Kudos to the entire Team at VFD!!!  From the receptionist to the doctors, everyone is so personable and knowledgeable!!  I have been treated by Dr. López and Dr. McCormack, and both doctors are top notch!!  I don’t want to leave out the assistants and hygienists because they are awesome too!!  Again, they are a perfect Team!!

They were WONDERFUL! I went to them because I recently had a bad experience at a previous dental office. They were more detailed and focused starting with my initial exam. They explained everything and showed me my X-rays on a good size TV screen pointing out my issues with a computer curser. They detailed and explained the reason for my recommended treatment. Very similar to a PowerPoint Presentation of my teeth. LOL! They were also sensitive to my anxieties with needles and phobia of dentists in general. I had pretty much given up on dental care after spending much money and never really understanding why I was still loosing teeth. They were extremely gentle with my oral exam. I felt like they really cared about my oral health and not just the money. From the first phone call, they expedited my appointment from a month, to within a week. They have placed me on the ASAP List for my next visit for specialized treatment that I desperately need! This is the BEST DENTAL PRACTICE IN CHESTER AND THE SURROUNDING TRI CITY AREA!!

Very Professional! They also have went above and beyond to create the safest environment and process they can for their clientele during this time in world history. Office is very clean, the hygienist and dentist are exceedingly excellent! You will love this Dental Experience for you and your family!

I am a self pronounced dental mess. I have had bad,no, terrible experiences in the past which has led me to countless hours in the chair! Bad fillings, unnecessary surgeries and thousands of dollars later, I ended up with Dr. GAMACHE ,randomly. This time, I was upfront about my dental horrors which have led to terrible anxiety when it comes to anything beyond cleanings. I told them about my past and how with the epinephrine I shake uncontrollably the whole time, cry for no real reason and occasionally, I pass out,right in the chair from my racing heart and they have to put the chair all the way down,head on the ground kind of patient! (I’m not alone??!) They were super understanding and caring about my condition and went above and beyond to ease all my concerns, I highly recommend their professionalism, efficiency and skilled staff to anyone who needs dental work,don’t delay! I have had 2 appointments and both times they used another form of numbing me, I never shook,cried or came close to passing out. Thank you for helping me get my dental anxiety under control! I must also note that the cost was great, and the accounting staff makes sure that I use up all of my available benefits per year. Next year I’ll have more work done when my insurance resets and I already have appointments in queue.

Met as new patient by a very pleasant gentleman upon entering office, his name was Brian. Felt welcomed although you could see everyone at front were busy and occupied on computers, he stopped, got up and came over since there was no one at front when I arrived. The rest of appointment went well and the staff were nice and professional. But you remember your first impression and the actions of Brian is what stands out with my visit. He deserves to be greeting all that enter the office!!!! Outstanding attitude!

Not a regular patient to dental work my primary dentist sent me to a specialist dr.ganesh for a root canal and with lack of experience with dentist and the horror stories of root canals from others I was nervous but from beginning to the end it was a smooth procedure I literally didn’t not feel a thing during the whole treatment and was surprised when she said all done . Will recommend to anyone anytime staff was great everyone is like each other brothers and sisters great environment great team work

unfortunately i have spent a lot of time at the dentist offices over the years. Glad i finally decided to go into this office for tooth pain, they were quick, understanding, worked with me on insurance and accurate on pricing. Alot of dentist give you one price and bill you for another, especially the other dentist about 2 miles up the road from them. i have recommended this office to friends and family. Staff is great, and office is clean. Thank you

I have been recommended by Caitlan Cuellar the stuff is so nice!! i brought my mom to this location she leave other side of town about 45 minutes a way but we dont care drive to here cuz is worthy they Have been definitely helped my mom is been so happy!! hablan español para la comunidad hispana es muy buena por esa razon te explican todo y pueden entender tu situación !! definitivamente recomendable!!!

Dr. Marc Gamache and the staff at the Chester location have taken care of me for more than 10 years. Before I started going here I dreaded going to the dentist, but here even getting numbed for a procedure is nearly painless! I recently moved to NC and I know it’s going to be next to impossible to find a dental practice that will measure up to my experience at VA Family Dentistry of Chester!
