Dr Mastronardi has been a wonderful general dentist of mine for about 5+ years. Throughout that time he has surprised me by the extent to which he does for customer satisfaction. We added my wife to his patient list when she needed an emergency old filling problem fixed. Today he really helped in a pinch. I was chewing gum for the first time in a while and pulled a crown off. I called for an appointment and Dr Mastronardi himself answered the phones. He told me that his office was actually closed, and his staff was on vacation. I told him my situation. He said that if I didn’t mind the way he was casually essex, I could come in right away. Not only did he see me immediately, he did a precautionary X-ray and we reviewed the results before proceeding, and he fully explained his thinking. He also remembers many aspects of past conversations, showing an unusually high capacity for caring about his patients. Highest reco.

Been going to Dr. Mastronardi for years. Never have a met such a caring and gentle dentist. As you can imagine going to the dentist is never really a comfortable experience for most, however Dr. Mastronardi and his entire team always go above and beyond to make sure my experience is great!

Dr. Mastronardi is knowledgeable, listens to concerns, makes you feel comfortable and his entire team is genuinely helpful. He takes the time to present different options when dealing with dental issues and I’ve always felt confident in his expertise. Appointments actually happen on time and he’s been responsive/available during dental emergencies. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mastronardi is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring provider. I am very happy to be able to find a Dentist who I can trust not only with my teeth, but with the teeth of my twin boys. He never does any work on the kids teeth unless absolutely necessary. He’s patience with kids and adult is soothing to nerves and encouraging to keep the health of our teeth in good shape, but If work to be done, both, soothing and encouraging makes it easier to make an appointment for next time.

Dr. Mastronardi was so kind and gentle with both me and my very needle-phobic daughter. He answered all of our questions and talked to us in detail about everything that was happening. He was clear that there would be no pain, and that no procedure he would ever do will cause pain. He is simply the best.
