Going to the dentist is never fun but Dr. Pham and his staff alleviate my anxiety. From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted with smiles and positive attitudes, always a huge requirement for me. The staff is attentive and always laughing. Dr. Pham has a great sense of humor, never stuffy. I recently had to have a couple of crowns replaced. His office was willing to work with me and offered several payment options. Always a plus in my book! They even offer their own, low cost dental insurance for those without it. My kids (10 and 12) like going to Dr. Pham too!

I took my daughter to this dentist after taking her somewhere else where she had a bad experience. The Dentist and her assistants at Valencia Dental Group were all very caring and nice to my daughter. My daughter said to me after she went to the dentist, “Mommy is this going to be my new dentist? Cause I like them they are nice and not scary like the other place.” I told her “Yes this is going to be your dentist” and she smiled. I am very happy with the staff at Valencia Dental Group because they were helpful with my daughter. I am also happy with them because of how they made my daughter and myself feel comfortable.

I think I finally found our new dentist in our neighborhood. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I felt welcomed and I really like how they were able to adjust to my needs during my visit. I was probably lucky since it was early in the morning too. I had a good experience/interaction with all the staff and dentist. And, I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell to me during my whole visit. I would definitely come back again to see if the experience would be the same. And, would recommend people to come here too.

Well this was an unplanned visit and we were in a panic!! This poor office dealt with so much and is so incredible and patient. We were at the ice station and our 8 year old fell on the ice and broken his front tooth in half. This is not our family dentist but we will be back and we will refer everyone here. We ended up here because they were the closest to the ice station and the nicest on the phone. We were in a panic and they were incredible. Amazing customer service from the minute I called until the minute we left. So thankful to the front office staff, the dentist and the hygienists. I recommend this office to anyone! So so thankful to them for taking such great care of my kiddo.

I’ve had dental issues my whole life. From cavities to teeth coming in the wrong places. It has made me see dentists much more than the routine ‘check up and clean’ and has always been a struggle to even get up the courage to go anymore. I put off this visit for far too long. Before I went, my wife signed me up online and was able to inform them that I was very sensitive to the issues I had going on. They were and are, amazing. From the first moments stepping in, I had a good vibe from the place. The front desk ladies are very nice and quite helpful. The attitudes are down to earth and positive. When it came time to see the doctor, he was very understanding of my situation and I really felt like he wanted to help me as an individual and not as another number coming through. I will go no where else but here. As someone who has been in and out of dentists offices for a long time and that’s very concerned about the quality of service, I would recommend VDG to anyone who needs to see a dentist. To VDG, Thank you for being there and I will be setting up my next appointment without reservation or concern.

Thank you to Dr. Lee and staff, my kids LOVE going to the dentist now! From check in, x-rays, cleaning and checkup, everything went very smoothly, my kids felt at ease and were excited about being there. As a parent, I like how Dr. Lee thoroughly explained my children’s treatment and the course of action. I was nervous going into this appointment since we had a horrible experience with our last dentist who tried to push unnecessary treatments that would have cost us hundreds of dollars. I’m so glad we found Dr. Lee and the rest of the staff at Valencia Dental Group.

What can I say? Another great experience at this office. Everyone is super friendly and caring. Dr. Ray is wonderful. He is the best dentist ever. He listens and cares about his patients. I don’t have dentist phobia anymore. Thank you Dr. Ray!

I have to say I have not been here but I have had Raymond Safarkoolan Dentist here in Bakersfield, Ca. I was sad to hear he was leaving but I would like anyone in Valencia that is looking for good references on a dentist, he is amazing. Such wonderful patient bedside manners which is always important and very patient with some like me that are not always 100% when seeing a dentist. So I recommend him from Bakersfield, Ca.

I’m shocked that this office does not have 5 stars strong, because they definitely should. To explain the POV I’m coming from, as I’m sure others can definitely relate, I have an extreme fear of dentists due to how poor my previous dentist was (mainly not stopping a filling when I explained I had pain on more than one occasion) and because of this, I haven’t been to a dentist in 5 years. I’m 23 now and realize I had to go sooner or later and finally be an adult about this stuff. I used to work at the Office Depot next door and always had a great experience working with their team as customers, and figured that if I’m going to trust anyone, it’s going to be someone I’ve had a positive rapport with. The details of my actual appointment are not important, to be honest. But the assistants, and Dr. Ray, and the secretaries are all FANTASTIC. They were all so patient with me, especially after I explained my issues with my previous dentist. They explained what they were doing and talked me through the procedure as they did everything and went at my pace for everything. I also left an appointment before we began because I wasn’t relaxed enough to begin and again, the staff was extremely accommodating to that and were happy to reschedule for me. Basically what I’m trying to say is, this team is absolutely fantastic. And Dr. Ray is an amazingly skilled dentist, and again, I can’t stress the patience enough. I am going to stay with this office for as long as possible. Thank you all again for helping me and being such a pleasure. 🙂 I can’t say I’ll stop being spastic whenever I come in but I’m sure with time, I’ll grow out of it eventually.

Before going to see dr. Ray at the dentist’s office I had done no research but couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. He and his staff is by far the most customer trained and friendly but most important competent dental practice in the Santa Clarita Valley. Not only do they work with you on prices; every procedure is done properly with your care in mind and after my crowns and fillings I left with a smile because of the experience and because my teeth looked as good as they feel! I recommend them with all of my heart 10 out of 10 best dentist in the valley!
