We “inherited” Dr. Waite when Dr. Stephen Kim transferred his practice to Dr. Waite towards the end of our daughter’s orthodontic treatment. Since we were almost finished with our daughter’s braces, we decided to let Dr. Waite complete her treatment with the removal of the braces, and then start the subsequent retainer stage. BEST decision ever!! We got to know Dr. Waite, and immediately warmed up to him. Superior knowledge is expected of a doctor, but the bonus comes when his or her bedside manners are impressive. Dr. Waite delivers on both! Now, he is treating our son, and soon he will be treating our third (and last) child! Great doctor, great staff!

Dr. Waite and his team are some of the best! I had braces for 4 years and I honestly am so glad it was here! It’s about a 30-40mim drive for me but it’s 100% worth it! When you are going to an office for such a long time and even after your treatment is over for retainer checks, etc., you feel a part of the family. I love feeling so comfortable, able to ask any questions and knowing that their best interest is my health and care. I don’t feel like just another “client” I feel taken care of which means the world to me and my dental needs! My braces have been off for about 2 years now and they still welcome me, every time. Love this team and would 10/10 recommend to ANYONE.

We love Dr Waite and his staff! My seven year old daughter was very reluctant to start Phase 1 treatment for an under-bite, but Dr Waite and his staff are so great with kids! She warmed right up and now loves going to her appointment’s. To me this was a miracle! They feel like family and they have fun reward systems for the kids. We’ve been going for treatment for over six months now and highly recommended them. I even had a retainer made for myself there, since I lost my old one. 5 stars for sure!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Waite and his staff. My daughter looks forward to her visits and is experiencing excellent results. She is in Phase 1 treatment right now. We don’t live locally, but it’s worth the drive to get the best care and latest in orthodontic options and extras like colored ties, monthly contests and rewards, as well as adult treatments like Invisalign. Not only is Dr. Waite a clinician who is thorough and detailed in his approach, he is personable and motivates my daughter to do her part.

Brought my little in for a complimentary exam and I am impressed! She had an X-ray taken which was really cool. It showed all of her teeth including the ones that haven’t come in yet! Dr. Waite and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. Found out my daughter needs some an expander for her little jaw. Dr. Waite is awesome. He explained in detail all the steps of getting the expander and my kid is excited! I decided to go for it and get her treatment scheduled. They did this really cool scan of her teeth! She didn’t need to take an impression which is great!! They also have a rewards program so she can earn points and get a gift card! I feel very confident is choosing Dr. Waite for her orthodontic care!!

I just finished treatment with Dr. Waite a little over a month ago, and I could not be more pleased with the results! I had a very difficult case that several Orthodontists didn’t want to attempt. From the initial consultation Dr. Waite knew exactly the treatment plan he wanted to do for me and was confident it would work. Even though Dr. Waite was confident, I was hesitant because this wasn’t my first round of braces. I had braces twice in elementary school and once in high school. After three rounds of braces my bite still reverted back and I was left with a slight underbite. This caused me to only be biting down on my very back teeth and was making eating difficult, as well as causing damage to my back teeth. Dr. Waite originally told me I would be in braces for about 18 months, but he got it done in 16!! Each step of the process Dr Waite was very thorough and willing to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or that he didn’t care about my case. His office staff is fantastic and creates a warm and friendly environment. The only downside of having my braces off is not visiting them once a month. Thank you so much to Dr. Waite and your staff for the fantastic results. I love my smile now, and all the issues I was having previously with my bite are gone.

I have three children, all of them have had or currently have braces performed by Waite Orthodontics. Dr. Waite is always super cool and he connects with the kids effortlessly. You can tell he loves his work and that his staff enjoy it too. This office has a greet staff, always friendly and they actually pick up the phone. We strive to provide high quality orthodontic treatment in a family friendly environment. Dr. William Waite is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, and specializes in Braces & Invisalign treatment for Children, teenagers, and adults. Dr. William Waite is grateful and honored to serve this amazing community. Having undergone orthodontic treatment himself, he has seen firsthand the positive impact a healthy and confident smile can have on someone’s life. Practicing as an orthodontist, Dr. Waite feels privileged to help others receive the same benefits he received as a patient. Dr. Waite earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from BYU-Hawaii. He then attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Following dental school, Dr. Waite completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, and received additional training in treating complex cases within the fields of pediatric dentistry, cosmetic and implant dentistry, and oral surgery. Continuing to pursue his dream of becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Waite then embarked upon the final phase of his education at Vanderbilt University. It was there that Dr. Waite received his advanced specialty certification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Throughout the course of his entire education, Dr. Waite has received numerous awards and honors for his academic excellence and superior patient care. Dr. Waite is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Waite demonstrates his commitment to his field and his patients by maintaining active involvement in continuing education courses, study groups, and memberships in numerous professional organizations. Dr. Waite remains on the cutting edge of his profession by staying current on the latest orthodontic research and employing the most effective orthodontic techniques. Dr. Waite’s involvement in his specialty extends beyond the doors of the practice – he works both locally and internationally in providing basic health and dental care to impoverished communities. Dr. Waite strongly believes in serving those in need, and he has had the opportunity to provide much needed dental treatment in Nicaragua, Mexico, and the central valley of California. Dr. Waite was born and raised in Orange County, California. He has been married to his wonderful, and supportive wife for over fifteen years.
