Village pediatric Dentistry welcomed both our children and made them feel  calm in every visit. The staff has been friendly,kind and professional. Dr Nguyen is kind and friendly, she has able to keep my children calm in there visits.My oldest has always been scarred of visiting the  dentist but Dr Nguyen has  changed this,his able to walk in her office with a smile ready for his check  up.i will for ever be grateful  to her for accomplishing this. Her friendly staff and state of the art office is one of the reasons we absolutely  recommend her to other parents  but the main reason is Dr Nguyen she is simply the best.She is kind,professional, honest and absolutely loves her jobs you can tell this by the attention she give  my  children we are blessed to have her be our  children’s dentist. 5 stars is not enough  to say how good she is. 100% we recommend her to other parents.

This review is long overdue but after a recent visit to Village Pediatric Dentistry during covid-19, I had to leave a review of how awesome Dr. Nguyen and her staff are. We’ve been coming here since my first daughter was 1 year old. She’s now 5 and we have a younger one who is 3. They are in the best care here with Dr. Nguyen and her staff. The environment is friendly and calming. They wait and are so patient with the kids as to not traumatize them. There usually is a bunch of cool and fun toys, books and magazines but those have been put away for safety reasons due to COVID-19. The office has been modified for safety and appointments are spread apart so they can accommodate the 6 feet distancing. I brought my kids in together for back to back appointments so the office only booked us to be there at that time. Only when we were leaving, did I see the next family arriving. They are not about only making money. They are doing what is safe! Temperature checks were performed upon check in. There are protective barriers and all the staff were wearing PPE. I have referred friends here and will continue doing so.

I’ve been happy with Dr Aivan’s care of my daughter’s teeth. Facilities are new, with overhead TV screens to distract the kids. She doesn’t push for general anesthesia (fully knocked out) which comes with risks and Costs (with a capital C). Easy to get an appointment soon, not weeks in advance.

After five years of going to multiple pediatric dentists in the area, we’ve found our dentist! This office goes above and beyond. Dr. Nguyen is gentle, caring, skilled and hands-on. She’s extremely knowledgeable. Her staff is friendly, and the billing practices are honest. The office is immaculate and fun for the patients. My kids typically alternate between screaming/crying and refusing to open their mouths at previous dental offices, and to our surprise, they loved their time at Village Pediatric Dentistry the moment they stepped inside. My older son’s tooth turned gray after he slipped and hit his mouth on boulders two years ago. Our two previous pediatric dentists who saw the gray tooth never bothered to take x-rays (and don’t even get me started on the unnecessary treatments and dishonest billing we endured at other places). Dr. Nguyen and her patient staff were able to convince my very wiggly, tentative son to get some images taken. The images showed my son had an abscessed tooth that needed to be extracted. Dr. Nguyen guided my son through the extraction like a champ and, well if you know my son, that’s quite a feat. My son skipped out of the office after the procedure. We are so grateful to Village Pediatric Dentistry – thank you!

I took my 3 1/2 year old daughter to Dr. Nguyen (Dr. Win) for her very first dental appointment today. My daughter was not not easily comforted but Dr. Nguyen and her staff (Kris) were wonderful! They both made her feel so comfortable, were extremely kind and patient. They even took a picture with her for her first big visit at the dentist when it was all done and gave her a certificate! Dr. Nguyen was great at explaining the process of tooth decay and what to look for in children.  The facility is clean, VERY kid friendly with iPads, TV’s and headphones for the kids to watch TV while getting their teeth checked. I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Nguyen and her amazing staff. She is our forever dentist and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a pediatric dentist.

I know how hard it is a a parent looking for a pediatric dentist .. San Gabriel just got lucky and has the best one .. my daughter came in to the pediatric dentist on las tunas and Alabama st and we just can’t get enough of our new dentist in town .. she’s patient , she loves children her office is super cute , she funny.. and she knows dentistry.. if you haven’t found a dentist for your little one please feel free to see Dr. Nguyen .. my daughter loves her .

Dr Nguyen is awesome!! I can’t say enough of her and her staff. They are always friendly, polite willing to go out of their way to accommodate her patients. Dr. Nguyen is great with the kids she talked to them and takes her time with each one. My 7 yr old son needed lots of work and she took such good care of him. Made him feel super comfortable. I am so great full that we found her. She has been a true blessing to our family.

At first I took my son to Fun Zone in Eagle Rock, but it was a bit far from us. Then we tried Little Crown Pediatric Dentistry in South Pasadena, but we were not happy with their service. Finally we found Village Pediatric Dentistry. Their office is like a children’s palace and has books and toys for the kids. We were able to go visit during the Covid-19. My 6-year-old boy was very calm the whole time. Dr Nguyen is very patient, gentle and caring. Dr Nguyen and her staff are the best with kids

I would like to thank Dr. Nguyen for being so patient and so thorough with my 20 month old son. She was so nice and didn’t rush him into the chair. She let him get comfortable before she started any type of dental work on him. I found her here on yelp and I am so happy I took my son to her for his first dental appointment ever back in December 2018 and I was so nervous for him but Dr. Nguyen really put me at ease. She really knows how’s to deal with toddlers which I appreciated so much. She has so many toys and books for the kids to play with and she also has Netflix available to play for the kids. The office is so kid friendly and cozy. It’s very inviting and very up to date. I love it. It doesn’t feel like your typical dental office. When my sons cleaning and check up was over he did not want to leave lol. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

Dr. Nguyen came to our rescue! In a very simple but  traumatic event my 3 year old got his front tooth knocked out. Not only did Dr. Nguyen rush in to see us but she was able to sooth my sons pain and fear and with her expert advice and medical opinion was able to help me cope with the incident. Dr. Nguyen was gentle, kind and very friendly with my little one and he and I both were in awe of all the wonderful toys, furniture, tablets, TV’s on the ceiling and so much more.  After pulling my son away from all the fun toys he walked out of Village Pediatric Dentistry with a prize, treasure chest for his tooth and a smile on his face all thanks to Dr. Nguyen.

I am not one to leave a review, but our experience with Dr. Nguyen and her staff was so amazing that I have to acknowledge her. My son is 5 years old and has never enjoyed going to the dentist, he was actually quite anxious right before he met Dr. Nguyen and now he can’t stop telling everyone “I’m not scared of the dentist anymore”. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are friendly, patient, thorough, and honest. Her staff walked my son through each step of the X-ray process (which no other place had) and they made his cleaning very comfortable. Dr. Nguyen provided detailed information about the x-rays, explained the anatomy of my child’s teeth, and provided preventative cativity measures. We’ve visited three dental offices and no one has taken the time like Dr. Nguyen did. She is easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with her practices (another local dentist charged me over $100 for flouride treatment after charging my insurance). Her office is very clean and welcoming. Now I won’t dread dental visits and neither will me son. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff!
