Dr. Wardell and his staff do a wonderful job in providing high quality care for all their patients. Dr. Wardell fixed my husbands teeth about two years ago using braces and he was a tough case! Now he has been working on my 9 year old daughter and she had a pokey wire this morning from her visit yesterday and despite it being the third day back in the office since COVID, the staff managed to squeeze her in today. They are working around the clock to get caught up with all the appointments cancelled due to COVID and have implemented best practices in both of their offices in Hoffman Estates and Glen Ellen to minimize any risk of exposure. They’re doing temp checks on all patients at check in, temp checks on staff daily, social distancing in the waiting room, rearranging workflows, wearing masks and changing gloves frequently to protect each other and patients. I’m highly impressed with Dr. Wardell and his team and highly recommend him to all families

My children and I were lucky to find Dr. Wardell and have him as our orthodontist. My kids’ teeth needed some serious straightening and Dr. Wardell did an outstanding job. His demeanor and personality working with pre-teens/teens was wonderful. Dr. Wardell also caught a rare problem in one of my son’s jaw at a critical time of his development and we were able to address it. Without Dr. Wardell’s knowledge and expertise I don’t think the problem would have been found for years until it was a serious issue. I recommend Dr. Wardell without reservation. He is simply an outstanding orthodontist and person.

My daughter loves to come here! When I tell her it’s time for her appointment I get no arguments. The staff is awesome and so super friendly! The doctor is awesome and great with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. They are always about the kids which is great! My daughter won a contest from here (no dentist has ever had a contest to win something), voucher to see finding Dory we can’t wait To go! Never have to wait long at all! With this being our initial meeting, the office staff was so kind, patient, cheerful, helpful and took a lot of time to help us. When meeting the Dr., I was shocked with how much time he spent with us. He walked us through every step, was funny, and took the time to explain to my son what was happening. We went in expecting to be overwhelmed and over charged. We left feeling informed, confident, and fully prepared for the road ahead. My son commented that the orthodontist trip was “actually kind of fun.” While I was in the waiting room, I heard the office staff answering patient calls, and they were helpful and kind to EVERY patient. That’s not typical anywhere any more.

After 3 sets of Invisalign and 20 years of imperfect teeth I finally made it to the right place. Dr Wardell is a genuinely nice guy. He is extremely motivated to get you the smile you have always dreamt of! I asked a friend of mine who is a general dentist who I should see about having my teeth corrected again, after failed tries in the past and he recommended dr Wardell. From the first phone call I was overwhelmed with the amount of professionalism and care that his office staff took with my individual case. They made me feel that my goal for the “perfect ” smile was reasonable and doable. They spent valuable time with me going over treatment options and costs. His staff is just a delight to work with. They always greet me with a smile and are excited to see my results, maybe more excited then me! Lol. That being said we decided to give Invisalign another chance but he promised that if the Invisalign failed to give me the results I was looking for that he would put on the traditional wire braces and make sure my teeth were perfect before finishing the treatment. We agreed on a price and it was fair ( the price I paid was more then fair for what he has done for me. ) now all that being said the Invisalign failed to work for me so he did apply the braces. The office got me in for my apts for adjustments and even with covid they got me in when a wire was hurting me badly. They did it no questions asked. I have about 2 more weeks in metal braces and my last apt they will apply the permanent retainer and send me home with a new Beautiful smile. Their office is clean and they follow covid guidelines to a T. ( even thou it completely sucks to have to follow all the guidelines, they make it seem not so bad) this is a credit to dr Wardell and his fantastic office staff. When my treatment is complete I will check in and post a final picture. I would recommend dr Wardell office to anyone who has orthodontic needs. Thank you dr Wardell! And your amazing staff! You literally put a smile on my face. A beautiful smile on my face!

Dr. Wardell and his team are miracle workers. My son had severe teeth crowding. He needed a lower expander, as well as braces. On our first visit, I was impressed by Dr. Wardell’s patience and professionalism. He took the time to explain to my son what was happening. Dr. Wardell and his team were kind when Patrick (age 7) was nervous about his orthodontic appliances being placed. Sure enough, after the one year of braces and a few months for a lower expander, my son’s teeth look great. I appreciate this team’s kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. I am a parent to one of Dr. Wardell’s patients. This facility is conveniently located in Glen Ellyn, IL. The atmosphere is warm and inviting when you enter the building and the suite.
