I have been a patient of Dr Rick Ingram for several years and have only had the best of care. I used to dread going to the dentist, but his quick wit and upbeat attitude changed that. During this time period I have had fillings and crowns done and have been pleased with the work. If I noticed a rough edge or something amiss, he quickly took care of my concern. The ladies at the front desk and those who have assisted him have changed over the years, but they have always been top notch as far as I’m concerned. I recommended VIP Smiles to my mom-in-law and she started going there and has also been happy with their service.

My family and I have been going to VIP for about 6 years. Recently my wife had to have a dental implant. There was complications with the color match from the independent lab. They did not give up until it was done right. I was worried they would tell us that they could not get it perfect. Not only did they not give up, they got it right and even gave my wife a nice thank you note for her patience. Thanks VIP team!

VIP dream smiles is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Their staff is amazing, so happy upbeat, and friendly. They make you feel at ease every time you go, but especially if you have to have a root canal and crown. My kids love getting their teeth cleaned every 6 months they look forward to it and count down the days until their next appointment!

I went to VIP smiles a little nervous and really from my experience from another dentist just was not looking forward to opening my mouth again for anyone else, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease, they were not in a hurry to move me out the door, they explained everything step by step and let me decide what I wanted to do first and went over financials and cost step by step, but if anyone wants a warm smile and just a down to earth person that will make your experience at this dentist so comfortable ask for Brooklyn she is the best, thank you for a wonderful experience

I’ve been a patient here since Jan of 2002, Clive was my dentist he really took the time with you as needed and did a fantastic job with my teeth. Shad and Rick were going to Dental school. I came here for hi- tech dentistry, I’ve been thrilled with the service and the people who work here are great!

These guys are the best! They came in on a Saturday to fix my tooth (one they didn’t mess up) and relieve the unbearable pain I had been in for days. And they were so nice and sweet about it. I will for sure be going back and recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!

V.I.P. Dream Smiles is the best dental office I have ever been in. I say this because, not only did they let me do my internship with them and treated me as if I was part of the team. They helped me when I was in so much pain on a day they was closed. This is a team that will do their best to make you feel comfortable.

The Staffing the service in this office is awesome my two year old and my six-year-old love going to the dentist because they always make them feel safe and like it’s such a fun adventure. That is huge in my book if my kids like it it makes my life easier.

I started at VIP with emergency care. I’d never been before. They addressed me with respect, patience, and kindness. They explained everything to me. I’m very pleased. I have SEVERE dental anxiety and they were great with me.

Dr Rick and his assistants are so awesome! Everyone is so friendly and they were able to get me in when I needed to be seen and they do everything they can to make each visit as relaxing and pleasant as possible.

This dental office has the best staff! Every time I go in they talk to me and make me feel welcome (without it being too awkward when I can’t answer back with the stuff in my mouth). I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Dr. Ingram helped my daughter get braces. They were affordable and was clear and upfront with us during the first initial consultation. I always have a great experience getting my teeth cleaned here. VIP Smiles has the best hygienists. I have had Morgan clean my teeth for a few years now and she always does an awesome job and makes me feel so welcome. She is also always punctual, I’m always in a hurry and am never there longer than I need to be.

We absolutely love VIP Smiles! They are so friendly and personable. Our kids look forward to going to the dentist every time, the staff there makes each visit a great experience! Morgan and Dr Rick have taken care of us for years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I started going here when Clive was still the dentist, been going ever since. They are awesome with cleanings, dental work, as well as emergencies. They’ve saved myself and my wife on a few occasions. Great staff, very friendly.

First I want to say I’m a HUGE baby when it comes to the dentist! Dr Rick Ingram and Morgan (Dental Hygienist) were just wonderful at putting me at ease about everything. Going to the dentist will never be one of my top five fun things to do but these guys surely made me at least want to stay on top of my oral health and come as needed! Best staff and dentists in town. My fear of the dentist is gone thank to these amazing people. My smile is on track to be beautiful again. And my gums are getting healthier. My daughter used to have super bad anxiety from going to the dentist and now she loves to go and even had all her wisdom teeth taking out without being put under which If you know my daughter it’s a huge deal.

OMG. Every time i go here i get excited. They comfert yiu and maje sure if you you are ok. They always mje my teeth squeaky clean. The are like a huge family. They jike ariund and it is just all around awesome. They also give my dad hugs cause that is what he said he wanted. It is so funnny. They are so much fun.

I have extreme anxiety and fear when going to the dentist. I literally cry when I walk into the office. (I had another fantastic dentist but my insurance changed.) From the moment I interrogated the receptionist with my questions to the actual procedures, everyone was so nice and compassionate. It is hard to understand someone who has severe dental anxiety unless you have it yourself. They were so patient and took things slow. They have great technology so nothing was overly uncomfortable. I would suggest this place to anyone who needs that extra “cuddle” and reassurance.

All the staff here know what your priority is with your teeth they have very good communication skills. They are very nice and welcoming, I always feel at home and never judged when I go to get my teeth clean. They always help you if you have a budget issue and they send out reminders and call and remind you that you have a dentist appointment. They let you know every problem that your teeth have and tell you the cheapest option the best option and all the options they would recommend. They help with no insurance dental needs. I will always have my family go to them
