Today was my first visit and everyone I interacted with was so nice and friendly so much so that I already felt at home. I had a prophylaxis from Shilpa. She did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. I was impressed the way she explained what she was going to do. On top of that, she patiently explained to me the right way of brushing and flossing using a water pick. For sure, I will do what she suggested. She is topnotch! Dr. Wong examined my teeth that need to be extracted because of cavities and replaced with possible implants. His explanation on implant was great.

Dr. Wong and his team are incredible from receptionist to the dental assistants. The reviews on yelp are true! Came here as a new patient and left super happy. The treatment was very efficient, fast and trustworthy. As soon as the treatment was done, Dr. Wong sent Rx to my drug store so I can pick them up on the way home. I would recommend Valley Dental and Othodontics to everyone.

Best Dentist Experience I Have Had. Results and service at the top of the game – I found my permanent dentist. Dr. Wong, during my first visit, solved a years long issue that 3 other dentist had fallen short of identifying, much less fixing. My appreciation for the pure talent and skill in Dr. Wong cannot be stated in words. Dr. Wong, with confidence, was able to skillfully, instinctively and intuitively identify the problem and made special arrangements to help me the next day. Turns out a root canal had been the issue (also got a crown). I was in severe pain. It was pain that sent me home from work, and I don’t miss work. I had dealt with the pain that would come and go. Prior dentists took x-rays, poked and prodded, sent me to specialists, made recommendations, made assumptions… but never made a diagnosis. One even suggested I pull both teeth and get implants. I’m 36. No. That’s when I found Dr. Wong by pure luck, or coincidence, or blessing. Some people go to school to learn how to do something and become pretty good at it. Very few people actually find their calling in life. This man is one of the people who do what they were born to do and set the bar high. On top of skill and talent, the office is very personable and genuinely friendly. In fact his whole office and staff carry the same warm and inviting feeling as he does. It feels as if I’ve known them for years. The level of organization, communication, coordination, follow up and efficiency also exceeded all my expectations. Like I said above, they are at the top of the game here. I would recommend Dr. Wong and his staff to anybody including and especially those dearest to me. This place is great! It took me about 4 years to find the courage to go to the dentist because I normally get really bad anxiety that I am excellent at hiding while I’m at the chair. I normally say I’m fine even though I’m really struggling inside, and then never go back. I’m so glad my husband found this place!! I got sedation my first visit, and then while getting fillings and everything went well. However this time I could not get sedation because I am pregnant, so I was really scared to go. The hygenist was so gentle and everyone was so good at distracting me that I didn’t really have time to be anxious! Thanks to the staff, I might actually be getting over my fear!!

Having “adult braces” went smoothly thanks to Dr. Wong and the staff at Valley Dental & Orthodontics.  In less than a year I have a great smile with straight teeth! He went out of his way to make sure my braces fit well and met me at his office after hours when I needed an adjustment.  Definitely 5 star service!

It has been a pleasure to work with Dr. Wong and his entire staff.  Dr. Wong is knowledgeable and thorough.  He and his whole staff communicate well on all matters – insurance, billing, procedures, and dentistry.  Everyone is accommodating, very helpful, and they even laugh at my husband’s jokes.  Great place!

My family has been going to Dr.Wong since we moved here from the east Coast 2 years ago.  Love him!  Love his receptionist!  Love his hygienists! He is great with my 2 children, but also great with adults too.  He has always been fair when dealing with services that are not covered by insurance.  So happy that we found Dr. Wong and his staff!

I went to the same dentist for more than 15 years. This year my insurance changed and it was in my best interest to find a dentist that accepted my insurance, but I was not pleased I had to change. After research I found Valley Dental and Dr Wong. What a pleasure it is to find such a competent and professional dentist. The staff is equally competent and friendly. In some business I feel like one of a mass of customers, the everyone is a guest attitude. At Valley Dental I felt like I was a patient in need of treatment and my dental health and well being is important. The attention to detail is impressive, my new crown was painless, stressless, and matches perfectly. I am grateful to have found Dr Wong and his business. My husband will follow me in moving to Dr. Wong.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wong since I moved to the tri-valley in 2005. I’ve always had great service from both him and his staff. I had an issue with a sensitive tooth and he was able to see me on the same day. The best thing is that he was really honest with me when he couldn’t see anything wrong with the tooth. Instead of ordering a battery of unnecessary x-rays which most dentists do nowadays, he told me to sleep on it and if the pain still persists we can do more extensive testing. I’m totally scared of dentists but I feel 100% comfortable sitting in Dr. Wong’s chair. He’s sensitive to your needs and always willing to take the time to answer any and all of your questions.

I have been a  patient of Dr. Wongs for over 5 years and could not be happier. Growing up I have had bad experiences with Dentists but my experience was completely blown away with Dr Wong. When I’m in his office his staff always greets with a hello and a smile. Wether it’s a cleaning or other dental work. I am made to feel relaxed. No more gripping the chair with my hands so tight my hands turned red. Just a nice calming feeling. To me Dr Wong is more than a dentist he is a friend along with his staff. I even travel from WA. Down to him they are that good. If you need a dentist don’t waste call them today.

Dr. Wong is a fantastic dentist and a friend of our family for 3 generations. He took care of my parents, my sister and me and when I got married he was the dentist that took care of the wife and myself. My wife had a fear of going to a dentist because of experiences she had with previous dentists in her life. It took alot coaching that Dr. Wong was way different than her previous dentists. This year is her 37th year with Dr Wong. She is still nervous when she has a appointment but once she with Dr Wong he spends time with her to get comfortable so that he can perform whatever procedures he has to do. Dr Wong also took care of our two boys who are now 36 and 25 years old. The oldest left for Idaho but the youngest still with him as his dentist even though he lives in Turlock now. I have been with Dr Wong since he took over Dr. Larson’s practice in Los Gatos.Ca. We now live in Burson,Ca since the late 1990’s, I would recommend Dr. Wong to anyone who needs a dentist that has the patient care and comfort as his first priority . Humphrey Coorengel 5 stars

Dr Wong is my favorite Dentist – ever (and I’ve had lots).  I’ve been going to him for about 13 years.  He does beautiful work, and sincerely cares for his patients.  His staff is extremely friendly and helpful.   The Hygenists are all good.  They are all are gentle, thorough and Friendly.  Insurance billing is done quickly, and is always explained.  I convinced my husband to become a patient, too. My husband is hard to please, and he’s very happy with his dentistry.  At 50 something, I thought I was too old for this;  however,  Dr Wong is doing Orthodontics on me. He’s correcting my bite and straightening my teeth.    My TMJ pain has dramatically reduced over the past year and the teeth are looking  lovely. I am so excited to see his finished product.  Next Up… an implant to replace a bridge.   Yay 🙂
