I have continued to be very happy with this dental group. I am always welcomed and made to feel comfortable as soon as I enter. Everyone that works there is cheerful, positive, and genuinely nice. As someone who has a lot of dental anxiety, it always goes away after dealing with this calming dental professionals. Today I had a tooth extraction and implant procedure. I was quite nervous but Dr. Pandoh did such a great job, it was not at all unpleasant. He has done other procedures on me such as root canals and I highly recommend him especially if you have dental anxiety like myself. I am so happy I found this wonderful dental group.

This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Unfortunately, I’ve had a pretty bad history with my teeth (genetics) so I’ve been to quite a few dentists but nothing like Dr. Pandhoh and his team. Everyone there is great and make you feel comfortable. I was in pain and despite a busy day, they were able to accommodate me and Dr. Pandhoh made sure I wasn’t in anymore pain after I left the office. I was also given a follow-up call to make sure everything was okay. Thank you guys for being so great! I wish I had came across this office waaaay sooner.

I just moved to west coast this past November and have been looking for a new dentist and I’m glad my insurance company referred me to this this office. Dr. Pandhoh and his team went above and beyond with their my whole visit there. Alex the front desk associate scheduled my appointment within 2 days of my call and was able to schedule me with Dr. Pandhoh. She also was able to verify my insurance in a timely matter and all I had to do on the day of the appointment is sign consent forms with their paperless system. I am not a fan of the dentist and have major anxiety when it comes to even a cleaning appointment but Dr. Pandhoh reassured me throughout the whole time of my visit and was really thorough with his explanation of treatment step by step which really helped relax my nerves. Apple the other front desk associate at the front also was really helpful with explaining my insurance benefits and how I could maximize my insurance before the year was over and I was able to schedule and finish my treatment in December without breaking the bank. I was also amazed with the fact they offered same day crowns which was convenient especially since there was a holiday and I didn’t need risk leaving with a temporary crown. I am definitely looking forward in coming to this office. If your looking for great dental work with the newest technology and a staff that treats you like family, this is the office to book an appointment with. Love Dr. Pandoh and Majorn (dental assistant). Chase was great at check in and confirming my appointment. If it wasn’t for Majorn I’d probably not come lol. She’s my favorite. But I love my dental team. They’re on time, clean, and accommodating. Lauren (hygienist) is awesome too. She was nice and informative. Do they try to sell you on doing stuff…yes, but I just say no if I don’t feel it’s necessary or too expensive. They’re not as pushy as they used to be with selling stuff and they’re nice. I’ve been coming here for like 8 years. Dr. Pandoh is really great!

I came here for a second opinion visit after receiving a $4000 quote from another dentist for fillings ONLY. I was a little uneasy after reading other reviews about this place pushing unnecessary treatments. Dr. Pandhoh reviewed my other dentist’s treatment plan and disagreed with many of his suggestions. My other dentist apparently marked that I had cavities in teeth that didn’t have cavities in the first place! Dr. Pandhoh was very honest and said he did not want to drill into healthy teeth that do not need to be fixed as enamel does not grow back and the quality of my teeth will never be the same. He did suggest a deep cleaning though which was completely reasonable. My other dentist said I needed a couple of root canals but Dr. Pandhoh advised against it as it was not necessary. They took my insurance and quoted me with very reasonable prices. I also proceeded with wisdom tooth extraction here with Dr. Sumner. He was great and put me right at ease prior to my procedure. He even called the day after to make sure I was recovering alright. Dr. Sumner is a great oral surgeon, I was pain free two days after the procedure so I know he did a great job. The maximum time that I waited before my appointment was 15 minutes which was not bad at all as their lobby is very comfortable. Marsha, the office manager, even offered me some coffee! I’m extremely pleased with the practice model at this office as Dr. Pandhoh and Dr. Sumner were both very honest with me. Highly recommend!

I LOVE THIS DENTIST! Speaking as someone who normally hates dentists, I’m sure you are thinking “ya right” but no, SERIOUSLY I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Staff is beyond kind and very knowledgeable. They go over your costs in detail and are willing to work with you on payment plans. Every single hygienist is gentle, considerate and understands your fears and stresses. Last time I went for a cleaning I actually laughed over talking about 90s music and I am the girl who used have anxiety attacks going to the dentist. I thought this dentistry was just awesome, my husband and I are both new clients and absolutely loved Dr. Pandoh. He took such care in explaining everything he was doing and why. Past dentists have charged both my husband and I to do things that seemed costly and not effective, i.e. UV light wand thingy. We didn’t experience that here and am happy to return. Please don’t take every review to heart, not sure how there are 1 stars but everyone has an opinion. I have been to a couple of dentists now due to moving but am very happy for our future with this dentistry.

