Both of my children go here and I couldn’t be more at ease. At first I was a bit put off thinking that they rolled patients out on an assembly line and wasn’t sure how much personal attention we would get. Previously we were patients of an Orthodonist that was very one on one, but after that practice began failing us, I turned to Truman hearing good things from friends. Both of my children have different orthodontic needs and one has a specific, somewhat rare issue. From the moment we had our consultation I felt that Dr. Truman knew exactly what he was talking about and at times when he saw something different, he told us he’d have to research, and he did! It’s been over a year now and I am confident we made the right decision. In addition his staff is extremely knowledgeable and have an excellent”bedside manner”. Always professional and sympathetic when need be. Even scheduling appointments are a breeze and the finance department works with you. I highly recommend Truman Orthodontics. You will get one on one care, lost of face time and excellent results. Why can’t they all be this good?

Our consultation with Dr. Truman last week was so good, we were back in 3 days to get my daughter’s braces on. I had already been to a different orthodontist for a consultation 6 mos. ago which was quite pleasant, but knowing I needed to follow up this month, I decided to make an apt. with Dr. Truman for a 2nd opinion per several friends’ positive experiences. As mentioned, the first consultation was good, but I was convinced Dr. Truman was our choice after our visit with him. The entire staff was friendly, professional and well informed. Kellie, the new patient coordinator greeted us first and was fabulous with my daughter. We then met with Brittany, the treatment coordinator who was also super friendly and explained everything from treatment to the payment plan. She had answers to all of my questions. Then Dr. Truman visited with us and examined my daughter. He reviewed her x-rays with us and explained what needed to be corrected. I loved the experience so much, we took the next available apt. When we arrived to get the braces on, Amber greeted us exactly on time. No wait. We watched the tremendously helpful video all about treating your braces and how the process works. Amber was terrific. My daughter is 8, so she wanted to hold my hand. They gave me a seat to scoot next to her and never made me feel I was in the way. Amber explained what she was doing the whole time, putting my daughter at ease. I can’t say enough. The office is gorgeous too. Everything is state of the art with so many fun programs and activities for patients. You can tell Dr. Truman is passionate about his work, and it also is evident that he demands the same from his staff.

Such a great place! I went In to get a consultation on my teeth and Dr.Truman and the staff were very nice and helpful. X rays were free with the consultation! The treatment coordinator Brittany May was eager to help me find the best plan possible and very informative on everything I needed to know to get the process going. There was a little trouble with my insurance regarding deadlines and she got me in that day to get my braces on and start my orthodontic financial agreement! Such a cute, fun place I even got a little goody bag and a free t shirt! Also, chapstick! Which I know is a conflict sometimes when visiting the orthodontist, they would ask me here and there if I needed chapstick while getting worked on and it’s yours to keep, different scents and smells really good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing orthodontic care.

Thank goodness there were lots of photos of adults on their website. I am 62, recently retired after 40+ years in healthcare, and didn’t want to be sitting in a sea of little kids. Also every YouTube video I’d looked at was done by Social Media Influencers who could be my grandkids. Not to worry: this is custom care. Going in mid-day seems to avoid the school-aged crowd, in Covid times there is NO crowd. The staff is completely professional and that’s refreshing. There’s lots of parking and the office is neat as a pin and clean.

Dr Truman and the entire staff are amazing! They make every part of the process easy and understandable. Ongoing treatment is a time investment and they respect that. You are seen at your appt time and back to your day quickly, never rushed, always answered every question, but they respect your time! I went based on feedback (not my original referral) And I am SOOOOO happy I did! Results of the work are perfect and every step of the process was done with a 5 star level of service!! THANK YOU ALL!

We started at another orthodontist, but ended changing to Dr. Truman. We are so glad we did! My 11-year-old daughter got through the whole process in about a year and a half. She is completely done! My son just started the process. He will start with a retainer and then get braces once his adult teeth come in. I appreciate that Dr. Truman chooses the best solution for your child and not what would cost the most. It might be the best option for some to have 2-step braces, but I appreciate that he does not recommend that for all if it is not necessary. I trust him with the advice he gives. The staff is always super friendly. The office is very clean. I only have positive things to say about Truman Orthodontics. I would recommend them to anyone.

Truman Orthodontics has treated my wife, and both of our children!! 10+ years later my wife’s teeth are sparklingly beautiful and both of our kids’ mouths are coming right along! Honestly the number one thing I have to say about Truman is their timeliness. They are so efficient. If we get there early, they get us in early, if we get there on time, they get us in as scheduled. Never do we ever have to wait. Whether it’s in the morning, during the school day, or after school they are great!They are this way with all their clients. As anyone with multiple children in multiple activists knows, timeliness is of the essence. Dr. Truman and his staff know and understand this better than just about any other practitioner office I’ve ever visited. Their location on Sahara is clean, family friendly, and as enjoyable as can be for someone in the dental profession. The kids don’t mind coming here and I don’t mind taking them because they really are so good at giving us great care while getting us in and out as quickly as possible. Great place, great staff, great teeth and smiles.

No wonder this place has all 5 stars! I have been to about 6 different invisalign consults and so far Debbie of Truman dental has been the best. She was one of the sweetest most welcoming treatment coordinators I have dealt with. Debbie made me feel welcome, took her time and explained all my financial options to me and was not at all pushy or pressuring. Dr. Truman himself is very knowledgable and took his time to really check out my teeth and explain my treatment options. This office has very flexible in house payment plans / financing and also offers care credit. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and cannot begin to stress just how awesome Debbie is. Go see this place, especially if you’re interested in making payments as you go along.

This place rocks! I feel like a broken record but I’ll say it again, I’m new to the area. I’ve had 2 sets of braces and expanders done back in Ca and 1 more kid to go. My middle kid lost her retainers…again. You know after you put all the money down for that gorgeous smile you have to keep at it with the retainers, so first stop upon moving was getting a new ortho to hold those teeth. This office is so kid friendly and the staff are kind and easy to work with. The office is cutting edge with technology and that makes it so nice for apprehensive kids. The last retainers we had made involved goop in the mouth and some serious gagging, not a great time. They use little camera wands, huge plus! When we went over our options for a new retainer I was shocked by how fair the pricing was and surprised not to be pressured or price gouged. It’s crazy but I’m actually looking forward to my 3rd getting his braces on. Only negative is my cell didn’t work in the waiting area, review on T Mobile later.

I just had my braces removed on December 3, 2014 following upper jaw surgery in February 2014 and I couldn’t be happier. Throughout my arduous recovery, Dr. Truman and staff have been incredibly supportive, even sending me postcards encouraging me to keep my chin up and that I was looking great (even though I didn’t with my swollen face!). My braces were initially removed in September 2014 but I had to have the braces partially reinstalled to correct my bite further. I also have had issues with retention post-braces removal (issue with my lower retainer) but Dr. Truman has since resolved the problem by giving me new retainer(s), and he didn’t even charge me extra for them. Now that is tremendous customer service. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Truman and his staff highly enough
