I have been with Dr. Ramirez for eleven years now. They were awesome then and awesome now! Such a warm and family like atmosphere!  They are all so friendly and professional above any reproach. Dr. Ramirez is great as well as his staff, with down to earth personalities that gives you sense of calmness that let’s you know that he and staff seriously care about you and your health! They make sure that you know what is going from A-Z. They answer all questions of concerns and are totally honest with you. Let’s face it, most people hate going to the dentist, but here, you look forward to your return visits! Also, they do great dental work. Love thier team chemistry! Very thorough!  A lot hard work and fun at a dental office! Can you believe that!

I was in El Paso on a work trip, and developed tooth pain. Called the office based on positive reviews on yelp and they were able to fit me in the same day. Clean office, nice staff, very professional, from my appointment time it was only a short wait to be taken in. I didnt have my insurance card the receptionist was more than happy to call my insurance company and get all the details. The dental exam was standard, and the dentist respected that I was here just on a work trip and didn’t try to force me into any procedures, but focused on just evaluating the issue and alleviate the pain until I could get home to my normal dentist. If you don’t have a local dentist in El Paso and need to see a dentist I would highly recommend this office.

Viscount Dental was referred to me for a second opinion. I was nervous going to a new Dental office, but the Staff was So Warm and Welcoming! Javier was my assistant and he did everything he could to make sure I was always at ease and comfortable. Dr Ramirez was Very Friendly and really cared about listening to my concerns. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. Highly recommend this place!!!

I’ve been searching for a dentist that was within in-network and came across Dr. Ramirez’s reviews online. I was definitely impressed by his professionalism and attentiveness. I will be recommending him to my family and friends. The dental hygienist, Michelle, was very friendly and kind. Honestly, best dentist that I have come across!

I had just visited my Doctor,as I was walking out I noticed the dental office, I have been looking for a dentist. I walked in , the place is absolutely beautiful the staff is amazing, great customer service. My insurance was check to see if they took it. I am so thankful they did. My experience just got better. Its always a bit frightening to visit dentists, well not here. I was taken back for X-rays and was amazed by the High tech instruments and devices at hand. Wow!!! The detail service and explanation of it all is definitely 5 star. I highly recommend this all encompassing dental office.Great pricing too. Dr.Ramirez is factual and very clear on the examination. I appreciate real. I had a phenomenal experience here ,want to congratulate the doctor and staff for the great job done.!!!!

Great team! Michelle, our dental hygienist, is very thorough, friendly, approachable, and polite. She makes a very uncomfortable situation a very comfortable one. Dr. Ramirez is also amazing to say the least. I’ve had several fillings done by him and two wisdom teeth extractions that went smoothly! No pain (not even with the injections) and I was in and out within an hr. or less. Highly, highly recommend their office!

The atmosphere here is not so formal, but is very friendly and relaxed. My hygenist Michelle, always helps me feel at ease and comfortable. And she has a great bedside manner, very gentle and personable. And the rest of Dr. Ramirez’ staff…Roxanne and everyone are wonderful! They have kept me coming back here regularly for over 8 years.

We are very happy with Viscount dental. The office staff is amazing Lorena ( front desk) is always very professional and courteous. The rest of the staff ( a lot to name each by their name) is very professional and friendly! Dr. Ramirez is a great dentist who cares and is attentive to your needs. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed!

If you’re thinking about making an appointment, do it! I’ve never felt so welcomed at medical office. The front desk was super friendly, organized, and answered all my questions. Dr. Ramirez and his dental assistant took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain everything including answering all my questions.

I had a very good experience on my last dental visit. I was nervous and Dr. Ramirez noticed and I could tell he was extra patient and talked me through the process. I would recommend Dr. Ramirez to those that have had a traumatic experience with their former dentist in the past. My thanks to the doctor and to the nicest and friendliest staff.

Viscount Dental is the best!! If you are experiencing tooth pain, they will take care of you! They were able to give me an appointment right away, and I didn’t wait long. The ladies in the front were kind and welcoming. Javier and Dr. Ramirez were the best! They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Javier reassured me everything would be fine! Dr. Ramirez was patient with me. Javier stayed with me the whole time, talked to me and put me at ease when my anxiety started to kick in. They are the best in El Paso! If you have a cavity don’t wait.

I am so scared of the dentist. In the past, I had a very terrible and traumatic experience while getting dental work done. I expressed this to Dr. Ramirez and he was very understanding and patient with me, and he made sure I wasn’t in pain while filling cavities. Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Ramirez, the hygienist, and all of the staff. I no longer freak out about going to the dentist, so I have been a lot more consistent with getting my 6 month cleanings and have had overall better oral health as a result! Dr. Ramirez is very honest, caring, and patient. Would definitely recommend!! Best dentist I’ve ever been too, and I am no longer nervous to go in for my checkups.

I admit that when I first met Dr. Ramirez, I was like, ‘Oh my God! How old is this guy?’ So yes, for the first time ever, a young dentist. He’s knowledgeable and gentle. And his staff? Well, to me, they are truly the ones to make all the difference. They genuinely seem to get along. And they’ve learned my name. Who does either of those things nowadays?! Kudos to the great environment the office has going on.

Excellent General Dentistry. I’ve taken my whole family here from my youngest of 12 and his 2 older brothers, my wife and myself. I also have a special needs teenager and Dr Ramirez was very patient with him. The front desk clerks are very nice and the office is very welcoming. For simple procedures you are usually out in about an hour. For those with anxiety and fears he is very assuring and if it is a major procedure he will send you referrals if it is something he can not do there in the office. Setting appointments and explanations of the billing are satisfactory. He will be our Dentist for years to come without a doubt.

Dr Ramirez has been our family dentist for almost 10 years. I staff is awesome!!!!! I recently had my teeth cosmetically done and look wonderful!! Unfortunately I am unable to posts pictures. This serves as my consent to post my pictures.

Viscount Dental has a very warm and welcoming environment. And the staff is like family, very caring people. I told my cousin about this clinic when I started coming over 7 years ago. And she LOVES it. And I love what Dr. Ramirez has done for me. I tell all my friends and family he has worked Miracles in my mouth!

The staff is so kind and comforting which helped ease my fears of going to the dentist. I want to start by saying I loathe going to the dentist. It terrifies me! The staff and doctor here did so much to make me feel at ease during both of my visits. The explanation of the procedure and the billing for it was in-depth. (I paid out of pocket and the pricing was reasonable and affordable)The entire staff is so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
