runs out and gets pastries from the bakery two stores down for my mom and I. Every visit, he goes above and beyond! Definitely worth the cavities haha. Dr. Phan and his staff is so attentive, caring, sweet, and overall amazing! He’s been my dentist since I was 16 and for years I’ve always felt comfortable and taken care of. They do a great job! I’ve referred many people to him because his office is great! If you’re looking for a dentist in town, definitely go to Town & Country Dental!

Dr Phan is simply amazing. He’s our family dentist and is so great with my son, who has autism. No dentists, whether specialized in autism or not, has been good with Kai and Dr Phan is so great! He’s funny and his staff is awesome. They are so outgoing and are like family to us. Oh yeah and Dr Phan calls each patient after hours to check on them. Who does that?!?! Yep no one. Five stars all the way.

My husband finished the implant part with Dr. Allen Huang and went to Dr. Phan Nguyen for the denture part. During six months time, Dr. Phan has been experienced, very careful, patient and successfully completed the processes. My husband feel very comfortable and freely with his “New Teeth”. Dr. Phan, thank you very much!

I have had a fear of dentists ever since I was a child. I knew I needed to get to the dentist as I was getting older and wanted to keep my teeth. I made an appt with a dental office near my home in Henderson. Although I was not a fan of the dentist or the office staff, I was so pleased with the dental hygienist I was blessed enough to meet that first appt. Her name is Venetia. Venetia ended up leaving that particular office and moved to Town & Country Dental. Although it was across town from where I lived, I didn’t care. I felt very comfortable with Venetia and wanted to follow her to her new place of employment. I am so thankful I did. I adore Dr. Phan, the dentist. He is so personable, caring, honest, and just wonderful. Even after a cleaning, he will call later that evening to see if I’m doing okay. The office staff is so friendly. Venetia is the best as well. I highly recommend Town & Country Dental. I no longer have a fear of dentist thanks to them.

Dr. Phan from Town & Country Dental is awesome. He definitely has established a “family-like” relationship with his patients because during the visit, he wants to get to know about YOU. He’s always cheerful and making you laugh. After every visit he calls patients to see how they are feeling (if in pain or all is OK) whether it be for teeth cleaning or extractions. Also, HE is the one that does the teeth cleaning, not his dental assistants. (a feature that won my father over) The dental assistants take x-rays, floss, and brush, but he is the one that does the cleaning. His staff are super friendly and always remember who you are. He studied at NYU and has a family of his own, sometimes you will see his wife Emily running the front desk. I like his office because they are efficient and I feel really comfortable with them. I’ve been visiting his practice for years and I’m always recommending my friends to him.

I’ve never minded going to the dentist. I guess I was always lucky finding good ones too. But Dr. Phan is the best dentist I’ve been to yet. I started with a cleaning and check up. He found some small cavities that needed attention. so I made a follow up visit to get those taken care of at a later date. The entire staff is friendly. They were sure to keep me up to date on out of pocket costs and if I’d feel comfortable doing all 3 cavities in one sitting. Heck yeah, get it done and over with! Dr. Phan is awesome, great chair side manner, keeps you laughing even with all that stuff in your mouth. Makes sure your comfortable the entire time. I didn’t feel a thing and it was all over before I knew it. I felt like I should give him a tip when he was done it was so easy. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Phan and I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

What an amazing experience that I just had at this office. I came in for some fillings that were previously done poorly by another office. Dr. Phan took such amazing care of me. I’m always nervous going to the dentist because I don’t want to feel any pain from the numbing injection,and I didn’t feel 1 thing. Dr Phan made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and his conversation was an awesome distraction . I would definitely recommend this office!! The staff is so kind and Dr Phan is great!

I LOVE Dr Phan and his staff. They are so awesome! Everyone is very friendly which makes a person like me (with a lot of anxiety) feel really relaxed. I love how they are thorough with my exam and any cost break down of everything that needs to get worked on. Every visit was very pleasant. Even my kids were well behaved here! Dr. Phan knows how to calm my 3 yr old before he got to look at his teeth and do all the x-rays. He is very patient, sensitive to our needs and even funny. Lol! I honestly have been to different dentists around Las Vegas and this place is going to be my “home” dentist from now on. I highly recommend coming here for any dental work, you won’t be dissapointed. ***YELP 100 CHALLENGE 7/100*** From the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, down to the cleanliness of the clinic and the superior treatment you get from Dr. Phan, it’s 5 stars all the way! I dread going to the dentist but they managed to make my entire experience bearable. Elizabeth the hygienist was wonderful, very light handed and has a genuine concern for her patients. They lay it down as is, what your options are, where they want to take you with your treatment and ultimately let you decide on what you’re comfortable with and no pressure to upsell. Dr. Phan gives his patients his personal cell number, who does that? LOL. I’m grateful to my sister for the referral, it’s nice to finally find a doctor that truly cares about your well being and not just see you as a walking dollar sign like most unfortunately do.

Very happy with Dr. Phan and all of his wonderful staff. I have been coming here over a year now for cleanings and to bond some chipped teeth and every time has been extremely pleasant and stress free. I will recommend Town and Country to anyone trying to find an affordable, caring dentist. Next up are possibly some braces!Thank you all for being so great!

I have just moved to Las Vegas. I don’t know many dentist and i asked around from people at work for recommendation. Dr. Phan Nguyen was recommended to me and i am very glad that i went to him. He is a great dentist without a doubt.  He has great customer service and follow up on you after your visit to make everything is ok. Thank you Dr. Phan Nguyen.

This is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. I had a damaged veneer and needed help fast. Unfortunately, the office I usually go to was closed  but Dr. Phan took me in right away. He looked out for my best interests and did an excellent job. He always made sure I was comfortable and would ask me from time to time if I felt any pain. Needless to say he cares a lot about his patients. I ended up receiving a follow up call making sure I was feeling ok. Thank you so much! Wonderful staff as well!
