This is the first time my dad has seen Dr. Smith. He broke a tooth and needed to get if fixed fairly quickly. Dr. Trevor Smith went the extra mile to make sure he was satisfied. My dad was nervous going in but Dr. Smith explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He joked along the way and kept my dad thinking about other things. My dad is deaf in one ear and didn’t wear his hearing aid because he thought he would have to take it out for the procedure. Dr. Smith made sure he spoke loud enough for him and made him feel at ease. He spent one on one time with him and got the tooth taken care of nicely. It has been a full week and dad has had no problems since. What a nice experience to have so much attention. Dad was very pleased and will be seeing Dr. Smith again. We recommend him highly. I am a new patient of Dr. Smith’s. What a pleasant office! The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful, both on the phone and in person – what a breath of fresh air. She made setting up the appointment a breeze and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. My previous appointment was in January before COVID hit, so it has been almost two years. My previous dentist and his staff do not wear masks, so I hesitated returning. My daughter had switched to Dr. Smith a few years ago and recommended that I call his office. I was nervous about making changes, but I am so glad that I did! He seems to have the most current equipment available and uses modern techniques. I received the most thorough exam that I’ve ever had. The hygienist and doctor both made me feel comfortable, and eased my worries. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Smith!

I have really bad dental anxiety. The office is accommodating to help me feel at ease while I am getting work done. They use WaterLase when they are able to, so you do not have to get numbing shots. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Trevor discusses the dental plan with you and never makes you feel judged or forced to make a decision. Highly recommended.

He was really good at not hurting me and I felt like they took the time needed for you to be numbed up to extract your teeth that’s as far as I have had work done here it was extracting teeth but I’ve had nightmares of extractions cuz I am now in dentures so I’ve had to extract all my teeth and I think he did a very nice job

Trevor Smith office is so far the best Dentist my family has been to. Dr Smith is great with my kids and make them want to him. We recently moved to Pleasant Grove and had a hard time finding a great recommendation from our neighbors for a new dentist. After much research we found Dr. Trevor Smith and are thrilled with the family dentistry he practices. His office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the hygienists are thorough and quick. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend him to anyone in Utah County.

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for a few years now and am extremely satisfied with how kind, gentle and caring he is. I was pleasantly surprised this past visit when I saw Roxann for the first time and she cleaned my teeth. That’s the first time in all my life I didn’t jump out of the chair in pain from sensitive teeth or gums. She was not only gentle but she was extremely thorough. I greatly appreciated that more than anyone knows! She fits perfectly in with Dr. Smith and the receptionist. It’s a fantastic team they have!

Dr. Smith doesn’t charge too much for dental care which is the number one thing I need in a dentist but he’s also kind and caring and the rest of the staff are the same. He explains exactly what he’s going to do before he does it and takes care that he doesn’t cause any unnecessary pain which is also a huge plus for me!

Ive only been to Dr. Smith twice but my experience both times makes me want to go back when I need dental services in the future. I’m already scheduled for more. No more need to have anxiety attacks over a dentist visit anymore haha because of the way you’re treated when you go. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. The office is clean, neat, airy and organized, and the receptionist is amazing. She’s courteous and professional yet knows each patients name giving the feeling that you matter and aren’t just 1 in 1000 patients. She’s unfailingly polite, courteous and brings a touch of small town ideals to a still growing community. The assistants I’ve seen have been knowledgeable, helpful and just plain old nice haha. I’m not sure what to say about Dr. Smith other than he’s amazing as well. He is knowledgeable and explains procedures at my level using layman’s terms. He explains what he’s going to do before he does it and is polite and professional yet once again, knows each patients by name and knows their particular situation. He exhibits genuine concern regardless of the problem and treats you like a person, not just a dollar sign. He is great to help work out insurance issues as well. If you’re in the market for a good dentist who is up on the latest techniques but practices with small town values, GO SEE DR. SMITH. You won’t regret it

Been going to this dentist since I’ve been in utah (about 4 years to this date). Today I went in and needed a wisdom tooth removed. Aside from the time it took to numb the gum, about 3 minutes and a little pressure feeling and it was done. No muss, no fuss, no pain. Great experience every time I go.

Best dentist ever! Been going to Dr. Trevor Smith for several years now. I am finally over my anxiety over going to the dentist because he and the hygienists are so gentle. I love being able to get laser fillings too, which means no Novocaine! First time I’ve ever stayed on a regular six month cleaning schedule, because I don’t mind going. Jamie in the office is absolutely wonderful too!

Dr Trevor Smith DDS has been our dentist for many years. He and his staff are so warm and welcoming. I love his text reminders of our next appointments. And each time I have had an aemergency, they got me in ASAP. Dr. Smith, is hygienists and chair-sides know what they’re doing, and make sure that we never feel rushed. And he upgrades his equipment to the latest technology so that our experience is painless and comfortable. I love coming here with my kids. They turn on cartoons, provide toys and when the kids are done with their cleanings they are given a coin for the prize machine. The hygienist works well to make my kids feel comfortable and the staff really tries to be polite and kind. Dr smith does a really nice job at being honest. He doesn’t rush work that isn’t needed right away. He puts me before the money and I can tell.

Been coming to this office for years, this past week I was in town for the weekend! I had to bring my two year old and I was petrified of it because I was nervous if he would scream or run around while I was getting the cleaning. The office had toys for him to play with, when we were brought back, the middle aged hygienist made sure he was away from where I was getting the X-ray, he was so good because of everyone who was so sweet to him, he sat in the corner chair the entire time, she even gave him a toothbrush. This office is amazing!!
