When I was looking for a dentist in 2010, I asked all of my friends for recommendations. I only had one friend who raved about her dentist and eagerly told me great they were. Based on her suggestion, I called Dr. Rudolph and Dr. Paino’s office and am happy to report that I totally understand why my friend had that reaction. Unfortunately, I don’t have the best teeth, so I got to know the team really well. Dr. Paino was my dentist for the past ten years and I trust him and his team. They are on top of new technology, will give you their honest recommendation, never pressure you, and ultimately care for you as their patient. Beyond the dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants, the front desk staff is also top notch. They are friendly and on top of things. There were a couple times I had to be worked in because of a dental issue and they always made it work. I still remember the first time I called and the way Trish patiently gave me directions to the office (including landmarks). It’s honestly hard to put into words how special this dental practice is. Although Dr. Paino was my dentist, Dr. Rudolph always said hello when he saw me in the office. It’s very apparent how much people trust this team. I recently moved out of the area and I honestly hate the thought of going to a new dentist. Dr. Paino and the entire staff set the bar extremely high. The good news though, is that if I ever need a second opinion, I know exactly who to call. So, if you’re looking for a dentist that you’re going to rave about, give them a call. Seriously, they’re that good.

My daughter and wife recommended that I change dentist. Well, I am glad that I did! They were right that Vienna Family Dental is an excellent practice. Dr. Paino and Nancy have helped me get through a couple very long appointments with ease. High level technical skills, knowledge, communication, and transparency in all that they do makes for great appointments. They are also very appreciative of their patients, starting with Dr. Randolph. I am now very confident that my dental health is in great hands.

Unfortunately my son lost his front tooth and the entire root from an accident when he was 11 years old. Dr. Bath (who is also an amazing orthodontist) recommended we go see Dr. Paino to find out about getting a bonded tooth since my son is 15 and can’t have an implant for at least 6 years. He also had extensive gum erosion due to losing his tooth when he was young. We saw Dr. Paino and he was truly amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is friendly, professional and really made me feel as if he was taking care of my son like he was his own. In addition, everyone in the office is friendly and professional and they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Because of my son’s high school schedule and sports schedule Dr. Paino always worked to get him in so that the process of getting a tooth could move forward. The process took time and we needed to coordinate appointments between Dr. Paino and his orthodontist, Dr. Bath. Both went above and beyond to work it out with my son’s schedule. Dr. Paino is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure my son’s new front tooth matched perfectly down to the shine, color and texture. He also did a procedure on the gums and was able to make them look more uniform. The whole process was also extremely hard because it was a front tooth but now you would never know by looking at him that he has a fake bonded tooth. I still look at it on an every day basis and can’t believe how great it looks and of course the smile from my high son was priceless when he finally had a new front tooth.

Dr. Paino, as well as his staff, are fantastic. I have had several appointments with Dr. Paino and I have been very happy with his service. He and his staff are very friendly, accommodating, and thorough. The facilities are great and I’ve always been seen at my appointment time. As someone who has some amount of dental anxiety, Dr. Paino has been very good at keeping me relaxed and feeling at ease. Honestly the most attentive and professional dental office I’ve experienced – I can’t imagine going to any other dentist.

I cannot express ENOUGH how dedicated, accommodating and caring the Vienna Family Dental staff is to their patients. Dr. Paino and his team are absolutely wonderful and do an outstanding job to make sure the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and inviting. Dr. Paino is a perfectionist and took the time to explain each step in my dental procedure as well as what to expect and why. He made sure I was comfortable and pain free, which truly shows how much he cares about not only me, but his patients well being and comfort in general. In addition, the office had state of the art technology and software and was able to create me a custom-made porcelain crown with core build up on-site. Dr. Paino and his dental hygienist, Brenda, were so efficient that this typical 3 hour procedure was done in about 1 hour! Most importantly, the quality of his work was top-notch! My tooth has never looked better. I highly recommend Dr. Paino and Dr. Rudolph to all my friends and family!

I have been going to Vienna Family Dental for almost 2 years now, and I always receive excellent service. All of the hygienists are warm and thoroughly competent. Dr. Rudolph always has a ready hug and loves to catch up on your life, and is an outstanding dentist. Dr. Paino also provides excellent care and is responsible for my beautiful smile a la Invisalign. Every time I go to the office I am greeted personally and feel welcomed. I know that my dental care is excellent and will always be that way. I had an ongoing issue with my bite feeling “off” after my Invisalign was finished and had to return to the office multiple times to get it adjusted. I had no problem being fit in around regularly scheduled appointments (basically they fit me in whenever my busy schedule allowed) and at no charge. As long as I am in the DC Metro area I will continue to go to Vienna Family Dental.

I have been coming to Dr. Paino for several years now, and he is a fantastic dentist! He always makes you feel comfortable and thoroughly explains the procedures you are about to have done, and he has done a great job with all the dental work I’ve needed. I had a late-arriving wisdom tooth extracted by him last year, and I didn’t even feel it come out, the procedure was that painless. Coming from someone that truly hates the dentist visit and has always had subpar/uncomfortable experience. My whole outlook on the dentistry practice was changed today. I had a appointment with Dr. Paino this morning for just a check up and simple teeth cleaning…(I have not been to the dentist in several years due to insurance) But whether money is a issue or not, I felt more than comfortable as soon as I entered the establishment. The staff is 100% professional and friendly. Dr. Paino and his assistants know what they are doing and have the knowledge and tools to get the job done pain free, comfortably, and quick. Money will be well spent whether here out of my pocket…payment plan or visits over time, doesn’t matter. This is the place to go whether it be a check up or anything to a further extent.
