Dr. Truong and his staff are exceptional. The bedside manner and welcomeness by all at the facility are second to none. Dr. Truong himself has incredible technique and has made going to the dentist, for me, not such a daunting or scary thing. He diagnoses the problem, and fixes it with touch! Awesome! Definitely will be my dentist moving forward!

Amazing staff and extremely professional. Evelia at the front is so sweet and went above and beyond helping me out during my first visit. I was in at 2P and left around 2:40P. My teeth are squeaky clean and feel amazing. Thank you Venice Crossroads!!!

I’m now in my 4th year of having Kevin Truong as my Dentist, and I am happy to report that Kevin and his team provide an excellent service. They are caring, friendly and professional. His team follows up and makes sure we are all on the same page. Kevin keeps it fully transparent with me in making sure that we stick to a plan in getting my teeth well taken care of.

I have seen a lot of dentists in my day and I don’t like going, but I do it because I would like having teeth for many years to come.  The thing is dentists always seem to be selling you something– bite plate for teeth grinding, sonic care tooth brushes, braces, teeth whitening, flouride treatments, orbit gum (yea I know right).  Beyond that it’s ok, come back for cleanings, oh do you want that bite plate for 600 bucks?  I appreciated the thoughtful manner in which Dr. Troung went through my xrays and made recommendations that were conservative.  He was professional and pleasant and I felt cared for. The space is somewhat awkward, it’s like a large corridor but it works for the scale of the practice.   Like everyone has noted it’s immaculately clean and modern looking.  Staff is pleasant and professional as well.  I mean… what more do you want?

Dr. Truong is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I chose this place without even knowing about the reviews, simply due to his office’s proximity and convenience for me. I am so glad I did. All the 5-star reviews are legit, and I figured I’d add one more. I’ve moved around a lot, and for the past several years I’ve been trying different dentists. Dr. Truong was more thorough than any dentist I’ve visited, honestly. He noticed things no one else has. I also appreciated his friendly demeanor. He’s very down to earth and I enjoyed chatting with him. For the first time ever, I’m planning to be loyal to a dentist and will definitely recommend him to others.

OK, I do not like Dentist.  They are mean people.  Right?  Well, I think I have found a nice one.  Just ONE, mind you.  (There might be more) He did a nice trick with the needle, so I hardly felt it puncture my otherwise happy gums.  Music that was right, and a friendly attitude.  I really felt like he cared about what is going on in my mouth, when he is away. The room was nice, a short wait, and some samples to send me on my way.  Yep, I think I will return – and it wont be in 3 years anymore, 6 months and I am down!  I drive across town for him, but the yelpers are right, this is a great experience!

Dr. Truong is the best. Prior to visiting this office, I’ve had very traumatizing experiences at different dentist’s office, but having appointments here are a breeze and I am well taken care of every time. He was sure to explain to me my options and keep me in the loop as far as the process. I’m very thankful to have been referred to him.

Unfortunately for me, I have seen Dr. Truong many times over the last month. Taking two years off from seeing a dentist, and letting known problems wait, is not recommended. Kevin is efficient, and compared to other dentists I’ve had, practically pain free. I’m a busy person, and often times my availability is a mess. With every appointment, they would slot me in not months in advance (like other dentists) but even within the week, flexing to my schedule. His office staff is friendly and helpful, and they would even email me a reminder about my appointment. Overall, a great practice.

i inherited Dr. Truong…he took over from the dentist i’d been going to and i decided to stick with him.  i’m so glad we did!   Dr. Truong truly cares about his practice, his professionalism, and most of all, his patients.  it is obvious he respects and treats his staff well too. he’s always looking for ways to improve his service — the overhaul he’s done on the facilities is impressive.  remember, i know what this place was like before him, and the difference is more than just cosmetic.  he’s put in computerized records, has invested in interactive programs to help patients understand procedures & make informed choices, and even got new chairs that i swear are comfier.  yes, you CAN be comfortable at the dentist.  even though he’s obviously spending money to make the patient experience better, he’s not passing on the costs to us because i have seen no difference what i pay — and because for awhile i had no dental insurance, i know what prices can be.
inherited him. there’s never a long wait to see him, and he’ll even rearrange his schedule to accommodate emergencies.  when my mother-in-law who was visiting from Europe broke a tooth, he told us to come in over his lunchtime so he could treat her right away.  he listens, answers all questions in an easy-to-understand manner, and is meticulous doing cleanings.  he’s honest, doesn’t try to upsell you on treatments, and always keeps a positive manner when pointing out potential trouble spots in my mouth (i.e. “let’s try to prevent decay in this area” NOT “well you’re probably going to get a cavity there anyway, so we’ll keep an eye on it”). parking is on the street, but it’s not hard to find a spot in the surrounding neighbourhood. go to Dr. Truong!  you will not regret it!

My husband and I and our 2 year-old daughter saw Dr. Troung twice over the past year. My husband was in pain and needed a root canal, and Dr. Troung performed it. After a couple days of recovery, my husband was pain free! My daughter’s first dental experience was with Dr. Troung, and he was nice, and inviting, and she made her feel comfortable. We came to him from another dentist in the area who was dishonest, charging us for ridiculous things and lying to us! I’m extremely happy to report that our experience with Dr. Troung and his office staff was exactly the opposite. Appointments were always easy to make, we never had to wait past our appointment time, they worked with our insurance, and most importantly…they were honest and the work performed was to the highest standards. We’d recommend Dr. Truong to anyone.
