This office is the most kind and caring group of people I have ever had the opportunity to work on my daughter’s teeth. Whatever billing issues Christina had she must had not been listening very well or wanted something for nothing. They have cared for my daughter with her braces like she was their own child. My kids have been here since they were little and have enjoyed the whole team. They are a great bunch of people that are sweet, respectful and upfront with what needs to be done. The office staff is always ready to help when I need extra paperwork for insurance or a copy of records. Dr. Kim and Dr. Mulcahey are the best!! In addition, there is always coffee available for me while I wait for my 3 kiddos

I was so happy with my experience at Valencia Children’s Dental. My 4 year old daughter was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect, and they quickly put her at ease and showered her with lots of glittery items to make her happy and keep her distracted. The staff was incredibly friendly. They have a great waiting room, filled with toys and even a variety of Keurig options for Mommy and Daddy. We’ll be using them for years.

Love, love everyone here!!! Everyone is friendly and professional and we feel welcome the second we walk through the door. Dr. Mulcahey and her team always makes the kids feel comfortable and safe. My boys love them. I love the fact that Dr. Mulcahey is also an Orthodontic. You get the best of both worlds in one place! Two of my boy’s have had braces and we’ve had a couple emergencies. The staff was wonderful, they worked with me for a payment plan I could afford. I highly recommend Valencia Children’s Group!

My children have been going to VCDG for 10 years and I have never considered going anywhere else! They really know how to do pediatric dentistry. Everything is geared towards the kids and parents having a great experience. The staff at the front desk is the best I’ve ever encountered in a doctor’s office; they make us feel like family. I frequently have to reschedule appointments and it is never a problem. They understand the life of a busy parent. The hygienists and dental assistants are gentle and friendly and everyone works together as a team. Dr. Mulcahey has always treated my kids as if they were her own. She and Dr. Kim are warm, caring and very professional. It is such a bonus that they do orthodontics also. My 14 year old son just got his braces off and it was so fabulous being able to take him to the same office and the same doctor! His teeth are now beautiful!! I can’t say enough good things about VCDG. A trip to this dentist office is never dreaded, always anticipated!

I went to Valenica Childrens Dental Group to Dr. Mulcahey growing up and my two younger brothers continue to go here for Dentistry and Orthodontics. It a great children’s dental. I had Dr. Mulcahey for years as my Orthodontist, she left my teeth absolutely beautiful and I am now so proud of my smile. It did take a very long time to adjust my teeth but that’s braces for you. When I got braces here years ago, actual braces were really my only option for the price range we had available to fix my teeth but my younger brothers got them much later and Invisalign became a much more affordable option in that time. Dr. Mulcahey gives both options. The dental hygienists are friendly, thorough, and gentle. It very much smells like the dentist. Like laughing gas and disinfectant, not a pleasant smell but very dentisty. I suppose not out of the ordinary. I really don’t like their choice in television that constantly plays. I don’t like Disney channel but I suppose that is more of a preference that doesn’t have to do with dentistry still I don’t want to be forced into watch the Disney channel while getting my teeth cleaned.

From the moment I called to book my daughters appointment to the moment we left the appointment I was completely impressed. The staff is amazing and friendly, Dr. Kim was amazing at explaining to my daughter in a way a 3 year old could understand exactly what was happening play by play. I was nervous how things would go today as my daughter is scared of the doctor due to some medical issues earlier this year, but you wouldn’t know that by this appointment. I’m so grateful for the time and care they put in to this appointment and I am confident they will continue to do so. Loved the “tooth brush station” complete with toothbrushes, toothpaste, and mouthwash for the kiddos, the photobooth set up for your after photos, and the prizes they give for doing a good job. So many little details that definitely didn’t go unnoticed!

There are no words that will do justice to the perfection that we experienced at Valencia Children’s Dental group.  The staff are a team of absolute pro’s who make it a pleasure visiting the office.  They are accommodating and courteous.  The office space itself feels like you’re hanging out in your own living room,  the fish tank is especially awesome.  Dr. Mulcahey is a virtuoso with her craft.  She absolutely transformed my son’s smile.  And in such a short time!!    Let Valencia Children’s Dental be the end of your search for any and all dental or orthodontic needs.  Thank you Dr. M. and everyone at VCDG.

Valencia Children’s Dental group has been so great to my son, now 8 years old. He has been going to Valencia Children’s Dental since he was 2 years old. This dentist is actually out of network for my insurance but I would not trade it for any other!!! They staff is wonderful, always friendly, polite, patient, and accommodating!!! They offer a no cavity raffle as a motivation to keep the kids interested in their oral hygienes. My son actually won once and got a gift card to toys r us, and his picture up for a year which my son LOVED! I am excited to start taking my other son who will be 2 in October. Dr. Kim and Dr. Mulcahey are GREAT!! I’ve recommended this dentist to many and I will continue to do so!

I was referred to this office by my daughter’s regular dentist because she would not allow the shot for her fillings and it started to get traumatic for her. I was nervous after I read the reviews on Yelp, but decided to trust the recommendation and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO GLAD I did. The Valencia Children’s Dental Group just knocked my socks off. My daughter, who is only five, was very antsy about getting the gas, and she even started to cry but Dr Kim calmed her, and gained her trust very quickly. My daughter did not flinch once, even when they gave her multiple shots for her fillings, she didn’t cry… she was so at ease. I was in absolute awe! Not only that, but they were very clear from the beginning what the cost of the fillings would be and gave me a break down and a print-out per visit. They were personable and friendly, and my daughter now declares that they are her favorite dentist. I am very happy with everything about the office and I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have young children.
