I damaged three teeth right before my Holiday travels and all my stress level melted away once I called Dr. Williams’s office. They booked me right away, took care of my insurance, fixed my teeth, and even scheduled me for a cleaning in 2019! I was so scared I was going to have to visit one of those 24 Hour Dental offices in a strip mall and risk my overall oral health and well-being. Thank you….my Girlfriend, Mother, Grandmother, and all the 2017 Holiday Pictures thank you!!

I just started wit Dr. “Tracey” and her team. Front the front office to the doctor, they have been wonderful and caring. This is a group of big time professionals that will “roll” with the personalities. They can shift from serious to humorous in an instant. Brandy has been my favorite person to insult, because she laughs at my jokes all while hovering over me with sharp, wizzing instruments. I’m sure there’s an evil smile under that mask, but she has exceptional, fast skills that put me at ease and actually make it all a great experience. So I offer my review and sincere thanks.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Williams, Dr. Montefalco, and their staff. Their office location is so convenient, especially for anyone living and working downtown, and I love that I get text reminders for my appointments. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is easy, and everyone is always so kind and warm. I take my 4 year old daughter here as well, and they make cleanings a fun experience that she looks forward to each time.

My dentist was on vacation, and I had a crown that was bothering me. So, on the recommendation of a co-worker, I called Dr. Williams’ office. Not only did Dr. Williams schedule me the same day, she fit in between previously scheduled appointments and within an hour’s time. Her staff was great, the costs were affordable, and the experience was top-notch! Not only have I recommended Dr. Williams to friends/family, I am considering leaving the dentist I have been with for 10+ years.

I only had a cleaning done and I had such a pleasant experience. Brandy was great! She did my cleaning and patiently walked me through the status of my oral health. My gums are very sensitive and she was very mindful of my pain tolerance. She went above and beyond to give me a proper cleaning. Although my time with Tracey was short, I enjoyed our interaction. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt heard. She continued to ask if I had any questions and I didn’t because she had addressed all of them before I asked 🙂 Tracey was very kind and shared a load of information so that I can make an informed decision on my next visit. I can tell that Tracey is genuine and really invested in her patient’s well-being. The atmosphere and ambiance is beautiful, the staff are great, and the care is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I have been going to this office for about two years now. You can tell from even just the first visit that the entire office is proud of where they work and that they have kept up to date with technology and practices. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I have never had an issue getting an appointment and they have been really flexible when I need to move things around. Over time I have also noticed that they truly have your best interests in mind. For example, the preventive care that other dentists I have gone to never said one word about. I have been nothing but a happy customer as they have kept a high bar as a standard. The professional staff have been trained well. They provide wonderful communication and even text messages to make sure you are up to date with current appointments.

There’s not much to like about a dentist. Paperwork. Medical bills. People shoving devices in your mouth. This office did everything they could to make the experience pleasant. The nice lady in the front office was great about helping with my paperwork (and I love them for letting me register online!). The hygienist listened to my questions and concerns and explained things to me to my satisfaction. Dr. Williams was friendly and thoroughly reviewed my charts and again took time to explain things. The free parking and location next to Marsh Market, Fresco, the hardware store, and the dry cleaners…. the only way they could have made it better was to offer me a donut on my way out the door! 🙂 I really liked my old dentist, and I wasn’t thrilled about switching… but Dr. Williams and her team will work out just fine.

Getting a crown put on your tooth stinks; I think we can all agree on that. If it has to be done though, this is an excellent place for that procedure. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable, prepared, communicative and comforting. I recently started going to Dr. Williams office after over a decade of dental treatment at another office. Upon my first visit I could already tell that Dr. Williams was much more caring about my dental health than my previous dentist. This is a professional office and staff who all take their jobs very seriously. They explain everything before doing anything and constantly ask if you are ok while they are working on you. They follow up and Dr. Williams remembers minute details about you and your dental plan. The billing team works hard to make sure you understand the insurance coverage BEFORE they take any action and are helpful through the entire process. Have recommended this team to many people.

The doctor and her staff have been very thorough with my care, explaining what has to be done and why. The office itself…while I’m not sure what the true “state of the art” is when it comes to dentistry, Dr. Williams’s office complex features what seems to be the latest technology (e.g. X-rays that use chip sensors and not film). The Downtown location is incredibly convenient for both those who live and work in the area, though the spacious parking lot (shared with the Lockerbie Marsh and Fusek’s True Value hardware store) makes it great even if you have to drive.

Wonderful experience!!!! I recommend this dentist and staff, My family and I live downtown and own a company downtown. Its nice to have a wonderful dentist and an A plus staff within walking distance of Downtown and the Old Northside.. I recently had work done and was so impressed with the service and quality. I had a sport injury in middle school that has made me a little nervous of dental drills. I was referred to Dr. Williams by a friend who learned that I had not been to the dentist since I moved to town, almost 5 years ago. No offense to dentists….but I just don’t like going! I’m a big baby when it comes to doctors of any kind…but especially dentists!! Anyway, I finally called and set up an appointment with Dr. Williams. I’ve been visiting Dr. Williams’ office for three years now and have had a great experience. The exam you get on your first visit is VERY in-depth, but after that the routine cleanings are a piece of cake. Her dental hygienists are the best I’ve ever encountered, and they always record discussions from your visit so you don’t have to repeat anything the next time. I recently went to Dr Williams for teeth whitening and a mouth guard for grinding my teeth at night. The dentist I was seeing would not make one for me. He said it wasn’t necessary and just try not to grind at night. How do you do that when you are asleep? The teeth whitening went great and looks fantastic. The night guard works great and I am sleeping a lot better just like she said I would. It has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. The staff is very professional and helpful. GREAT location for a downtown dentist!

I woke up in the absolute pain and just moved to Indy so I didn’t have a dentist. I needed dental services badly and didn’t know where to turn. I found this place and it was a heaven sent!!! They did everything they could to get me in immediately and they did. Leaving to go out of town in a couple of hours and I really didn’t know if I would be able to get the help I so desperately needed. I love this place!
