I have been going to Dr.Sanati for many years now and I cannot recommend him enough! He has a fantastic bedside manner, puts one at ease immediately ,super skilled and professional at what he does. He’s very gentle and makes sure I am pain free every time! He cares about his patients a great deal..the best dentist in the area! His staff are super professional, very friendly and so efficient! I have had simple procedures done like teeth cleaning and whitening to more complex procedures like root canals and capping ..Im always happy and comfortable with zero pain even after complex procedures! Great Dentist!

An absoutley amazing group of people. I was very nervous about coming in because I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time and everyone made me feel so comfortable and they really took their time with me to make me feel less anxious and nervous. Phenomenal dentists

I am pleased to call Tysons dentistry my dental family doctor. Top-notch equipment, friendly staff, clean office and family oriented. You can’t go wrong visiting Tysons Dentistry and meeting Dr. Sanati and his wife Dr Shahram. I decided to give them a try a few years ago by a recommendation from a friend, reviews. Later my wife joined me and we have been bringing my boys there as well since last year. I had a few other dentists over time and by far they are the best. On my last check up Dr. Sanati asked me if I had a dry mouth and I was shocked. He then provided me a solution. (As I have been fighting this for years). Dr Sanati and his wife are caring and easy to work with. I just wish there were a little closer to me, but I guess sometimes that is a price to pay to have a reliable trustworthy doctor. I definitely recommend them as my dental family doctor.

I went in today for a treatment as a new patient. The office is neat and clean. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. The wait time was extremely short although I arrived much earlier than scheduled. The staff including Angela and Jessica were extremely nice and welcoming. The hygienist Martha was both knowledgeable and courteous. The treatment took longer than we expected but she was very patient. The doctor was friendly and provided some advise for future treatments. I highly recommend this dentist office for its overall quality, friendliness and convenience.

Before I went to Tysons to see Dr. Sanati for the first time in December 2015 I had not been to the dentist in 7 years. I was nervous, because of the expense and the general embarrassment about those 7 years, but Dr. Sanati and his staff were fantastic. They gave me estimates for all of the work (which seemed reasonably priced), and he explained at each step along the way what he was doing. I was really happy with my experience, and even more so when last Friday night a really old filling came out. I thought my tooth was disintegrating and I totally panicked! Their website said they offered emergency care, so I went ahead and called, thinking I’d have to wait until Monday. Instead, Dr. Sanati met me first thing Saturday morning (on his weekend!) to assess and do a temporary fix. Overall, amazing experiences so far and I couldn’t be happier!! I’m glad I found them!

I was putting off going to the dentist for over a year because of a previous negative experience. I was so lucky to come across Tysons Dentistry! All of the staff members were very friendly, knowledge, and respectful. I was in and out with x-rays and a routine cleaning in under an hour. I no longer have to dread the dentist!

I used to hate to go to the dentist until I started to see this husband and wife team in tysons. They are the most friendly, gentle, accomodating dentists I have ever seen. Not to mention they care about getting involved in the community and with charities. The office is tucked off of route 7 just before the toll road. It is so modern, with the latest in dental technology and impeccably clean. I never have to wait, and get my cleanings done in under 30 min – which is great with a busy working life. Go see Dr. Sanati and Dr. Shohreh and feel good about your teeth again!

I had been avoiding the dentist for going on 10 years and finally went after trying to find the best dentist in the area for my needs. Every single person in the office was kind and friendly way beyond my expectation. It was an extremely pleasant experience, which is a lot coming from somebody that has high anxiety when it comes to dental work. I will absolutely be coming back here! Thank you all!

This is the single best dental practice I have ever been to: clean, comfortable, modern, friendly, professional. I first met Dr. Sanati under unfortunate circumstances — I needed a root canal, but he calmed my fears, explained the entire procedure thoroughly, and did a phenomenal job with the procedure itself — virtually no pain and only minor discomfort. I have since been back multiple times for a comprehensive evaluation, cleanings, and fillings, and these visits have confirmed my impression that Dr. Sanati is genuinely concerned about patient welfare and satisfaction. He has excellent chairside manner — will ask if you need a break from holding your mouth open too long, will apologize when he has to shoot you with anesthesia (as if he needs to!) — and is simply a consummate professional. The staff is also very friendly — everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists. I also note that in all my visits, I have never had to wait. Literally — I’ve arrived, and been escorted in to my appointments on time. Of course, this is NoVA, and I can’t speak to how the cost/price (even with insurance) compares to other places. But for me, it’s worth every penny.

Now everybody in our family become a loyal patients with Tysons Dentistry. Dr. Santani is very generous and patient (even with my tot). He took time to explain the procedure or everything that you would question about. All the staffs are very friendly, knowledge, and respectful. The office is extremely clean, plus there are TVs for you to watch during your procedure. All of the equipment is very technologically advanced and modern. Over all we are really please to be his patients, including my kid!!
