This was my first visit to this practice. I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of the entire staff. My comfort was everyone’s first priority. Each procedure was thoroughly and carefully performed. The Dr explained everything to me in great detail and spent a lot of time with me. It is also delightfully decorated adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the practice.

Dr. Tim Culotta came to be my dentist through multiple personal recommendations. After my first cleaning, I knew why my friends made such a fuss. He’s enthusiastic, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about dental health. Dr. Tim was refreshingly honest and forthright with me about what I actually needed for my own dental goals and needs, while keeping cost-effectiveness in mind. He impressed me from the start and has continued to do so with plenty of personal dental maintenance hacks from his own repertoire. At his recommendation, I bought an electric toothbrush, switched toothpastes, invested in whitening strips and changed my habits around dental care. He’s not only my dentist, but my most trusted dental advisor. Which is what I believe a dentist should be. The offices at Village Dental Medicine are immaculate. The staff is really friendly and on point. It’s a good sized crew Dr. Tim has working for him, which inspired confidence for me. I’ve never been kept waiting more than a few minutes in their welcoming waiting area. And the office’s open floor plan creates a light, family atmosphere. The attention to detail and customer care are top notch. I’d highly recommend Village Dental Medicine to anyone. And I do to my friends and family living in NYC.

This dentist office is so clean and the staff is very friendly. When I walk in, they almost always can greet me by name as the front desk is that prepared for the next appointment. The one time I was mailed for outrageous charges, I called and was immediately reassured I wouldn’t actually be charged anything. When I got the flu and had to cancel my appointment that same day, there was no issue rescheduling me for a week later.

They are so friendly here and do an amazing job of cleaning and caring for your teeth. Appointments are easy to make and keep track of. The dentists and hygienists truly know what they are doing and it’s great for adults and kids (we bring our daughter here too).

Dr Culotta saved me from an unnecessary root canal that was advised by another dentist. He’s super friendly, helpful, and trustworthy when it comes to advising on dental health and needs. Everyone is nice, and the facilities are great too. There was a miscommunication about an appointment where I was supposed to get a bite guard and a filling, so I had to have appointments three weeks in a row, which was kind of annoying. But still grateful to have found this office.

The best dental office ever. The staff is great and makes you feel like family. The work is high quality and looks good after.I moved to New York from LA five month ago and am always super nervous about trying a new dentist. I was definitely impressed. Friendly, courteous staff, attentive to any concerns – and exceptional service. I will be coming back!

Cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this dental office! Needed to find a new dentist after I moved and found Village Dental from ZocDoc. I went in for a cleaning after not getting one after 1.5 years (my own lack of scheduling and then Covid) and had one of the most enjoyable dental experiences I’ve ever had. I have a lot anxiety before going to the dentist and I felt at ease and comfortable for the duration of my visit. Dr. Cullota was so personable and kind, the hygienist, Druthi, was thorough, gentle, and checked on me every few minutes during the cleaning to make sure I was ok. The dental assistant, did not catch her name, who did my x-rays was also so sweet and attentive!. Post x-rays, Dr. Cullota went over them on the screen, explaining what everything on the films was, which I’ve never experienced at a dentist before. Genuinely looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Culotta. I found him on ZocDoc a few years ago and picked him out of the bunch because his office was close to mine. I didn’t realize at the time what a lucky pick that was! Dr. Culotta always does a really thorough job, it’s painless, and my teeth have never felt so squeaky clean. Plus, he’s just a really nice guy. I don’t know if you’re really supposed to look forward to seeing a dentist, but that’s how it is with Dr. Culotta – like catching up with an old friend. Everyone who works at Village Dental Medicine is super friendly and the office, which is brand new and beautiful inside, is conveniently located. I moved to San Francisco shortly after my first visit with Dr. Culotta a few years ago, but I come back to NYC on business often so he’s the only dentist I see. People think it’s crazy that I live in California and my dentist is in NYC…but he’s just that good, people! I recommend Timothy Culotta DDS to everyone I know in NYC – lots of times even if they’re not looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Culotta is the kindest and most comforting person – not to mention a super smart and masterful dentist. The entire staff is just as wonderful – I genuinely feel that they care about every individual patient, and take the time to get to know you and to make sure you are comfortable. (I have recommended Village Dental to so many coworkers that sometimes random staff members will appear at my desk and say “Hey..so-and-so told me that you love your dentist. Can I have their info?”) Wholeheartedly recommend!

I typically dread going to the dentist and that hasn’t quite changed but this was the best possible experience I could have had. Dr. Culotta is awesome! I was seen promptly and Dr. Culotta really took the time to explain my dental health and I felt comfortable asking questions. If you’re looking for a dentist don’t hesitate, this is a great practice!

Dr. Culotta was so personable and kind. It makes a big difference when a dentist makes an effort to get know their patience. The rest of the staff was equally kind and professional. My cleaning was spectacular — both thorough and pain-free. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed.
