Dr Kim is a sweetheart! She’s not there to get over on patients suggesting unnecessary work for financial gains. I was told by another dental office I needed several crowns replaced. Dr Kim stated I did not need crowns replaced and only worked/suggested on what was needed. She also works patients into schedule. I love how she takes the time to explain things. Glad I found a reliable dentist close to home.

I’ve been changing my dentist so many times. One of my friends recommended Tru Plano Dental to me, and I’m very happy with current experience. Miri Kim is super nice and the staffs are friendly as well. They are very patiently and knowledgeable on all kinds of questions from patients. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at Tru Plano Dental.

I drove from Houston to Dallas convinced that I would have the best dental work with Dr. kim M. A good friend of mine told me that she had the best experience visiting this Dental clinic. And after I got my new crown done I could even find the one that was been fixed… It looks just so natural in shape and it match so naturally the color of the rest of my tooth, that I could even recognize which one was the broken one. Dr. Kim is truly the nicest dentist I have ever met. She remembers things we talked about during my last appointment, asks about my family and always has a smile on her face. She makes sure to tell you everything she does and always checks in to make sure you are doing okay. My teeth feel so clean after my appointments and I never feel like they take unnecessarily long. All of her staff are always so nice and the office is always clean and well maintained. I am so glad I found her.

Dr. Kim took the time to listen to all my concerns and delivered big time! I was really worried about being taken advantage of since it seems like I always end up with a high bill every time I go to the dentist. Dr. Kim was able to explain to my why I needed to get my teeth cleaned twice a year. I am very happy with my Invisalign clear aligners. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about getting Invisalign to do it. I was able to use Care Credit for my financing as Tru Plano Dental accepts Care Credit. Thanks guys!

As an adult who has neglected a dental visit for about 15 years, I found that I really needed to find a dentist who is kind, gentle and reassuring while thoroughly demonstrating the skills required to earn my trust. Mission accomplished! Dr Miri Kim checked all the boxes during my first visit. Dr Kim’s encouragement really gives me the confidence I need to maintain regular dental care from now on. Thank you!

Dr. Kim, thank you so much for treating me so professionally. After moving from California and having that problem with my tooth I got worried but not anymore. Thank you so much for all the great work you guys are doing! If you need a dentist who will provide excellent work and who really cares about the patient more then a normal dentist would go to dr Kim ! I will keep going back for sure!

The Dr is very conservative. I was missing 3 teeth and she was able to help me with implants and crowns . She is always the doctor I see. I don’t like going to the larger dental offices because there’s always a different doctor each time. Dr. Kim is always available for me and I like seeing the same doctor each time . Thanks !

First of all, I don’t write reviews very often and to say that this place is great would be an understatement. All the staff here were extremely friendly and courteous. I’ve had a very bad experience with a different clinic, so when my friend referred me to Tru Plano Dental I decided to give this a shot. At first when I called in to make an appointment, Osman was very helpful. He explained to me all services that I may need as well as those that are optional or “good to have”. Most other dentists I went to previously would give me an exhaustive list of all the services that I need including getting crowns, a ton of antibiotics, invisialign and whatnot which tbh most of us don’t need unless your dental hygiene is terrible. He also told me the entire break down over the phone and what my out of pocket will be and *spoiler alert* you probably won’t find anything more affordable in Dallas. The thing that strikes me the most about Dr. Kim (Miri) is how much care she put in all her patients. Not only was she very honest with my treatment plan, her and her staff (forgot her name) really took their time to ensure that I was as comfortable and pleasant as I could be — two words you don’t hear used very often to describe your dental clinic. If you’re like me and have always been fearful about going to a dentist, give this place a try. I had my deep cleaning done and yes, some part of it were painful but overall it was good time ☺️

My previous dentist moved to a location that is just way too far for me to want to commute. When I found out about this location I thought I’d call and give it a try and was blown away. Dr. Kim provides excellent customer service and there aren’t any up-sell tactics that I have encountered with other dentistry. Highly recommend anyone to give her a try!
