I feel privileged having found such an outstanding dentist in Dr. Copeland. I have been a patient of his for a few years now and I can tell you that Dr. Copeland and the staff at Town Center Dental are the best! Not only does Dr. Copeland make sure that he is the most up to date with dental techniques, but he’s also equipped with the best technologies that are unparalleled to anything I’ve seen at other offices. He is honest and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. Dr. Copeland is committed to patient care and really cares about your health and that is what makes this office stand out from any other that I’ve been to before. So when the time came for my brother to have some serious dental work done, I knew that he had to go see Dr. Copeland. Before Dr. Copeland, my brother’s dental visits in the past consisted pretty much of fear- fear of the shrieking sound of the dental drill, odors from the friction of the drill and tooth, and pain. Lots of pain. It was not until I got my brother in at Town Center Dental to see Dr. Copeland that he realized seeing the dentist wasn’t so bad. Dr. Copeland and his staff are super friendly and funny and do a great job at making you feel as comfortable as possible. Importantly, Dr. Copeland is passionate about his practice and is an educator. He spent time to educate my brother about the health of his teeth and the proper techniques for taking care of them. During the procedure, Dr. Copeland was careful and constantly asked my brother if he was okay or experiencing any pain. He didn’t rush and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. Thanks to Dr. Copeland and his staff my brother no longer dreads visiting the dental office because they made it pleasant and literally a pain-free experience for him!!!

Outstanding, Dr.Copeland and his staff very kind and caring, Dr.Copeland and staff are family too my Husband and myself. Dr.Copeland provided service too repair a very damaged mouth, almost too the point my teeth could not be repaired. Dr. Copeland and his staff did miracles. I have beautiful white white teeth was my dream for years, teeth are very natural looking. If you need implants and permanent teeth see Dr.Copeland, he is a expert with soft hands! I am so blessed too have him and the staff for my Dental experience!! I really am so blessed too receive all the T.L.C. I receive in the office. My husband especially respects Dr.Copeland the two are like brothers and he cheers my hubby up many times when we thought the procedure would fail from the Dentist who destroyed my mouth! Adjectives: clean, painless, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, warm, upbeat. The expert doctor literally whistled as he worked. Crown was put on with no pain (discomfort, yes, but let’s attribute that to my tiny mouth that barely opens). It was crazy. Gave me breaks to rest my jaw. Never hit my other teeth with all his tools (pet peeve). Had a chair that vibrated and was heated (what!?). Super thoughtful staff. Chatty but never expected u to talk with your mouth full of gauze. I had never met any of the staff before this experience and although I probably wouldn’t say I look forward to seeing the dentist I can honestly say I’m not afraid anymore. Thought everyone should know!