Before Walnut smiles I had really gave up on looking for the perfect dental office, I had western dental before coming here and honestly thank western dental for there bad customer service that brought me to find walnut smiles! I have been seeing Dr. Pandhoh for almost three years now at this location. After falling and breaking my front two teeth, I was very sad about the appearance of my front teeth. But Dr. Pandhoh was able to implant beautiful crowns that make we want to continue smiling. People constantly compliment my teeth and find it hard to believe that they are actually crowns. My kids have been seeing Dr. Pandhoh for two years now. My kids love Dr. Pandhoh and his staff. They love going to the dentist. Dr. Pandhoh and his staff always make my children feel comfortable. I’ve been to at least three dentists within the last couple of years and Dr. Pandhoh at Walnut Smiles is by far the best one I’ve seen. He was straight forward with what treatments I needed and even helped prioritize which were immediate and which I could wait on. He was patient, answered all of my (many) questions, and made me feel comfortable. I wound up needing a root canal on my first visit (which I suspected because of tooth pain) and they made sure to squeeze me in right away with the endodontist, Dr. Hayashi. He was also amazing! You hear horror stories about root canals, but it was easier than any cavity filling I’ve ever had. He was so gentle and I barely felt anything. I’m serious. He and his assistant continuously checked on me throughout treatment to make sure I was doing ok and I was so surprised when it was over so quickly. Afterwards I saw Dr. Pandhoh again for my crown and as already mentioned, he was fantastic. He prepared me for any/all possible sensitivity I might have once the novocaine wore off, but I wound up feeling fine and had no problems. He also called me later that night to check in and see how I was feeling. I’m so grateful to have finally found a dentist and staff I like so much, I had to put this up on yelp (I don’t post often). The office is nice, there’s plenty of parking, and the staff is friendly and professional. They were 100% up front and fair about what treatments I needed and how much it would cost out of pocket. And while it’s never fun to pay for dental work… it’s crucial (as is car maintenance, health care, home repairs, etc.!) and if you actually compare their rates to others, they’re very reasonable. I will definitely continue to go to Walnut Smiles.

Let’s face it I don’t know of anyone that enjoys the dentist. It’s been two years ago that Dr Pandhoh put in my veneers I absolutely love them. The first time he got them back they weren’t up to his standards he showed me the color difference I agreed he sent them back. When I came to town center 3 years ago I needed a lot of work, they put me on a payment plan to get my teeth where they needed to be. Now I come in regularly for my cleanings and my teeth are up to par. I can now smile everyday and not be embarrassed of my chipped, and gap teeth, and their staff is bar none the friendliest, cleanest, and most professional staff I highly recommend town center dental.

Wow this office was great! I was so impressed with this place I had to take the time to write a review. I took my two daughters in for a routine visit and we had a great experience. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist (I think her name is Elisa) who introduced herself to me right away and it instantly put myself and my daughters at ease. Next the dental technician, Marjan, came out and introduced herself to us and was just as friendly. She took xrays and the equipment was very high tech. They were all digital which is important to me because it causes less exposure to harmful rays from what I have read. We met Dr. Pandhoh and he was fantastic with my girls! He was very professional and has an amazing bed side manner. He was very kind and understanding with all of my questions. When the financial lady came in I was really nervous about what my fees were going to be for some fillings. She explained how my dental insurance works and was understanding about my financial situation. She set me up with a payment plan which I really appreciated! I will definitely bring my daughters back and I even scheduled an appointment for myself!

If i had to recommend a dentist, i would definitely recommend Dr. Pandhoh. I have been to this office multiple times in the past year. The first time i went for a cleaning. I had filled the forms on line before i went in so it was quick. Since i was comfortable there, I went back when I had sensitivity in my tooth that already had a filling. The dentist removed the filling and replaced it with a new deeper filling. He also recommended that i get a night guard made. I grind my teeth at night and that was also causing some pain in my jaw. The filling is doing just fine and i have no pain. I went in recently with my daughter who is only 4 years old. She does not brush her teeth at night and i wanted her to know that a dentist visit a year is just as important as her dr. visits every year. The reception desk was so nice and they gave her a balloon and had her color while she waited. She actually sat through the exam just fine. I was amazed how friendly they were. After that experience, i have recommended Dr. Pandhoh to many other parents. Dental work is not fun for anyone so it is nice to find an office and a dentist that you like.

My dad came here for a dental emergency since our other dentist was unavailable. When we called, they informed us we could come in immediately and they would fit us is. He ended up getting temporary relief since it was later in the day and had a procedure done within the next couple of weeks. He said that every since person there was so kind, friendly and helpful.
About a week later my best friend had gone to her dentist and let’s just said it was an appointment from hell. She was in pain AFTER her visit for days when she wasn’t even experiencing pain. So we recommended she try out Towne Center Dentistry. She said going here was day and night because of how great the staff was in comparison to her other one. They were able to sit her down and talk about payment plans and how everything was going to play out. After hearing how great they are, i decided to try them out myself. I needed a few fillings and a deep cleaning and when i got them done, i felt no pain and the entire staff was fun, friendly and professional. If you are looking for a new dentist, come here. 10/10.

