My experience with Dr. Lue and his staff was excellent. I was able to be seen immediately without having an appointment scheduled. On my first visit to his office everyone was so attentive to my needs that it helped calm my nerves. I had a terrible pain on my teeth and gums and was told that it could be fixed with a deep cleaning procedure. I’ve had a deep cleaning done before, but this time it felt much more comfortable than in the past. I was instructed as to what was happening through out the process and in the end was told what to do to avoid this from reoccurring. The day following the procedure I felt so much better and received a phone call from his office as a courtesy to see how I was feeling, which I really appreciated. The location is also great and is easily accessible by all mass transit.

The staff were wonderful. Most helpful on checking to make sure my insurance is covered. And one of the team member – Kit gave good recommendation on products that will help improve my oral hygiene. Dr Tristan Lue has explain clearly and thoroughly to help me understand my situation. A team of professional and good people!

Dr. Lue and his team hands-down have created the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. From the advice they give, to the extremely professional and clean environment and the quality of the care they give, I cannot recommend them highly enough (and coming from a Brit who has experienced a full range of dental ailments, that’s no small feat).

I’ve always been afraid of the dentist since I was little and I’ve never made my own appointment either. The receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Lue walked me through everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I can’t wait to come back !

Great dental experience from Dr Lue, as he is extremely professional and patient, he explained all the details and ease out my concern. The service he provided was great and the pain was very minimal. I had 1 filling and an oral xray done due to pain between my teeth, turn out Dr Lue found a tiny crack from the tooth I had cavity filling before. The wait time was short and the staff is super friendly, she explained all the details regarding to what my insurance covered. I’m definitely recommend Dr Lue to my friends and I will continue seeing him for sure!

Tristan and his assistant Kay are such an amazing team! I can’t say enough good things about them + warm/friendly – they always greet me with a smile and ask how i am + professional – they are serious about their work and doing a good job. they always remind over phone and e-mail for appointments which is useful because within all the work stuff going on, it’s easy to forget things like dental checkups + punctual – they are always ready to start at the agreed upon time and if they are running behind, Kay comes out to let you know and genuinely apologize for the delay (unlike a lot of practices that don’t respect your time) + precise – for the two times I got my cleaning done here, Tristan cleaned through 3 times and made sure he caught everything + efficient – as long as you’re on time and ready to go, everything goes by quickly. I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes for the times i’ve gone in for a cleaning. Bonus story: When they did an annual x-ray for me in December 2017, they found two cavities and scheduled me right away. Because i knew it would take at least an hour, i didn’t want to take a 1.5+ hour lunch break. Evenings were also booked up since December is a busy time before the holidays. They arranged for me to come in before 9am within a week. When i got there, I noticed that the office was really quiet. Although they didn’t tell me this, I sensed that they came in earlier than usual to make sure I got my cavities taken care of. They are so awesome!!

Dr. Tristan Lue is excellent ! He is extremely professional and always addresses any concerns I have. I am a baby when it comes to pain so he always makes sure that I am completely comfortable and numbed up perfectly so I don’t feel a thing! I have been going to him for years and I even make the trip from NJ which is an awesome excuse to have a delicious brunch or see a broadway show while I am there. I love that Dr. Lue is open on the weekends because it is very difficult to get to a dentist during the week. Dr. Lue has performed many procedures on me such as routine cleanings, fillings, as well as dental implants. And yes I have even had a cleaning done while pregnant ! He assured me of any concerns I had and of course we avoided using the Xray (just in case). Yes ladies you do need to take care of you dental health while pregnant just ask your OBGYN. So, once my healthy baby boy is old enough with teeth of his own he will be going to Dr. Lue for sure!

I’m a DC transplant, and for the past few months, I have had a difficult time finding an honest, decent, and knowledgeable dentist in the city. Recently, I was experiencing a tooth pain, which was unbearable and visited a local DC dentist, who told me I needed to get my tooth extracted and get an implant. The dentist was charging me $4,500 out of pocket. My gut feeling was telling me that this dentist just wanted money and could care less to save my decaying tooth. My best friend who resides in NYC became aware of my struggle and recommended her dentist Dr. Tristan Lue (THANK YOU KIT ). I decided to trust my friend and her recommendation, scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lue, and traveled four hours on Megabus for the appointment. When I walked into Dr. Lue’s office, I was impressed by how clean and modern the office is. I want to highlight Kay (the front desk girl), she is extremely patient, sweet, and welcoming. I was unable to remember the name of my dental hygienist (I feel terrible about that), but she was also fantastic and tried her best to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Lue is friendly, professional, and lived up to my expectations. He took his time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. He recommended that I undergo a root canal, which took about two hours, which was painless. I have a follow-up appointment in about a week, and I don’t mind traveling for four hours for my upcoming visits (Dr. Lue is worth it!!!!). If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, knowledgeable dentist, please visit Dr. Lue. He is easily the best dentist I’ve ever seen, he doesn’t waste your time and is very precise and gentle with your teeth. I’m going to be a long-term customer and recommend his office to friends and family. I feel blessed and fortunate to have found this place and trust them with my teeth.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lue since I moved to NYC 2 years ago and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Both he and his staff are considerate, attentive, and most importantly well qualified. They take great care of my oral health and the appointments are always comfortable and on time.
