Okay, so here’s the skinny….too often I’ve read shining reviews on various products and/or services and thought blah blah blah this person must be on the payroll…. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist and I knew I needed substantial work.  I had already priced a couple different dentists when I came across a Groupon Special for Invisalign that Ultra Smile Dentistry was offering.  It was priced substantially less than I had seen  elsewhere, so I decided to go in for a cleaning and evaluation.  As  other people’s reviews mention, the office is state of the art and spa-like.  The environment is clean and relaxing, and the staff’s reception very welcoming.   Throughout the cleaning, x-rays, and evaluation, the staff was friendly, thorough, and very informative.  Dr. Bahmadi sat with me and took her time to find out what my goals were,  and  presented  various options for proposed plans, based on what “I” was comfortable with functionally, and financially.  Then I was led to a small conference room/area and thought… oh great 🙁 here comes the closer… I must say I was pleasantly surprised.  There was no hard sell trying to get me to commit as I had experienced in other offices, and their proposal was competitively priced less than other quotes I had  received.  The following day I received an email asking about my visit, and if I would like to post a review.  Now I believe in the law of averages because…well, anyone can have at least one good day, so I wanted to hold off until I’ve had several visits.  After various visits I can say that this is a first class organization from top to bottom.  The service and attention of the entire staff has been exemplary!  Dr. Bahmadi is very qualified, takes great pride in her work and is caring with her patients.  In my visits so far I have not experienced any discomfort or pain during or after any procedure.  So while the bells and whistles are definitely enjoyable, it is the quality care that does it for me.  I will definitely be recommending Ultra Smile Dentistry to my friends, family and anyone else I come across!

Had a phenomenal cleaning with the Hygienist Thayara , she used devices like the oralsol in which allows the mouth to widen without any pain or effort. She is very informative during her cleaning and even provides an explanation in a thorough yet generic manner for those whom aren’t knowledgeable on dental terminology. Having emergency dental work during a global pandemic is not exactly highly recommended. A crown popped out during dinner and I was stressed! My dentist, Dr. Neda Bahmadi, sent her patients an email several weeks ago informing us all routine maintenance appointments will be rescheduled for a later date and her offices would be closed until further notice due to the city mandated lockdown. She also advised she would be available for any pain or dental emergencies with instructions on how to reach her on her mobile phone as needed. Who does that!? Anyway, I reached her on her mobile after 7:00PM on Tuesday night and she promptly scheduled me for an appointment on Wednesday afternoon. She did screen me and asked if I had been traveling, on a cruise or been out of state in the last month before confirming the appointment. I appreciated that! She met me at her Midtown office to get me taken care of. She wiped everything down, made sure I washed my hands correctly, took my temperature (97.3) and rinse with antibacterial mouthwash before ANYTHING got started. She made it a point that both of us were safe before proceeding. She put on PPE (gown, N95 mask, face shield, gloves etc..) and reattached my crown. She was thorough and excellent like always! Making sure I was OK throughout the procedure. I can’t thank Dr. Bahmadi enough for truly being a caring health professional always putting her patients first! She told me this crisis has significantly affected her practice. Please consider Dr. Bahmadi if you need an amazing dentist in Miami. She has convenient office locations in Downtown Miami and Midtown. She will be offering cosmetics dentistry in addition to general dentistry when conditions improve and she re-opens her offices. She is the best and will be there for you!

What a wonderful experience! I happened to be in Miami for the week and needed to see a dentist while I was in town. This place came highly recommended, so I thought I would give it a shot. The office is in a very central area so it was easy to get to and the facility is clean, high-end and comfortable. The office it great super clean modern looking with nice decor and a TV on the roof so you can watch a movie while they work! Lizzie, at the front desk, the first person you will most likely meet on visiting Dr. Bahmadi’s practice, is always extremely friendly, attentive and above all efficient (exactly what you would want from the person that will be managing your bookings and your insurance claims). Sandra, Dr. Bahmadi’s oral hygienist, is also worth a mention in that my recent cleaning with her was probably the best since I first landed in Miami four years ago from the UK. I appreciate her clear enthusiasm for the job and the time she took to explain thoroughly specificities relating to my teeth and how I should take note of them when brushing and flossing etc It is clear that Dr. Bahmadi runs a tight ship which inspires confidence so I had no doubt that my consultation with her would go well.
