Hands down the best dental experience. This is the only place I’ve gone that I didn’t feel like I needed to go get a second opinion. I was taught how you’re actually suppose to floss, no one in 28 years before this has taken the time to educate me and not assume I know how to correctly floss. I thought I was flossing correctly before this but I was very wrong. The appointments run on time and they are very thorough. I don’t feel pressured into anything ever. My husband approves and loves this place also and he’s extremely picky. I highly recommend going here. Also I’ve never had any surprise bills or any billing issues.

Like most people, I don’t look forward to going to the dentist. As a result, I had waited over 3 years to make an appointment. My first appointment with Trillium Dental was this afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is calming, accepting, and non-judgmental. The friendly, professional staff, combined with the massage chair and aroma therapy, made it much more of a spa-like atmosphere than a dental office. I’m going back in a few weeks for a follow-up, and have no reservations about recommending this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

I am very anxious when I go to the Dentist. Dr. Sarah and her assistant were very reassuring and comforting about the root canal I was there for, they took the time to answer all of my questions and assure me that I would be alright. It is hard to find a dentist that will understand and take time to reassure patients that are anxious. The office was bright and modern and has a friendly staff. This was a great dental experience!

I first visited Trillium Dental to look for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Mladineo and every one of her staff are so thoughtful, kind, and excel at what they do. They truly care about their people – from Covid-19 safety, to carefully explaining treatment plans, and to being empathetic to the patients’ concerns, and even the small touches of essential oils! I visited multiple dentists in the past and never felt happy with my experience. It doesn’t feel like a business, I’ve only had 3 appointments and every time I go in Dr. Mladineo and the dental hygienists always warmly welcome me. I’m excited to find my home dentist in Columbus!

They are able to quickly find out what is covered by my insurance, offer extra services such as essential oils, paraffin hand dips, and electric chair massages free of cost, and are very gentle with my teeth. Dr. Mladineo is great! She keeps me informed as to what’s going on as she works on me (which I value). Trillium Dental has the latest equipment in-house, very comfy heated/massaging cushion to lay on while work is being done, and all the staff is professional and friendly. Very honest and trustworthy, went to get a second opinion and found out half of the estimated crowns turned out to be fillings, which not only saved me money, but also saved my teeth from getting crowns already. Dr. Mladineo took time to explain my situation and answered all the questions I had. I am definitely suggesting her to my friends and family. This place is amazing. The aesthetic is very soothing. They let you choose what essential oils you want to diffuse throughout the room. They have massage chairs to further relax you throughout your appointment. The ladies there actually educate you on proper dental hygiene. They are also super gentle on your teeth and gums during cleanings. Definitely my go to dentist in Columbus, OH!

I had heard nothing but fantastic reviews about this dental office and was excited for my first appointment. I’ve had one dentist my entire life and was a little nervous for the transition to this new office, so I have been constantly checking the Google reviews. I noticed one very negative review and became nervous. The negative review mentioned a rude staff, lack of places for personal items during the exam and an excessive wait. This was not even close to my experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. There were 2 chairs for my coat and bag in the exam room, and although there was a short wait, I understood it was because the doctor was incredibly thorough. Loved this place, absolutely will be back for my next cleaning!

I had my first appointment with Trillium Dental at the end of September during all of the COVID craziness. The office was very clean and everyone was wearing masks, staying distant, and taking extra precautions (temperature check, symptom check, gargle with a peroxide/water solution, etc.) to keep everyone safe. I then had x-rays that didn’t involve biting down on awkwardly large pieces of plastic, which was amazing. The dental hygienist took me to a room where I got a bib with essential oils (I chose lavender), and asked me about my dental history as well as my physical health. It was the first time I ever had anyone at a dentist’s office ask about my overall health. The dental hygienist then cleaned my teeth and called Dr. Mladineo in. We went over my visit, she double checked some of my back teeth and suggested treatment. we talked through all of my options in depth and Dr. Mladineo explained enough of the why that I understood but wasn’t overwhelmed. This was the best and most holistic dental experience I have had in my adult life. I highly recommend Trillium Dental.

Dr. Mladineo and her staff are the absolute best. Not only were they kind and friendly, but each visit was like a few old friends catching up. The office is very clean and comfortable with heated, massage chairs, and TVs. They were insistent that I take some coffee or tea to go, and if I ever needed some during the day, just to swing by. Ultimately, I moved and was unable to continue going, but I have always recommended Trillium for the experience. By far, the best dentist I’ve ever had.

I can’t believe that the rating is 4.9 because nobody should be giving Dr. Mladineo and her team less than 5 stars! I went in to talk about getting Invisalign/my teeth filed and I ended up becoming a full patient! hadn’t been to the dentist in a minute (maybe 6 years?!) partially because my old dentist never called me to remind me and partially because my old dentist gave me the “same routine” every time. I felt comfortable in the office – it’s very modern and welcoming. Dr. Mladineo herself is VERY nice, very knowledgable, and very upfront about “you can do option a, but I feel like option b is better, and here is why” so that you can make a decision. She also has her dental assistant call your insurance WHILE you are in the appointment so you know an idea on costs for services! I really don’t know why more offices don’t practice that… If you’re looking for a dentist – go here!!!!

Just had my first appointment at Trillium Dental. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m picky about my hygienist and dentist and have often refused to go to a dentist a second time after an initial experience I didn’t like, however I will be going back to Trillium Dental. The hygienist there was very careful and thorough and explained what she was doing every step of the appointment. When the dentist came in for my exam, she went over my x-rays with me and explained what she saw. She was gentle and gave me options, clarifying the difference between what would be necessary for my health vs what would be purely cosmetic. They also were very clear about what my insurance does and does not cover (like veneers). They also have some features to help you relax since most people tense up at the dentist. I had a nice paraffin wax hand treatment and there was a massager built in to the chair. My kids go in next week for their first appointments, so we’ll see how they handle kids, but since the dentist mentioned she has a son the same age as my kids, I expect it will go well.
