Dr. Merrell and his staff have made going to the dentist a pleasure for me. Words I never thought I’d say, write or mean! I’ve been an anxious patient since childhood. Dr. Merrell is funny, professional and thorough. I needed 2 root canals (ouch!) and an Ortho consult for Invisalign. He had my referrals in hand before I left my very first visit. There are a ton of dentists out there. Do yourself a favor and give these fine folks a call! You are welcome!

I had awful anxiety about going to the dentist. Then started going here and they made sure I felt as safe and comfortable as I could. Even during the pandemic and wearing masks their receptionist is always on point with knowing the patients who walk in their front door! I couldn’t be happier with a dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Everyone I’ve ever interacted with at this practice is friendly, efficient, and professional. From the wonderful front desk staff that work with you on scheduling and your paperwork to the hygienist (Pauline is the best! Thank you for making it easy to get through the checkup) and dentists (have seen both Dr. Merrell and Dr. Coates and they’re both great) are all very careful to make sure they listen to you and help address your concerns and make your visit as pleasant as possible. Fantastic group of people committed to great dental care. Highly recommended!

Brian Coates has been my dentist for several years and I love him! He moved to Triad Dentistry in the last year and I’ve been there twice now. Sona Isharani is my son’s dentist at her pediatric location and she is amazing as well. Both dentists are very personable, kind and thorough. The staff we have encountered have been incredible and make me feel like I’ve been going there for years. The X-rays, the cleaning and the exam were excellent. The office is very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend Triad Dentistry!

This is the first time I had been to Triad Dentistry since lockdown started. At my age (80), I found myself affraid to venture out. I received my second covid vaccination a few days ago so was able to schedule a dental appointment. They were great. I could see all the precautions they have taken to keep their patients safe. Way to go Triad Dentistry. If you have been putting off a dental visit, you can schedule with Triad and feel safe.

I had another great experience with Dr Chad Merrell at Triad Dentistry today. I have been going to Dr Merrell for many years and even made the drive from New Bern during the five years I lived there before moving back to the Piedmont. Dr Merrell and his staff are always courteous and professional and make you feel like family. Going to the dentist is not many peoples idea of fun, myself included, but at least when I go to Dr Merrell I know it will be as pleasant an experience as it can be. I highly recommend Dr Merrell and his team at Triad Dentistry.
