Thank you! TO the office receptionist and others at the front desk that brought me emergent & ESPECIALLY Dr. Noll and Jane.  I have anxiety out of the roof when it comes to the dentist.  On top of that I left with my SMILE and my tooth was saved.  Having lost a front tooth cap the day before I went to a emergency visit at American Dental. (First Mistake), not only did they not help me they gave me a referral to see an Oral Surgeon.(when I asked if in network they did not know).  I call my insurance company tell them I need an oral surgeon and had to wait additional day to be seen.  I arrive at Surgeon and … guess what American Dental was oh so wrong….  I needed a dentist to first decide could the tooth be saved or did I need a surgeon to pull… I needed a flipper or another apparatus so I would not have to go around toothless.  The wonderful surgeon (Dr. Von Kaenel  DDS).  So he calls an office he had worked with and off I go To Violet Family Dental in Pickerington. They made me feel good from the time I entered the office.  I explained my anxiety … No problems… No judgments… No surprises. (ESPECIALLY THOSE FINANCIAL HIDDEN ONES)  We now have a plan, I have my smile and I would recommend this office to everyone.  As a nurse I totally understand the importance of listening and the importance of getting a second opinion.  Thank you so much Violet Dental office, love the respect I was given and the special care.

This is, hands down, the best dental…. doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I’ve only been in three times and by the third time the receptionist, Linda, knew my name. She seemed to know everyone who came in. I was floored. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. The dentists are personable and take time to answer questions and give thorough explanations of treatment options with no-frills, up front costs. The assistants are so warm and welcoming which is a huge plus in this otherwise anxiety inducing environment. This office makes dentist visits. … dare I say it… enjoyable.

My family of 5 were new patients this week. Very pleased with the professionalism and care we received. I had to work with the front office staff to get dental records from previous dentist and they were always polite and very helpful. Hygienist and Dentist were great, they didn’t try to sell me services we didn’t need. Happy to have found them!

Dr. Knoll has been my dentist for almost 6 years and I have never had a bad experience in her office. Her staff is friendly, fun and very professional and Dr. Knoll is caring, takes her time and wants to make sure you understand her recommendations. Some dentists I’ve visited before I moved to town pushed cosmetic services and even books. Dr. Knoll is focused on your dental health, not making a fast buck. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience and will continue to recommend her to my friends. She’s the best!

I had a wonderful experience at violet family dental. The hygienist, the secretary, and the doctor were all very professional, courteous, gentle, and personable. The office was clean. The atmosphere in the whole office and with all of the workers was very friendly. I told my experience to my son and daughter-in-law And they are seriously thinking of switching over to the pilot family dental

First time client after our previous dental provider dropped our insurance. As soon as I walked in I was immediately impressed. Friendly staff. Staff genuinely care for their patients and provide exactly what you need for your teeth. They aren’t about giving you unnecessary services/treatment. Highly recommend this dental provider

Absolutely fantastic first visit! On my last visit to another practice, I was told I needed 4 teeth fixed, and according to Violet there was no work to be done! I had a gut feeling the last practice was taking advantage, and this confirmed! They were gentle, explained everything very well, and I truly felt that no one was trying to take advantage of me whatsoever. Can’t say enough good things!

Violet Family Dentist has been my source of regular dental care since I moved to Ohio 14 years ago. The staff is simply great. They are always courteous, friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Each staff member is skilled and competent, from the receptionist to the dentists. Thanks to them I was referred to a great periodontist for some periodontal work which was beyond their capability. I always turn to Violet Family Dentist first for primary dental care, knowing I am in good hands and will receive the best possible care. The dental staff delivers dental care that is too quality and affordable. The office staff handles all details of the billing for their work and coordinates directly with your insurance company. I am billed only for work not covered by my dental insurance policy. I highly recommend Violet Family Dental to anyone seeking high quality dental care.

I have always felt comfortable going here! My most recent visit involved me and both of my young children (ages 3 and 5) and I was dreading it. But the hygienist was absolutely amazing with my kids. She was patient and helpful in keeping them occupied and out of trouble while she cleaned my teeth. She was so gentle and patient with them that they were comfortable the whole time. I liked them for myself, but I absolutely recommend them for young kids!

Cleanings definitely need to be scheduled months in advance but the office is always quick to get patients in for any concerns/issues. Kiddos are also quick to get appointments. Love the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and leave me feeling like my care is in good hands. I would certainly recommend this practice!

I LOVE Dr. Noll. She is so warm and friendly. I feel like she genuinely cares. I’ve been going to her for years now… I guess since probably like 2003 so around 8 years or so. The dentist I went to before was always trying to get me to buy things and have things done. I felt like he was just trying to make money off of me. I definitely do not feel that way with Dr. Noll. She never seems rushed even when I can tell they are really busy. Never had a single problem. Look forward to going to her until I’m old and gray!

Loved every moment of my experience! Short wait time. Friendly receptionist’s! Extremely personable group of people! I had Molly Lebow as my dentist and she made sure that she took care of my anxiety, my comfortability, and my teeth. She was the second dentist I had been two in two weeks. I’d came to her for a second opinion because I felt as though I was being misled at the first and boy am I glad I did! I have never been more confident in a medical practice. Such wonderful people! Thank you to everyone who assisted me today! You guys do wonderful things!