Having worked in a health clinic, I’m used to health care professionals not spending much time with the patients, but I didn’t feel rushed at all. He asked me first about myself (and not my teeth) before giving me his profession opinion, put up with all of my questions, and didn’t hesitate to give me a ballpark estimate when asked. Definitely impressive. The x-ray technician and the dental hygienist (?) were both great and were friendlier than most. I was out in about an hour and I do think this may have been one of my most pleasant dentist experiences. Also, if you check in on Yelp, you get a free whitening tray. I opted out, as I have sensitive teeth but I’d definitely take advantage of it if I didn’t.

I have been coming here for the better part of a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Apple the receptionist has always been there to great me and ask how I have been since my last appointment. She always goes over and explains every detail and answers any questions I may have. I have seen Letty the hygienist twice and she is very nice and very personable. She is always making sure I floss my teeth, which I know I should be doing more. I also see Dr. Pandhoh for my fillings and crowns. I enjoy how he is honest about what needs to be done and what should be done right away. I have only been a with Dr. Pandoh for a few months now, but this is the kind of practice a Dr wants, and a patient hopes for. The front office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have to say in most searches I do for a doctor of any kind, I judge the effectiveness of the doctor by his front office staff, Dr. Pandoh and his team are like a well oiled machine, with a kind caring heart. The oral hygienist (Alana) was so gentle yet completely thorough. I had to have a scaling done after years of neglect and while I was having it done I FELL ASLEEP! I kid you not, I nodded off for a min, she is a professional. Dr. Pandoh is very realistic when it comes to cost to benefit ratio. He always gives a less expensive alternative to any procedure needed if he feels it is still within the healthy range for your well being. After years of going to the dentist my insurance insisted on it decided my family needed a change. Towne Center Dental was fantastic from check in through check out. Dr. Pandhoh explained my whole situation better than any dentist has ever in the past. He gave me options and proper guidance for all my issues without the pressure. Dr Pandhoh instructed me in a better way to floss now that I’m older and my teeth have changed. As for the technology here, it’s much better than I’m accustomed. Everything is computerized which allows the patient to better understand where the problem areas are and why the issues need to be resolved. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been going to Towne Centre Dental for over 3 years. I drive over an hour and a half for this office. I tried going to other Dentists in my area and was sadly disappointed in their facility, outdated equipment, outside contractors that do NOT take my insurance, unfriendly, unseasoned/over
seasoned staff and Doctors that have no “connection” with their patient.
Today I had an abscess, root canal procedure that was literally done in less than a 15 mins and out of the office in a little over a half hour. I had such a positive experience! Now, I am back at work, the numbness is almost completely gone and if I may say, I just can’t believe what an FABULOUS experience I just had!! Thank you to my endodontist and the rest of the staff. You are AMAZING!!

My wife and I visited Walnut Smiles Dentist Office last week for the first time. We were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the latest x-ray technology that was used by Walnut Smiles. Our first call was made to Danielle who was very pleasant on the phone and we were able to establish appointments for the following week. Danielle also contacted our Insurance provider to make sure we had the coverage before any work was done. Karina was terrific in taking our x-rays and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Panda (not sure on spelling) reviewed the x-ray results and explained all of the options. The good news is we didn’t have any cavities so all we needed was teeth cleaning. Our hygenist, Letty was outstanding. She explained everything that she was going to do with the cleaning. Letty was very thorough and our cleaning was painless. She answered all of our questions. My father started going to Walnut Smiles several years ago and we’ve been incredibly happy with their services. His dentist is Dr. Pandoh and his hygenist is Jenny Partida – both are kind, patient, and knowledgeable! When you talk to them, it feels like you’re talking to an old friend. They take their time explaining the problem, solution options (pros/cons), and follow-up care. I always have lots of questions, and they address all my concerns thoroughly … I never feel rushed speaking with them. My father does not speak English well, so I always call in to speak with the doctors. They’ve been very understanding about my calls. In the past, previous dentists have made me feel bad about calling in and have been very curt with me on the phone. But not Walnut Smiles, they’re awesome! I also love the office staff there (esp Apple and Marsha). Their customer service is wonderful and I have no complaints. Yes dentistry is expensive, but it’s like that everywhere. I think their pricing is fair and reasonable. The only downside is that his dentist and hygenist don’t work there everyday, but it hasn’t been a problem for us since we schedule the appointments in advance. Walnut Smiles gets 5 stars in my book!

My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Pandhoh at Walnut Smiles for over 2 years now. Dr. Pandhoh and the staff at Walnut Smiles have always been friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. Dr. Pandhoh always does a great job of explaining treatment options as well as pointing out areas that dont necessarily need addressing immediately. He is great with kids and his staff are always good at distracting my kids and still getting the work done. I’ve had a couple crowns done and not once has Dr. Pandhoh tried to upsell or convince me of going one way versus another. My kids are very young and every time Dr. Pandhoh sees them he always provides guidance on how their dental hygiene is and recommends preventative measures we can take. My other dentists never did that – they always just sat us down and did what they had to do. Overall, we are glad to finally have a family dentist that we call can see. The 3 friends I have recommended say the same thing and are glad to have a reliable, trustworthy dentist whose office has always been flexible and convenient to schedule appointments with.
