They always have great music playing and the staff and doctors and so down to earth and help you understand everything before it’s done! Love it! Honest people and great results! Absolutely the best experience ever!! I’ve been off my braces for 4 years and my smile looks better than ever! Dr. Christopher Trockel has been my orthodontist from consultation up to this day, and all throughout the process he was sweet, caring, professional, honest, and very personable. It’s always fun and relaxing to speak with Maria, she always makes sure you’re taking care of and feel valued. Every time I step into their office they make me feel like family. Another thing I love about them is that they’re always looking for ways to grow!! It makes me proud to share my experience and recommend to friends and family. They also have financial plans to help with your smile investment. Again, I couldn’t say enough good things about Dr. Chris, his family, and their business. They’re just phenomenal!

Dr. Trockel and his staff are so welcoming, nice and professional. My 10 year old daughter was pleasantly surprised to have a fun visit getting her braces on. She loved how friendly everyone was to her and walked away excited to come back! True Smile orthodontics is an exceptional office that treats you like family.

This is the warmest, friendliest place I have ever been. The girls are very sweet and caring. The doctors are both genuine, they actually care to get to know their patients and are excited to give them a beautiful new smile. I have not been to an office where I felt more valued and respected. These really are the nicest doctors you will ever meet and I am so happy I found True Smile Orthodontics!

Dr. Trockel and his whole staff are amazing and so nice. My son got his bottom braces today and will be getting his top ones and some kind of thing to make his bottom jaw match up with top jaw soon. Can’t wait to see the end results. Everyone made him feel confident and good about getting his braces. I definitely recommend True smile to all!! Oh and my son thinks they are very cool because he says they did not hurt him one bit!

The people in this place are so nice and they are extra clean if they drop something on the floor they immediately pick it up and expose of it and take off their gloves and put on new ones they must go through several gloves to insure they stay sanitary and I can appreciate that and Dr Trockel sees everyone personally himself he has assistants which are trained experts too but he makes sure you have been looked at and been seen personally by him and that everything is to his standards every visit

True Smile is truly an amazing place. If I️ could give 100 starts I️ would. The staff is so friendly and warm and inviting. Engage in conversation that makes you feel comfort, they explain everything that’s happening and what to expect. I️ have not been to a dentist since I was young. I️ was extremely nervous at first but they made me feel very comfortable. The process was so enjoyable I️ would recommend them in a heart beat.

This is the best orthodontist ever!! The office staff is so friendly and inviting. I recommend everyone get a consultation here if you are even considering getting braces. They took the time to explain everything to us and we didn’t feel pressured at all. My son really enjoyed not having to do the old fashion impressions and instead they used this cool wand thing. The Dr and assistant remembered everyone that came in when we were there. Very very impressed with the way this orthodontist office works and would recommend to everyone!

Dr Trockel and Terri were amazing. They are professional and yet made each experience and visit feel personable and enjoyable. I got braces in my mid 20s and the fear of the entire process was completely lifted because Dr. Trockel was and is very detailed and precise. I believe my teeth will remain straight due to his efforts and willingness to ensure that. I love his desire to help others in other countries as well. You guys are a blessing! Thank you for helping me achieve something I was so afraid to do for so many years! I was also impressed with the easy payment plan on my portion of the expense, as well as the referral credit I got for sending my colleague in to get braces as well. Very clean office as well…the kids area is very nice with movies and video games and toys.

Amazed by the welcoming atmosphere at True Smile Orthodontics. The staff members are friendly and make you feel welcomed. The office is clean and there’s an area to entertain kids. Wait times are short and the staff keeps you updated. Dr. Trockel knows his stuff and takes time to explain what is needed and why. A great experience all around!

Awesome atmosphere. True smile sets the bar or “wire” in this case pretty high. From my initial free consultation; the receptionists were kind and friendly. After the doctor reviewed my x-rays. I discussed prices, which they offer a few different options for whatever your financial needs maybe. I’m currently still wearing braces however, I can say the timeline they projected I’m right on track to the beautiful smile I’ve always wanted.

My daughter recently finished her expander and my son has the clear ceramic braces right now. Then my wife says it’s her turn. Everyone there has always been very welcoming. I heard Dr. Trockel speaking Spanish one day so I sent my coworker to them too and she was happy and got braces there too. You can’t go wrong here. They make sure you understand everything – every step of the way. We won’t go anywhere else!

Both of our children go to Dr. Trockel and Dr. Trockel for braces. We have been with them for over a year; and the experience has been phenomenal. Our daughter got her braces taken off a few weeks ago and now wears her retainer every day. She smiles with confidence; and the only thing she misses is the sweet staff at True Smile!! Dr. Trockel has been amazing to work with!!! Not only is he great but also everyone in the office!! Any little question or concern is answered. I have had work done and love the results. My teenage son also enjoys seeing Dr. Trockel and is super excited about his new smile he is getting! I would recommend him to anyone for all ages – adults and younger!!!!

We couldn’t be happier it’s like you walk in and are visiting with old friends not just another Ortho. They are so friendly and so patient with any questions you have. It’s a fun positive environment. We would drive to Oklahoma City if that’s where this office moved. Thanks for being an amazing office that genuinely cares about its patients.

Love this place! They are the friendliest, nicest most helpful staff to go to for any and all orthodontic needs. These people have above and beyond to help my child get his braces. Both Dr. Christopher Trockel and Dr. Martin Trockel, are artist in their field. I still can’t get over how beautiful they have made my sons teeth. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

The staff is very friendly and willing to work with your needs. They schedule perfectly with little to no waiting and always let you know what’s going to happen next in the process. My daughter doesn’t sit still very well and they are patient and kind with her. I drive out of my way to go see them over other Orthodontics offices. Can’t say enough of how thankful I am for them, I highly recommend them to anyone!! I will be taking my other daughter here when she is old enough. Truly a WOW experience for us! I love this place! Dr. Trockel and his staff is amazing. They are very friendly and patient. Everything is explained and they are always available to answer any questions you may have. I have been impressed since my consultation. They have the right name because they truly make you smile as soon as you walk in the door. I reccommend them to anyone needing orthodontic treatment, adults and children.

Aug 24 I chose this ortho bc i was referred by a previous customer and bc they have good reviews. Its been a yr now since I started my braces journey. Im actually pretty amazed of how the elastics pull my jaw and teeth. However my midlines are shifting out of line. I hope they are able to fix it. After all I did pay ALOT for them. They havnt mention to me anything whenever i do ask. I would appreciate if they tell more about wat they are doing in our mouths. Theyre mostly quite and does not tell me anything about the materials they are using. But i guess ill let that slide. Dr. Trockle is nice. Some of his assistants are very good and a few of them needs alot more practice bc if u get them, he/she would be very very slow. The place IS an open area. But if you’re uncomfortable, they may have a private room. Overall clean place. Nice staffs. Il update wen my braces are complete.

The residents in the Tulsa area are in luck. Both Dr. Trockel’s are amongst the best doctors in the Orthodontic field! As a colleague I have nothing but greatness to describe them. From meeting them in person you will find them humble and down to earth. Listening to them you will see their sharpness and professionalism. Follow them and they will give you an amazing smile!
