Vienna Smiles changes the old stigma of “Ugh, I have to go to the Dentist.” I recently had a front tooth crown that came loose while I was on work travel. The team there was able to accommodate me the first Monday morning I was back in town. While most emergency medical appointments will treat with you the “band-aid” fix and make you book six more appointments to return in the following weeks, Vienna Smiles took a holistic approach in treating my old crown. Emily, the lead dental assistant, assessed my bone damage, re-did my 12 year old post, fitted me for a new, more modern crown and recommended a teeth whitening plan before my new crown is put in. All the while she made sure I was completely comfortable through the entire process and I left with a temporary tooth that looked better than the permanent crown I had before. I give Dr. Barakat and his team a 12/10 and highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new dentist that they can trust!

After one bad experience follwing another, a friend of mine refereed me to Dr. Barakat whom not only was as professional as you would hope your dentist to be, but also so pleasant and patient enough to comprehend my doubts/fears and he took the time to explain the procedure to me and make sure I walked away happy. I was also thrilled of how friendly his crew was and i look forward to my next appointment.

My family has been going to Dr. Brown and now Dr. Barakat and his Vienna Smiles team forever and look forward to many years ahead. They are like family and are very caring, very knowledgeable and ensure we have the best in dental care. Who can ask for anything more.

Thought I broke off a whole tooth and they worked me in as a new patient first thing in the morning. Front office staff was super helpful. Office is beautiful. Got there, and they realized it was just a crown that fell off. Instead of charging me for a whole new crown, they sent me home to get the old crown, which was still intact, and just cemented that back in. Saved me a ton of time and money!! Amazing staff and service. Appreciate them very much!!

Dr B and his staff have fully implemented a safe and practical way for an office visit. There is no waiting in office, you will be texted when the room is ready. All personnel have extra Protection The same professional and excellent service you are used to receiving at the practice is still there. Feel VERY comfortable making an appointment

If you are looking for a great surgeon, anesthesiologist and an exceptional team that will go above and beyond, look no further!! Dr Barakat, Dr Akavan, Emily and Marianna were exceptional in taking care of my son Zain for sedation and wisdom teeth extractions. I could not feel more confident in the exceptional care of this team and the health of my child. Thank you for taking such good care of my son and making a difficult surgery easy and painless. There is no swelling or post op pain and my son is now ready to go back to college!! THANK YOU !!

The staff is very friendly and warm. They are truly interested, sincere and compassionate about your welfare. The Doctors are the best at what they do. They completely breakdown your care plan. Making sure you understand each procedure. They are friendly,caring and make you feel completely at ease with each phase of your dental program.

Dr B and his staff have elevated dentistry to a new level. He puts the patient first and instills that mantra in his entire staff. Alla, Michelle, Kim are all long time employees that know that patient care should be first and foremost. The experience is the most pleasant that going to the dentist can be 🙂 All appointments are on time with little waiting. All procedures are clearly explained and alternatives given. And the costs are always discussed. I could not be more pleased.

I have been extremely pleased with the staff and dentists working at the Vienna Smiles facility. Dr. DiValentin is a great dentist and so very nice. Dr. Barakat is excellent in dealing with difficult dental issues. He thinks through his various approaches looking for the best way to resolve an issue. He too is very nice and pleasant. He supports and comforts you as he presents the solutions. And he stands behind his work. No dental visit is totally pleasant but the staff and dentists at Vienna Smiles help to make the visit the best it can be. I highly recommend them.

I had to have a crown replaced. Dr. Barakat did a fantastic job. I felt no pain at all during the procedure. The staff is friendly and professional. They strive to make sure their patients are comfortable. My temporary crown came loose (not their fault) and they got me in the next day and fixed it for no charge. Highly recommend Vienna Smiles for your dental needs.

I visited Dr. Barakat for a tooth that needed a restoration and crown. He and his assistant made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He is the best at administering Novocain. I never feel the needle and he numbs me completely. If I feel anything he makes sure that I am completely numb before proceeding. I appreciated his candor that I may be sensitive for days or possibly even a week after the procedure. I’m happy to report however that I had NO sensitivity or pain…not even the next day! He always does an impeccable job and he genuinely cares about his patients. I have been extraordinarily happy with ALL of his staff!
