I went to see Dr. Kent Wagner as a new patient for a second opinion. I was greeted by an exceptional front office staff the moment I arrived for my appointment. Very kind and friendly! Then Jesse took me to the exam room where x-rays and other pictures were done. Jesse was fabulous! She was very professional and excellent in her people skills. Then Dr. Kent Wagner arrived and introduced himself. I told him I had been terrified with the experience I had at another dentist office in Las Vegas. I was told by another dentist (who was severely deficient in people skills) I needed to have several crowns as soon as possible because my front teeth had many areas of decay. That dentist also told me stains on a couple of my teeth(I’ve had the stains for 30 yrs!!) were decay and I needed more drilling. Well! After an excellent exam and consultation with Dr. Wager, Dr. Wagner informed me there was NOTHING wrong with my teeth.,,,no treatment needed. I was shocked….and very relieved to hear him tell me that great news! So!! Dr. Kent Wagner is my new dentist. He is very friendly, professional, and I was told he is the fastest driller in town if you have a cavity! I highly recommend Wagner Dental to everyone.

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Your are presented with an air of confidence and experience. Each step of the proposed treatment plan was explained in great detail with your input being considered valuable. You are treated as a person and not a number…Unique. All aspects of my visit was beyond any expectation I may have had. Thank you.

I have been a client of Wagner Dental for about 4 years. Normally dentists visits are not my favorite thing to do as I have TMJ, but everyone there is so nice. Everyone is very concerned about my well being, if I am comfortable, the dentists explain how the health of my teeth are, and the hygienist always asks if I need a break during my cleaning visit. Dr. Wagner and his staff are the BEST and they treat me very well and always courteous. Best part is I am out in about an hour! Thank you Wagner Dental!!

After rinsing my mouth out with garlic puree, I was ready for a teeth cleaning appointment at Wagner Dental. Greeted by a receptionist named Taylor, I immediately felt that such a nice girl shouldn’t have to wear a name tag with her last name on it. The other girls got to be called by their first names, but Ms. Taylor didn’t seem to mind. I told her I came in to be euthanized but it turns out they don’t provide that service so we went with just the cleaning. The entire staff looked and acted professionally, which is a relief because my previous dental office had gum-chewing front desk gals who twirled their hair and rolled their eyes when talking to patients on the phone. My hygienist Heather was very personable and took the high road with me….face it, I’m not the easiest senior citizen to work on. As usual, I waited until there was some blood on my gums that she was scraping before announcing, “By the way, I’m a hemophiliac who can’t stop bleeding.” Lesser hygienists would have stabbed me in the jugular. But Heather powered her way through the cleaning and left me with all 17 teeth still intact. My fear of being overly sedated with nitrous oxide and waking up to find no teeth in my yapper never materialized. As always, Wagner Dental made my open-mouth experience a good one. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

Having been raised by and all my work done by my dentist father, I was very nervous to have anyone else touch my teeth. After my fathers passing, I did neglect my dental care due to this fear for some time. After many referrals and reassurances from friends and family, I went Dr. Wagner. I must say he is a great Dentist in every aspect. From the moment I walked in his office I felt right at home. His time to explain what was needed, his gentle (painless) shots, quality work, and amazing staff all around reminded me exactly of how my dad operated. I cannot be more pleased and know my father too would have given the seal of approval to Dr. Wagner and his entire office. I highly recommend Wagner Dental.

Business operation of Wagner Dental is exceptional. Entire group of Dental Medical group are amazing and hard workers including all workers working in office too. All Doctors too are very good listeners and act accordingly with the needs of customers. I strongly commend for marvelous job Performed by everyone, Doctors, Medical Assistants and office staff.

My teeth have always been healthy. They just weren’t pretty. I busted my front four teeth on the trampoline bars when I was 10. And I waited until I was in my 20’s to have my top wisdom teeth pulled, which led to some overcrowding on my upper teeth. Between my teeth being misaligned and constantly having to repair the composites on my front four teeth that tended to yellow with age and that broke off about every other year, I just wasn’t happy with my smile. For just about three decades, I’d taken to subconsciously covering my mouth with my hand when I talked or giving a half smile that mostly kept my teeth concealed. And I never took pictures showing even a hint of my teeth. That was simply out of the question. All those years, every time a dentist would ask me if I liked my smile, I honestly told them “no”. I’d always had insurance, and was always willing to find an answer, but the answers that I’d received from various doctors over the years was “braces with headgear”. Honestly…my teeth weren’t even that bad, and they wanted headgear?!?! As an adult, banking professional with often face-to-face client meetings, headgear simple wasn’t an option. And three years in braces definitely wasn’t appealing. So…I sorta gave up. And then 6 months ago, my friend (Sandi P) referred me to Dr. Wagner. (FYI…Dr Wagner…she also referred Paul C and Jesus T. And with the amount of work we’ve all had done, a certain someone might just deserve a gifted Sonicare toothbrush…just sayin’…wink wink.) In all seriousness though, Dr. Wagner assessed my situation on that very first visit and came up with a game plan. We’d simply crown the front four teeth, and could do it as soon as the following week. I waited four months before pulling the trigger which was comprised of 4 visits spanning 5 weeks that included a root canal, laser whitening, temporary crowns, and then my permanent crowns which I got today. And…I am completely amazed. My teeth are perfect…and shiny…and white…and straight. It’s honestly something that I never imagined was possible. I told Dr. Wagner that I’d been elated with just the temporary crowns for the past two weeks, and had found that I’d been smiling so much more just because I wasn’t ashamed of my smile. And he’d promised me two weeks ago that I would love my permanent crowns even more. He’d won me over with the temps, but I went into today’s appointment managing my own expectations because I just didn’t believe that the permanents could get any better than the temporary crowns. And I couldn’t have been more wrong. I am completely amazed and thrilled. I have perfect teeth. I never thought I’d be able to say that. And…to top it all off…when all was said and done at the end of today’s appointment, I was refunded $220!!! Seriously…you have a patient for life, and I would recommend you to anyone (and will…over and over and over again). Thank you Dr. Wagner. And really…thank you to your entire staff. Every single person that I’ve had interaction with has been completely amazing. Many thanks!

The staff are all very professional, and they were SO helpful in answering all my questions and explaining all the procedures, the costs, everything. Reception greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door, the office is beautiful, and I felt very welcome as a new patient. All my questions were answered, and they were able to break down all my costs into something I can afford. Very glad I chose Wagner. Highly recommend.

Ever notice how dentists are always up in your grill? It must be part of their job, to invade your personal space. It’s like the human being jammed up against your side on a crowded subway train, breathing on you from an inch and a half away. So my requirements for a dentist are quite simple – he or she must be clean. I’ve thoroughly searched Las Vegas dental offices over the years in my quest for sparkling cleanliness. None lived up to my standards till I discovered Wagner Dental. I was delighted to see how clean the restroom was. It had the look and feel of a luxury hotel restroom that gets serviced every half hour by a well-groomed custodian with flawless hygiene. They should hang a ‘godliness’ sign on the door because cleanliness is indeed next to godliness. As I was seated in a clean exam room, Dr. Wagner came in wearing fresh clothing and spoke to me using clean language. He explained my dental needs but as he lowered my seat, all I could think about was how clean the ceiling tiles looked. Needless to say, I go to Wagner Dental for my cleanings because it’s…well, clean, for lack of a better word.

Got me in the next day for an extraction of a broken off tooth. In and out in about an hour. Great Prices and Awesome staff from front desk to the Dentist himself. Would highly recommend them if you have a dislike of needles, I never felt a single needle stick. GREAT PEOPLE
