I hate the dentist and haven’t been for many year because of it. This place is nice, welcoming, and they are good and fast, no time wasted and they did a great job so far.  Got 4 teeth pulled and for an procedure like that I was very nervous but the whole crew put me at ease and did a great job. Im not even in to much pain now so thats great. Would really like to thank Jackie for working with me financially and making that process easy and less stressful than I had anticipated. All in all I can say I will definitely be back here, I’m glad I came here, and I look forward to getting everything else fixed here in the future.  Thanks again! You all rock! Ill see you in a couple weeks

I love to come to Townview Dental even though is a bit far from my place. Staff is always friendly , fun, and very knowledgeable. Every time I walk in they all make me feel welcomed! I also like their text messaging system. I don’t have to call to schedule an appointment, a simple text and I’m all set.. I highly recommend TownviewDental  to anyone!! Thank you

It was amazing, if it were possible to give them a 10 I would. Everyone was pleasant, professional. Working with the public myself and being a Regional Trainer, part of my job is to train management to provide exceptional customer service and go beyond amazing service to the caregivers we provide medical Scrubs too. Townview Dental Care—a dental office that is wired to care for you. Vibrant staff of caring hard working professionals. Great experience from start to present. -More on my personal experience- My mother referred here when I started having throbbing pain on my lower jaw (left). I was hesitant because I thought my pain would go away. I’m in-between jobs and currently without dental insurance. I did some research after two days on Ibupoofene to numb the pain and realized my only option was to consult a dentist immediately. My mother is getting implants work done with Townview Dental Care. I accompanied her on two separate occasions to her dentist appointments. Even though I was not a patient the staff treated me with the same kind of respect and attention as my mother. I enjoyed going with my mother to her dentist appointments. Fearing the worst in terms of treatment I might be in for and the cost (not having insurance) I walked into the lobby without an appointment. My fears were immediately subdued by the reception from the doctor and staff. I was in and out of there in no time due to their streamlined process for admitting new patients. Not only did I get a thorough check up (including X-Rays), my worst fears were silenced. With a prescription for antibiotics in my hand I walked out of the office a happy customer. My prescription was less than $5. I write this review hoping it will help you in your time of need. I just started going to Townview this year and I absolutely love them! The whole crew there is super friendly, they make you feel like you’re welcome and you’re not just there to be poked, proded, and ignored like most dental offices I’ve been to. They answer all my questions and always explain everything including pricing very thoroughly. I’ve never liked going to the dentist (who does?), but I don’t even mind going in for my appointments here. Plus they always play alt rock music throughout the office, which is a plus for me.

Yesterday was my first visit with this office and I felt really comfortable, when I walked in the receptionist greeted me by name since she was expecting me, I walked in signed in and was taken straight to the back for X-Rays not long after X-rays were taken Dr. came into the room I loved that I didn’t have to wait forever, we talked about what had to be done the the girl came into talk about cost.  During my visit my girl friend who came with me had X-rays done and a cleaning she was done before me, loved the attitude of all the girls and the Dr. clean office good music, comfortable atmosphere.  I need some work done ASAP they worked around my schedule and although completed booked on Saturday found a way to fit me in, that alone was a reason to love this office.

This dental office is amazing. The staff is great and friendly with positive attitudes, and it’s almost like a family environment and inviting. The Dr is great. He is gentle and after all said and done when the numbness wore off I had no pain or soarness any where from the work I had done. I am totally impressed with the Dr’s work. The visit is always great and fantastic. Aside from the occasional “Hi & Hellos” with the staffs, they try to catch up with you from your last visit and try to tie loose ends again. I always feel like its family everytime I would visit. Jenny, Gabi & everybody else. Am glad to meet Charlene.
