Dr. Towning is a very friendly dentist and her staff is great as well. I had to switch dentists after moving to Columbus and was nervous about how I would like the new dentist. Turns out the place is awesome! The waiting area is very comfortable and I love the purple decor. My appointments have been very efficient, with minimal to no waiting to be called back. Highly recommend!

After a few years not going into the dentist, I finally got around to locating a dentist in Columbus and stumbled on Dr. Towning through my insurance and that was the best thing that could’ve happened. Despite my teeth being in a bad shape, I never felt any judgement from Dr. Towning or her staff. Everyone there is kind, considerate and professional. I’ve never experienced any pain from any of the many fillings I had to undergo. Scheduling is a breeze, the location is convenient, parking is easy and the office is well kept. Towning Dental is worth your time.

The building her office is in is easy to overlook as it has a gigantic sign for another organization on the front of, however, once I found her office, it was far and away the best looking office I have ever seen. Her employees all were extremely friendly and greeted me promptly when I entered. They had me fill out a bit of paperwork, then lead me back to see Dr. Towning. Dr. Towning herself was very kind and had an upbeat demeanor. I went in to have a filling replaced, and this visit was quite painless for a filling, and I was quite comfortable as she did the work

I’ve always had a good experience at Towning Dental. The office is just so nice and clean. The chairs have TVs for you to watch while getting your teeth cleaned, which helps the time go by. The staff is very pleasant, including the front desk. When I called to reschedule an appointment, I didn’t receive any sass, as I sometimes do elsewhere. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Towning, Gina and the entire staff at Towning dental are truly fantastic, as was my recent visit there. The offices are state of the art yet still cozy and inviting. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I went in for a cleaning and whitening and the whole process was efficient and painless. I couldn’t be happier with my bright new smile or my experience at Towning Dental!

Dr. Towning and her staff were very inviting and provided me with exceptional dental care. Their wealth of knowledge matched with their high-tech office/equipment have made for excellent experiences. The office is also super clean and the kids love it!

I strongly reccomend this office for people looking for a Good Dental Office in the Columbus area. I’m very happy. I was a new patient and Chelsea was my hygenist. For my own fault I had not been to a dentist in 2-3 years so I was a little nervous going in. Also my gums had begun to bleed when I brushed them. I was long overdue. I appreciate that I was comfortable with their office and staff. It took a 3hour cleaning but now I am flossing everyday, have no cavities and my gums no longer bleed.

I was in need of a new dentist after leaving the University & Dr. towning came highly recommended from OSU Dental Clinic (my new ins was no longer accepted). But as soon as I walked in I was so happy & wished I had found her sooner!! Parking is super convenient, easy access to the building. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable & professional. One of the things I like the most is that everyone is chill & laid back. Dr. Towning is very patient & will explain something as many times as you ask. Lastly, they take patients with or without dental insurance and offer % discount on services beyond cleanings for those paying OOP.

Can I give more than 5 Stars? Taylor, the receptionist, was extremely warm and a genuine pleasure to talk to as I prepared for my appointment (I hate the dentist!) Ange, the dental assistant was also amazing! She was so sweet, kind, and was a a general joy be around. Dr. Towning was unbelievably helpful, kind, and dedicated to helping me. She was excellent, and I am so thankful for their amazing service.

I’ve never had good experiences at dentists before coming to Towning. Everyone is very friendly, I never have to wait, the office is very clean and modern with cute decor and the staff is very professional. I especially appreciate that the hygienists are gentle during cleanings, as this is the only place where I have been pain free during a cleaning. Dr. Towning is wonderful and I love that it’s her business so you aren’t seeing someone different every time like at the chain dental places. Scheduling appointments and billing have also been a breeze. I’m so happy to have found a dentist that I don’t dread going to and I highly recommend her!

This was our families first visit with Dr. Towning. Her office is at a great location, it was very clean with modern design. My cleaning and examination was very gentle and detailed, her hygenist did a great job also and is really nice. Both of my kids said it was the best visit to the dentist ever had!

Our whole family goes to Towning Dental, including the little kids. They’re great with kids–patient and no waits, and have a TV to keep them distracted. Everyone is professional and the office is brand new and really nice. No problems with insurance and easy to make an appointment (you won’t have to wait 3 months). Definitely recommend. Update: We left the practice because we moved. I regretted it immediately (long story and lots of pain later…). I now will drive the entire family back Towning to fix the problems caused by another dentist.

Dr. Towning was very knowledgeable about how to fix my aching teeth. She explained everything to me and even showed me pictures that she took during my initial appointment. I was amazed at how proficient she worked as well at how pain-free I felt during the procedure. She is a very calm and helpful dentist and I recommend her care to everyone. Thank you so much for giving me back my healthy smile!

I’ve been going here for a few years now and I absolutely love this dental office! The staff is always friendly and welcoming every time I come in. They’re very knowledgeable and answer all my questions and make sure I understand what they are telling me. I’ve yet to have a single qualm with this office. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will love coming here!
