Dr. Hollinger is a True”10″ on a scale of 1-10. And TruDentristry is a God-send blessing to have found. The entire staff is AMAZING and they are extremely accommodating in catering to, and providing care to people with busy schedules. They have been VERY effective at working with our insurance to maximize our benefits coverage and minimize our out of pocket. Our other Austin dental experiences have kept us in a stressed out chaotic state of worry, constantly micromanaging our Dental statements and bills for accuracy and honesty. I highly advocate TruDentistry’s entire team and Dr. Hollinger!

This is by far the best dentist and dental office staff I have ever met! Every single person on staff has made me feel so at peace and relaxed every single visit. I’ve never enjoyed being at the dentist until I discovered this place. Thank you for being so warm, welcoming, professional, friendly, and accommodating. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would go here forever! I will miss you Tru Dentistry!

I ADORE the people who work here. They always make me feel like a friend & take amazing care of me. They do amazing dental work as well! The atmosphere is clean & welcoming, & they let you watch Netflix while you’re getting your teeth worked on (: I seriously can’t rave about the people enough. They make a note to remember your name, they do extra things to make sure you’re comfortable, and make sure you leave with a cleaner, bigger smile.

When a piece of a silver filling I’ve had since childhood broke off, I called for a consultation. They were able to get me in quickly. After a consultation with Dr. Hollinger, I decided to replace both of my silver fillings. She filled two new small cavities as well. At my request, she did all if this without novocaine and was great about letting me have breaks when the sensation got to be too much, which I know made her job harder and took more time. She was respectful of my wishes and made me feel like it wasn’t a problem at all for her to spend the extra time. I am sensitive about getting X-Rays and they were amenable to only taking what was absolutely needed for this visit. Dr. Hollinger and her staff were friendly and welcoming.

I have been coming to Tru dentistry for a couple years now and have had a lot of crowns and work done. I absolutely love this place. Going to the dentist isn’t the best feeling usually until you go to Tru Dentistry. The customer service is top notch and they actually care about you and do everything to make you feel comfortable and happy. Thank you to everyone at Tru dentistry for your outstanding service! I will recommend this dentist for all your dental needs!

TRU Dentistry is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Dr Hollinger is super sweet and does the cleanings herself instead of leaving it to the assistant, as many dentists do. She does a stellar job too! Alex, the receptionist, is amazing. He worked with me on payments while I was waiting for my dental insurance to kick in, and has been super responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I can’t recommend TRU Dentistry enough!

I am always uneasy about visiting the dentist and I was nervous to extend an arm to find an established primary dentist once I moved down here. I am very happy I did! The staff is vibrant and friendly and they have a “small business/local” vibe to them. Dr. Hollinger is great! They all knew what they were doing and did a great job. They are extremely knowledgable and enlightened me and gave my advice about my teeth that I had never had with previous dentists. I know now better ways of caring for my teeth. I will definitely be back.

Thank you to the team and Dr Hollinger! I’m in the dental field and know how important it is to make your patients feel comfortable when in your office however when it’s your family it’s even more important. My sister had an emergency over the weekend and Alex quickly responded and was able to get her taken care of today. Thank you for treating my sister with excellent chairside service and for the doctor- she said you were amazing!!!!

Stop searching. This is where you need to go. I called 20 different tooth extraction places around Austin and TRU Dentistry was the most affordable Emergency Dentist and they were able to get me taken care of the same day. The office was very clean and everyone really nice. Dr. Samantha Hollinger did my procedure. He answered all of my silly questions and although I was nervous about the pain, I hardly felt a thing. 10 out of 10. Would Recommend.

