Dr. Hernann is kind, personable, and professional. He is the most caring dentist I have ever found, and he is very good at what he does. His weekday staff of Caprice and Robin are likewise. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. His practice is going to grow by leaps and bounds, so if you want an appointment, do it soon. He is amazing.

Highly recommended! The office was small and comfortable, with just two staff present (Larina at the front desk and Dr. Hernann). Both followed social distancing expectations and wore masks. I had not been to a dentist in a very long time, so I was a little nervous. I was never shamed or guilt-tripped, which I very much appreciated. Dr. Hernann took care of the checkup and cleaning. He was efficient, pleasant to chat with, and skillful (no discomfort or gum pain). I had a minor cavity, which he also took care of. Larina gave me a clear rundown of the cost and what my insurance would cover before the filling. Dr. Hernann checked with me several times throughout the filling to make sure there was no pain or discomfort. All in all, I have nothing to critique and a lot to praise.

Amazing. Although very small, the office staff including the dentist were wonderful. Absolutely amazing. I have never been to a dentist office that made me feel 100% comfortable and welcome the entire time. They were patient with my 3 year old and extremely polite. I’ve already recommended one person to this office and will recommend more. Great job guys!

I can’t even begin to sing all of my praises for Cusp Family Dental. Dr. Hernan is amazing. Super down to earth and so smart. He’s never tried to do unnecessary work on me or made me feel bad about my dental hygiene. His staff are all so kind, they remember you and all of your needs. Their knowledge of insurance and maximizing your benefits is incredible. They fixed a super chipped front tooth for my boyfriend and he can’t stop showing off his new crown. Thank you to this entire team, you are seriously amazing!

Very friendly small office. I have a ton of anxiety related to seeing a dentist and it’s been years since I’ve gone. I was able to schedule my appointment online and get in the next day. The day of my appointment I had everything taken care in one sitting – X-rays, cleaning, and filling some cavities. No way did I imagine I could do all that at once, but the care I received made it possible.  The day after, I took a call from the office and it was Dr. Hernann himself checking in on me. Overall, 5/5 experience through and through. This will be my only dentist office from now on.

Highly recommend! I hadn’t seen a dentist in years and was trying to find someone with solid ratings in my area because I was terrified to get my teeth checked (after so long I was sure a dentist was going to say I had a cavity in every tooth). I was so thankful to see that Dr. Hernann was close by and had great ratings. I was able to schedule an appointment in the same week and was immediately helped when I arrived. Robin at the Front Desk was incredibly kind and patient. I had my x-rays done by Caprice, who is an absolute gem and made me feel like I was chatting with a long time friend. Dr. Hernann himself was unbelievable. He was able to quickly ease all of my concerns and was a perfect balance of kindness, concision, and skill. I’ve never had a dentist be able to so clearly and easily tell me what I needed done and why, without sending fear down my spine. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hernann to everyone I know (I’ve already started to) and I will definitely be back.

Dr. Hernann and his staff are exceptional! I have had countless problems finding a dentist who makes me comfortable and Dr. Hernann exceeds expectations! I would recommend his office to anyone who is looking for dentist who has your best interests at heart.

Admittedly, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. I’ve just never found one that I liked and I always felt judged (on how I brushed my teeth, my flossing habits etc). I realized it was finally time to visit one and I’m glad I found Dr. Zach. I didn’t feel judged by him or his staff. They all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m a nervous person, but the way Dr. Zach explained what he was doing made me feel better. I knew what to expect and that helped me a lot. I know where I’ll be making my regular appointments.
