I actually look forward to seeing him. He makes every visit comfortable and he is funny. When I do need more than a check-up he takes excellent care of me and my teeth. In the past when I had major work he would call me a day or so later to make sure I was ok! He cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work! I want to thank Dr. Shaaban for helping me get my smile and confidence back. I never could smile because my teeth were so messed up and I was truly embarrassed. Ok, Dr Shabaan is the most caring dentist I have ever worked with. Today I can honestly say I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist. So far I got a couple fillings and were totally painless since they have this laser machine, it was incredible! I was able to eat normal right after my appointment. Today I got 2 wisdom teeth removed… I was in and out within 1 hour… It took him about 5 minutes to pull each tooth! I was totally impressed by that! and even a few hours after the procedure I remain pain-free. If you are scared of going to the dentist because of past experiences, give this office a chance, you will not regret it. They are pretty good at working with your insurance and setting up appointments is pretty easy too.

The office is neat, clean, and modern. Easy to locate and park at. The staff is very friendly and caring. I’ve been to many dentist offices over the years. The hygienist, Chris educated me regarding flossing and why to which none before took time to explain. Dr Shaaban takes his time explaining procedures and preventative measures. He is sympathetic to fears and talks you through the work he is doing. I didn’t visit a dentist for 20 years due to a bad experience with a dentist. I have absolutely no fear going to Dr Shaaban and would refer him to everyone. I’ve been to different dentists, as I had to move between different States. However, Dr Shabaan is very informative and very patient with explaining any procedure. In all my 60 years of life I have never had a dentist as good as Dr Shady. All my life I’ve had excellent teeth and gums. When I went to Dr. Shady I was out of work and did not have dental insurance for three years. My teeth eroded and I had my first cavity, in fact I had five cavities at that time. My gums were very unhealthy and I had A broken tooth up to the root of my mouth. He performed miracles to make my mouth healthy again. His staff is fabulous and I credit them for a lot of his success/

I love this place! I have been with Dr. Shabaan since I moved here about 4 years ago. He is the most caring and thoughtful dentist I have ever had! He was very thorough during my first exam, and always explained to me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. And whenever I come back, he always seems to remember what we chatted about the last time I was there (work, family, etc.). All of the hygienists I have had here have been wonderful people as well. You will be in great hands here!

Wow!… I just got back home from a root canal at Town Square Family Dentistry with a smile on my face! I can’t remember the last time (if ever) I left the dentist’s office smiling, feeling COMPLETELY satisfied but also impressed with the level of professionalism and outstanding patient service they provide there. Walking in I’m treated with smiles and genuine hospitality, and as I approach the usually dreaded chair, right next to it on the wall is a whiteboard with “Welcome back Tony! : ) ” and I know they’re going to do their best to make my experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Shaaban and the rest of the staff make you feel at home and make that trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience! I’D GIVE THEM 6 STARS IF I COULD!!!

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
I always dreamed of being a dentist. My father is a dentist, and growing up, I loved to see how patients appreciated him and thanked him for the care he provided. After seeing that, I realized how important it was to help people, especially those who were afraid of the dentist, by working together to meet their oral health goals. I love the interactions I have with each patient I meet. It is so rewarding to hear their thanks for providing them with excellent dental care. I currently live in Orange County with my wife, Jessica, our seven year old daughter and our three year old son. My leisure time is spent playing soccer and football, flying, and traveling. I am also active in my community, helping exchange students, creating programs to help those in need, and donating dental services to those less fortunate.
