Today I visited Valley Grace Dental to take full mouth X-rays along with my regular teeth cleaning. I was greeted with friendly mask covered faces at the door, and was helped with haste. The girls were quite attentive! My dental hygienist Ellen H. cleaned my teeth beautifully! Her teeth cleaning meathods are quite skillful. I was then helped by a beautiful young lady by the name of Kimmie D., as I had left over cement from prior orthodontic treatment that needed to be removed. Ellen H. and Kimmie D. both did amazing jobs!! Dr. Huang examined my wisdom teeth and I’m so excited for him to remove them! I got to meet Dr. Hendricks as well, what an amazing laugh! Valley Grace Dental group is really the bomb.com! 10/10 would recommend.

Overall, exceptionally friendly staff. Observed a handful of patients that seemed to really love the staff there as well. This practice has certainly built a positive culture between staff and patients. From a service perspective the doctor and staff never attempted to push any additional procedures outside of the minimum. Doctor and hygienist were open and honest even going as far as to say a deep clean wasn’t necessary after 10 years of no dental visits on my part because I have taken good care of my teeth. I honestly felt that my time, money, and patience was well respected here. In short, this appears to be a very honest high quality practice. Can’t wait to work with them more and bring my family.

I went in for a cleaning and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and new DDS Dr. Huang. Kandyce B. has cleaned my teeth in the past and I requested her this time to clean my teeth again. She is always so friendly and makes an effort to get to know you. Dr. Huang was funny and down to earth. After examining my teeth he gave me pointers on which teeth to keep an eye on until my next visit. I recommend Valley Grace Dental to anyone who wants any dental services performed. Don’t forget to floss!

I popped loose a front tooth cap and they were able to set up an appointment the next morning. They checked to make sure no decay was present, that the post was intact, and the cap was intact, then glued back the tooth good as new. I’m very happy with the dentist, Arthur, and the assistant as well (name started with V). Very warm and welcome office.

Had a great experience – staff are friendly and professional. I had two separate visits. The first was for an acute issue, thankfully they had an opening. Dr Stevens and Roxanne were wonderful. The second visit was for my cleaning and exam. Ellen was terrific – incredibly sweet, gentle, and caring. Dr Huang and Kimberly were both very kind and thorough. I also appreciate that they provide endodontist services in one place rather than having to go to different providers to complete a treatment. See you in 6 months for my next cleaning!

I’m new to town and to the practice. I was referred by my neighbors and how grateful I am to them. Dr. Hoang was very welcoming and gentle in his exam. My hygienist, Stacy, is such a gentle spirit and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me practical tips on cleaning that I had never heard before that were so easy to implement. Not to mention her technique was not only gentle but very effective. I love Dr. Hoang. He was so friendly and personable. He explained everything extremely well and was able to make accommodations around my schedule. Ashley was so bubbly and took time to explain the parameters around my insurance plan. Elvira and Maria are simply 2 of the best. I had put off my usual cleaning appointment due to COVID and was afraid of how my teeth had become. Ellen my hygienist was very professional and through as she always is. I have been to other hygienist in this office and never receive the same care and treatment as Ellen provides. The office staff are friendly and all were wearing masks with social distancing and plexiglass in place if you have let things go like me, call the office and ask for Ellen you will not be disappointed.

So I haven’t been to the dentist in 18 years. I decided to go to valley grace for a cleaning and x rays. Just to let you know I’m a person that has to ask a thousand questions. All my questions where answered by the hygienist and the dr. I felt they did an awesome job. Don’t remember the name of the hygienist that worked on me but she was great. Highly recommend this place.

I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist because it is always painful and unpleasant with my never ending cavities. I went today and was pleased since I did not have any excruciating pain during the drilling process. The dental assistant was also patient when I went to my car to wait until they were ready since it was starting to cause issues with the wait due to my silly anxiety with dentists. My teeth feel so much better after having all the rotten cavities removed. I highly recommend.

If you don’t like to have your name remembered, you don’t like prompt and courteous staff, you’re not really into having your hygienist take time with you and address any concerns you’re having? Oh.. ok, then this is not the office for you! But! If those things are important and invaluable to you, give them a call and schedule your appointment asap! I went in today for a crown. This was my first appointment with Dr Huang & I was very impressed! He’s a caring dentist, concerned that you don’t feel any pain plus my procedure was quick & efficient. His assistant was Vanessa & she was great also! The two worked well together. When I first found out that Dr Peterson was moving out of town I was ready to start looking for a new dentist. I’m thrilled that I won’t have to do that now. I’ll be keeping Dr Huang as my dentist.

Based on my first impression visit, this place was a 10/10. I booked 4 visits on the same day for my family including my toddler and everyone had a great experience, even my husband. The staff was very nice and understanding and did so great working with my husband and I who hadn’t had a dental check up in several years. We both did not feel judge or embarrassed when discussing our dental issues which is one the most important factors for me in deciding to stay with any dentist. The other factor that absolutely impressed me and guaranteed my future visits is the fact that although we were all only booked for exams and cleanings, they managed to find the time to also include some minor dental work for my daughter and several other work for my husband. Having them value my time and make the most out of my visits will help me not lose time from work in the future or lose time in the future with a million more appointments. Lastly, the front end staff at the reception desk was amazing! They help you understand your insurance coverage and quote you on anything you may need in several different ways if it helps you organize and prioritize your future dental work. I really can’t say enough about how much i liked this office, the Dr, the hygienist, and the reception ladies. Thank you for taking care of my family.

I dig the tech at this office. They have these tiny cameras for your teeth. When they are explaining what needs to be worked on and why they put those pictures on the moniter on the foot of your chair so you can see what they see. Friendly and courteous staff. I really enjoy this office

I was so nervous about getting my wisdom tooth removed but Valencia made me feel so comfortable and at ease by explaining the procedure and how to take care post op. Dr. Huang is always a sweetheart, I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time but I’m glad I chose his office to break my fear of dentists. For being so early in the morning, the staff was on top of it, fast, and extremely kind and very helpful. They work with you, to find what works best for you. Just changed dentist and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This office is so clean and welcoming. The hygienist that I got for my visit and Dr. Arthur were super nice and friendly. The hygienist went beyond on my cleaning. You can really tell she took her job serious and wanted to give an A+ service. She showed me before and after pictures of my cleaning and all I could say was WOW ! I’ve gotten cleanings before, but her cleanings have been by far the best. After many poor experiences at various dental offices, I was definitely pleased when my fiancé encouraged me to switch to his dental office. Very clean, beautiful decorated office. I love, love, love Dr. Huang! He recently took over Dr. Peterson’s practice ( he moved out of state), and I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Huang and the entire staff at Valley Grace Dental. In addition to being an excellent dentist- and believe me, I’ve spent a good deal of time in dental chairs, so I know what I’m talking about here- he’s a genuinely caring, compassionate and all around wonderful person. The entire staff is just great, I’ve seen Dr. Hendricks and she is very good too ( and has a great personality) and bonus… both dentists are very good “injectors”- you can barely feel their anesthesia injections, something not all dentists are very good at. The dental assistants are all very competent and always so nice. Candace is by far the best hygienist I have ever seen; she is very thorough- yet gentle- is extremely knowledgeable … and oh, so nice ! I am moving out of state soon, but I love this practice so much I may just have to make the 800 mile trip back here just for my dental work !
