Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity, but it is a ‘must’ if you want to continue to have good health.  I had a long overdue appointment for checkup recently which revealed several problems.  If I must go to the dentist, Upland Laser Dental Center is the place I will go.  Staff, hygienist, dentist and her assistant are all calm and pleasant which makes ME calm. I have had no pain during the procedures and very minor tenderness after my cleaning etc.  I highly recommend this office.

Super friendly, I always feel at home. Experienced staff with up to date equipment. I also like that there is minimal wait time. The last dental office always had a long wait time and specialty dentist only came in on few days out of the month. With Upland Laser Dental there is zero to minimal wait time and Appointments aren’t extended based on specialties. Everything you need is already in-house

Let me tell you about this little gem of a dentist office. Everyone is very professional, but most importantly for me, they care about their patients. They break everything down for you…from any procedures you will have to do to how much money said work will cost you out of pocket (before hand).They make sure you don’t feel any pain – which is a plus plus for me. Stop reading these reviews and call them, already. Best decision you’ll ever make.

Couldn’t ask for a better dental office!  Friendly staff, efficient service and a relaxing view while getting your dental work done!  I was really impressed that they were able to do my cleanings and 2 cavity fillings at my first visit.  Most places would make you come back several times. The laser used to do my filings was painless and there wasn’t even any numbing needed!  I would HIGHLY recommend this office, especially if you have had a bad experience at the dentist in the past.  It’s a little out of the way for me but SO worth the drive from San Bernardino!

I had to cancel two appointments before they fit me in with little notice today. From the moment I walked in everyone made me feel welcome and in good hands. All the staff are very knowledgeable and they listened to me. They even adjusted my treatment based on my suggestion. The Dr. Is confident and capable putting my comfort first. The procedure was painless and surprisingly quick. They have earned my business and will use them for all my dental needs.

Because of the friendly staff and very professional employees that do outstanding work , I’m no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Thank you Upland laser Dental

I don’t know where to begin! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The facility is clean, modern, and welcoming. If you are like me and have had unpleasant experiences in the past I HIGHLY recommend coming to Upland Laser Dental Center. The hygienist was great and changed my perspective and taught me so much about everyday oral hygiene. My husband has his appointment next week!

Upland Laser Dental Center is not your typical dentistry. I have been going here for almost 10 years and have seen that the staff take pride in making your trip the the dentist as satisfying as possible.Dr. Nguyen is even licensed to treat sleep apnea and do invisalign. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They focus on treating  your concerns and only make necessary recommendations. You will find that the office is cozy and professional. The team always looks for ways to improve patient experience, incorporating the latest advancements in technology, from wireless equipment, movies, and touch pads to nifty shades and raffled prizes. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a good, family dentist. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing experience here at this office. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The dentist were very patient (because I’m one of those people who are scared of the dentist) made  feel comfortable. And have a overall good experience highly recommend this place

This dentist is amazing!!! I haven’t been to the dentist in years because of problems with three past dentist not numbing my mouth properly and causing severe pain while working on me not Dr. Nguyen, he got it right the first time! The icing on the cake is that he doesn’t use shots. He has this cool device that massages your gums while administering anaesthetic. I had a severely decayed tooth pulled and replaced with a dental implant. I had zero pain during the pulling of the tooth, zero pain during the installment of the implant screw, zero pain after the surgery, and not one drop of blood was lost due to the state of the art laser. I’m forever thankful to Dr. Nguyen!

Extremely welcoming , very clean and well organized. They make you feel so welcomed and they are helpful and kind people. Would recommend this place to anyone. It’s great Dental Center. I had questions they answered all of them with great detail and they assisted me when I needed it.

Awesome dentist!!!! Dr. Nguyen is the best!!! Virtually painless shots, great work and he is so informative. After wondering why my molars were in such terrible shape, even though I brush and floss, Dr Nguyen told me that sleep apnea can cause stomach acid to make its way up to your esophagus and into the oral cavity where it can ruin your teeth!!! I had no idea.  I also recently took my 5 year old to see Dr Nguyen as well, and he was so sweet with him. Explaining all the tools he would be using, and even demonstrating. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and team.

I’ve been going to this great facility for a little bit over 5 yrs. The atmosphere is great, customer service is great, and they always work with me on prices. They make it feel affordable, not like any other office when they hit you with number. The hygienist Paola is great, also Arlene always breaks everything down by detail. Last but not least Dr. Nguyen. Great Dentist, he really cares about his patients, I cant tell he loves what he does

This place ROCKS!!! Super clean, kid friendly, customer service exceptional and the Doctor is AMAZING! Not only did they take care of my insecurity of being afraid of going to the doctor but his staff is sweet with great customer service. I’m keeping this Dentist till I have no teeth…lol

Dr. Dat Nguyen….What a fantastic dentist! My daughter had an excruciatingly painful gum condition called pericoronitis on her back molar.
After seeing our regular Pediatric dentist she told us we should see Dr. Dat Nguyen to get this taken care of with his laser vs traditional scalpel surgery for quicker healing and reduced pain. To make a long story short, my daughter needed to have a good portion of her gum removed because it was obstructing the molar from fully erupting properly. Ouch! I called his office and his staff was amazing! They initially offered me appts the following day, then asked me if she was in a lot of pain. When I said yes, they immediately asked the dentist if he could squeeze her in the same day because they didn’t want her to suffer any longer. So we got in within 2 hours. They were fast and thorough in verifying my insurance coverage. I asked them to make certain it would be covered before we started any procedures. We arrived and the front desk staff was wonderful. They sat down and showed me the complete itemized breakdown of what costs would be so there were no surprises. I appreciated that immensely. There was virtually no wait and the dentist was so calm and gentle and very good about explaining what was going to happen, to reassure my daughter before doing anything. (Initially she was terrified).
Dr. Nguyen used a laser (Biolase) to remove the gum tissue as well as fix a cavity on the same molar that was covered by the gum tissue. All without any need novacaine! I couldn’t believe it! My daughter said it felt “weird” but didn’t hurt. Why did I not know about this laser and this dentist before? There was no downtime and recovery was quick and easy. No pain pills needed. That evening I got a call and text from Dr. Nguyen checking in to see how my daughter was recovering. Amazing skills and great bedside manner! My husband and I will be switching to Dr. Nguyen after this great experience.

The staff and dentists here are amazing!! Very friendly, they take the time to discuss procedures and answer any questions you have. Both my 7 year old son and I have had to have a lot of work done on our teeth, and both experienced NO pain from shots or work done because of special lasers they use! I highly recommend Upland Lader Dental Center for ALL members of your family!
