I wish I could give more stars honestly. First of all, their price for Invisalign is absolutely UNBEATABLE. I started my treatment in 2016 and got quotes from two establishments, Trinity being one of them. The other place was more than double the cost out of pocket. Second, they will work with you until they, and you, are satisfied with your results. After my first set of trays, the lines between my top and bottom two front teeth didn’t quite line up, and the doctor pointed out that one of the front teeth was also slightly lower than the other. So I got another set of trays, no extra cost. With these trays, one of my teeth was not sitting in the aligner properly (this tooth turned out to be super stubborn). I grew concerned about it and called to make an appointment. The doctor agreed and scanned me for a THIRD set of trays, still no extra cost. I had barely made it into the start of that first set, but the doctor didn’t hesitate once to throw them out and get me ones that worked. After those trays, the stubborn tooth was still being stubborn. So I got a final set of trays (I say final because I’ll be done on Thursday), and once again, no extra cost. I’ve been in the office SO many times and have never had to pay anything more out of pocket. And last visit I found out I get a complimentary teeth whitening as a congratulations for finishing my treatment! What?! Maybe my insurance is really good but I have never had to pay for anything other than the price I was quoted 2 years ago. The only thing about this office I could do without is the religious theme, and the Christian music they sometimes play. But it’s by no means overbearing and it’s a small price to pay when other places cost more than double. Go here. Even if you live across town. I promise it will be worth it and you will be happy.

I’ve been a patient of this office since I was 14. I need braces as a teen and then again after I broke my jaw as an adult. Currently my daughter is also a patient. I can’t how much I love this office. They have two locations which makes things very convenient. The staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr Nelson is always kind and professional. He is honest about patient needs. My daughter and I both live this office and would highly recommend them!!! Both the Thornton and Arvada office are incredible.

I hope this YELP! review passes into your “ears”, just as confidently. Their EXCELLENT customer service by the staff was a wonderful 1st impression. Take note ALL business, your front desk and ancillary staff is huge for good initial impressions. Dr. Nelson was great. He shared his knowledge and experience openly as he evaluated both our kids for future braces. Dr. Nelson is not your normal orthodontist. This man specializes in craniofacial structure and proper bite alignment…meaning he’s not in the business of just straightening teeth. He wants to not only straighten teeth but make sure a child OR adult has proper bite and jaw alignment. Many “factory orthodontics” are in the business of just grabbing a patient’s money and put on braces to “straighten” teeth, without applying the expertise that Dr. Nelson has and applies. This brings me to another point about this practice. Their motto is “You shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord.” Deut. 6:18 – They actually apply to their practice, what they preach. This is HUGE in healthcare. And personally if I find any person or business that applies these principles…I’m there. My kids are new to the practice, so as their care progresses check back for updates. Dr Nelson and his staff have well over 100 years of combined experience. He is a top 1% Invisalign provider in the entire world. He has a fellowship status through the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. He treats adults and children and is very honest and meticulous about his work. Dr Nelson does not only provide straight teeth but he focuses on the bite and makes sure the jaw joints are in the most ideal position to help with TMJ placement. The reason this is so important is long term health of your teeth and bite. You would be under serving yourself if you went somewhere else.

I did smile care club and they didn’t fix my teeth to the detail I wanted. Total waste of time and money. But Dr. Nelson said at the initial appointment that if I decided to do further correction with his team that they wouldn’t be satisfied with anything less than perfection. It’s taken about a year and a half but you can’t rush art. And I’m super happy with the results! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I went to about four other Orthodontists prior to going here. All of them except Dr Nelson told me that they either couldn’t do anything, tongue was too big, or to get veneers. From the start Dr Nelson was caring and personal. My treatment took a half year longer than excepted, but I never felt like they were rushing me out and instead always made sure that my teeth were well taken care of and that my smile was perfect. I definitely do not regret choosing Trinity and love the care they put into making sure my needs where met. I would choose them all over again and would recommend anyone to Trinity.

Susan, Isabel, and Yerr were amazing on helping me get through the impressions. They told me we would get through it together. For the past 19 years, I’ve been a business owner in the construction supply industry. It’s not a surprise, nor secret, that service, trust, credibility, integrity, and honesty are absolutely paramount to success. From the first time me and my family walked in to this place, I instantly feel the friendliness of the staff. We felt so welcomed. I also love the fact how this facility is so animal friendly. Great orthodontist. Saw us for years before our kids needed braces, free of charge. They didn’t rush us into unnecessary treatments too early. I moved to Colorado halfway through my Invisalign treatment from California, and was doing long-distance with my old provider. We decided my alligners weren’t tracking and they told me to get rescanned here in Colorado at my own cost or fly back to them. I called Trinity after I found them on the Invisalign site just in inquire if they would be open to doing a scan for me. Imagine my surprise when they told me that not only would they, but that they would do it free of cost to me as a courtesy! This is a review looking back at getting braces at Trinity Orthodontics several years ago. If you are older and considering braces… I was 60ish when I decided to bite the bullet and get braces (due to alignment/TMJ issues). I can’t tell you how happy I am that I made this decision, and remain so to this day, several years later. That’s all due to Dr. Nelson and Trinity orthodontics in Westminster/Arvada. The whole team there was welcoming and family-like, showing nothing but concern for the best results and professionalism. They made the process smooth, painless, and worry-free. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson and his team. One piece of advice I would give: they will give you the option upon completion for getting an extra set of retainers. This is an add-on, but is highly recommended. You are going to want an extra set for peace of mind, and there is no better time than at completion of treatment to get a pristine set of retainers for your newly corrected teeth. (They don’t keep the molds into the future.) If you are older, braces can work for you, too! I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and Trinity Orthodontics

Dr. Nelson is not just an excellent orthodontist, he’s an amazing person. We have run into him a couple of times outside of the office and he is so genuine and friendly and engaging with my boys, it’s nothing short of awe inspiring! He’s taken a very conservative approach with my oldest son, eliminating the need for braces all together so far. The entire office staff is probably the nicest I have ever been to. He is currently treating my middle son for his obstructive sleep apnea from a broken nose/deviated septum from when he was 2. I feel blessed to have found Trinity Orthodontics! My daughter got braces here few years ago. We had very few problems but did have to come back for some normal things one can encounter with braces. Each time the service by all staff was excellent. Everyone is so friendly. We are back to replace one of her retainers because it went through the wash and to file her teeth since it has been a few years. Originally came to Trinity Orthodontics for my daughter 6 years ago. Her teeth turned out beautifully in traditional braces . I am now a patient using Invisalign and am so happy! One year in and my teeth already look beautiful ! Dr. Nelson is an expert in Invisalign. I have s difficult case and he had figured all that out and it’s working . Traditional braces are an option as well. He really cares about his patients and had s friendly, upbeat personality . Very caring orthodontist . The staff is top notch! I found this location on google while doing a search for an orthodontist. I am getting married in a year and I needed a quick fix for my less than perfect teeth. I convienetly scheduled an appointment online and was seen quite quickly. Upon my first visit, everyone in the office was extremely nice and super helpful. I can’t remember the name of the young lady that walked me through the scans and the process, but she was amazing! The way they do business is super efficient for the busy, working person. They do “virtual” visits, and have a fair upfront cost for everything. I would recommend this place to truly anyone.

From the minute I walked in the door for my first appointment everyone there was so friendly. The same person that greeted me at the front desk was the person that went with me through the whole examination and consultation process and I really liked that. My husband was able to join me during my whole visit, too. I did not have to wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting room and the doctor was on time to see me in the exam room. Everyone there was honest, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!