Wow, I’m so sad I learned about this place my last week in Austin! I’m moving out of the country and I started to get some tooth pain so I figured I’d better go get it looked at; my regular dentist didn’t have time but these folks fit me in. I figured I’d also get a cleaning while I was there and they did an awesome job, explained the tooth pain in clear terms and helped me resolve it … and charged me half price because they knew about my moving expenses! The dentist and dental hygienist were both that perfect mix of professional and good-humored that leaves you feeling confident but not cold. Actually everyone in the office was friendly, which isn’t always the case at doctors offices during Covid (hard to blame them but still). I like my old dentist but had I known about this place I definitely would have picked them as my primary. I probably won’t ever go to this office again since our time in Austin is up, but I can at least confidently send other folks their way.

I have a fear of going to the dentist because of fear and the expense. The staff really eliminated all of my fears. The Hygienist was so gentle and friendly. The staff helped me feel really comfortable and took the time to address all of my concerns. The billing process was explained and the staff didn’t make me feel any pressure about going beyond my financial means. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had!

What a pleasant, thorough, and quick experience — at the dentist no less! Doctor Hollinger personally cleaned my teeth – been a long time since my teeth were cleaned by anyone but a hygienist. She also walked me through all the progressions and things I need to watch out for instead of just talking over my head or simply not explaining what is going on. Glad I found a wonderful dentist in Austin, finally.

Haven’t been to the dentist in several years because I have so much anxiety and hate people messing with my mouth, but after all the good reviews I decided to give tru Dentistry Austin a try. I am very glad I did, everyone is so welcoming and understanding of all my anxiety’s I have, by far the best dentist I have ever had. I even had a therapy dogo sitting on my lap the whole time to help!

My partner and I both had an amazing experience at TRU Dentistry. We came in for a routine cleaning as new patients. Dr. Hollinger provided gentle and comprehensive care that was not rushed and friendly. She actually gave me insight into the anatomy of my jaw and teeth that I’d not learned from other dentists. The staff was also warm and inviting; you can tell everyone genuinely cares about the people they see each day. Alex gave me a run down of costs/plan of care with ease and kindness that didn’t feel pushy or overwhelming. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. We will be back! Thank you, TRU Dentistry!

Being a dental professional myself, I’m very pleased and excited to be a patient here! Everyone is so welcoming and passionate about the dental field. Very professional, immaculate, and modern establishment with top of line dental equipment. Thank you to everyone on the Tru Team for exceeding my expectations! I had not been to the dentist in years and I was ashamed at the poor state my teeth were in. It took a bad tooth infection and a neccessary emergency extraction to get me back in to see the dentist. I cannot say enough about courteous, professional, and accommodating treatment that I recieved. Dr. Samantha, Alex, Jaime, Ashton, and the whole team went above and beyond. I am now back on track to healthy teeth and gums and much more smiling! Good people highly reccomend!

I can’t say enough good things about TRU Dentistry. I’ve now been there multiple times, and each time, the service continues to impress. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Visits to the dentist are often something to fear, but not at this place — it’s just too pleasant of an experience overall. I highly recommend coming here for any and all of your dental needs!

I have to start off by saying WOW Tru is the most clean, easy going office I have ever been to! Dr. Hollinger is AMAZING! She is gentle, kind and very knowledgeable! I was able to get same day treatment done after my cleaning and everything went very smooth! Everyone in the office is super sweet and honestly I forgot I was even getting dental work done! I highly recommend Tru Dentistry!

I brought in my granddaughter who is a student at TSD & had broken a baby tooth. I could complete all the forms on line & ahead of our appt, so check in was a breeze. Aside from the dentist & her staff, we were the only ones in the office. They took excellent care of my granddaughter, although it was not the best for her — novocaine injections hurt, no matter how old you are. They took xrays, cleaned her teeth, & then pulled the broken tooth & another one that was already loose. Once we were done, she got to choose a book from a great assortment, & then we went for lunch & ice cream. The dentist & her whole staff were empathetic and compassion. They did everything they could to make my 10-year-old granddaughter as comfortable as possible. I have 3 more grandchildren at TSD, & would bring them here without hesitation.
