The staff is wonderful and they are professional in their work practices. They tell you exactly what is wrong or nothing is wrong with your teeth and suggest ways to help you find a solution for your teeth. They have great service and scheduling an appointment is quick and easy and are very polite if you need to reschedule an appointment.

From the time I walk in the door I feel the love from the staff. They greet you by your name when you arrive for your appointments. I think that shows that the staff make it their mission to knew each patient by name. Dr. Church is always so friendly and ask you about your day. I always look forward to my next appointment because the staff is so friendly. Who knew a person would be looking forward to going to the dentist. I like the friendly reminder of appointments whether it’s by text, email or phone call. I always talk high about my experience I have after leaving the dentist. I always recommend you guys when someone ask my about a dentist. Doing the whole time you are having any procedure done they are always talking to you and reassuring the your are feeling comfortable and make sure that you endure less discomfort as possible.

The doctors and nurses here are absolutely fantastic. I had a major phobia of going to the dentist for the longest time and finally decided it was time. They were extremely welcoming and helped keep my anxiety and stress levels to a bare minimum through the entire process. I had a decent amount of work done including cleaning, wisdom tooth removal, and cavities filled. I was very anxious about this procedure, but they made sure to keep my anxiety and pain to the absolute minimum. If you are having any doubts about getting dental work done due to a phobia or anxiety issues, I can assure you this is the right dentist to go to. Every one of their staff members I met were so nice, calm, and respectful and walked me through the process perfectly and professionally. I still need a little more work done and I have no doubt that I’m going back here to finish the work needed to be done on my teeth. Thank you so much, you are amazing Washington Street Dentistry!

Having dentists in my family for three generations and having spent a fair amount of time in a dentists’ chairs in six states and two countries, I feel qualified to comment on any given dental practice. Washington Street Dentistry ranks at the top, for me. Not only is the staff cordial and helpful, but the professionalism of both Dr. Church and his assistants certainly ranks at the top. My wife and I began seeing Dr. Church and Washington Street Dentistry shortly after they opened the practice on the far East side of Indianapolis. Ever since, we have been thoroughly satisfied with their work, their attitudes, their service and their desire to serve our dental needs. Across the years I have referred many international as well as American friends to WSD. They all gave me personal feed back in the five-star range. Keep up the good work, guys.

My experience with Dr church and the entire washington street dentistry staff has always been a pleasant one. They always cater to my dental needs with the utmost professionalism. I recently had a bridge done where there was a missing tooth that I had pulled over a year ago. I went in for my prep two weeks prior where they did an awesome job shaping the teeth that were in front and in back of the open space getting them ready for my temp crown. Once I returned back for my bridge I was impressed that the color matched my regular teeth so perfect. Once we got it to fit perfect, the bridge went in and it was great. Felt like I had my old teeth back!!! .Im back to chewing on the left side now with no problem. On top of that when I smile there’s no missing teeth:) Thank you Dr Church and staff for always taking care of me. Will G

My grandmother loved Dr. Church and his breathtaking blue eyes! She was a form patient of Dr. Church’s and brought me here when I was a kid. I grew up loving to go to the dentist because of this facility. It is great for kids, teens and adults. They have you right in and right out with a nice open relaxing waiting area. It is clean, friendly, convenient, and informative. They do an outstanding job from cleanings, wisdom teeth removal, teeth whitening, and root canals and more! It’s impossible to get the same tech every time you go in there that you will be comfortable with luckily, everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable in what they are doing. I cannot say enough good things about Washington Street Dentistry and Dr. Church. I had frightening dental experiences as a kid and as such didn’t get the dental care as I should have as an adult. I’m paying for it now. I’ve had my wisdom teeth out, a root canal, a broken tooth repaired and crown. Now ask me if I remember any of it? Or felt pain? Nope! 🙂 Dr. Church and his team have taken the fear out of dental experiences. They have lots of solutions to deal with pain and dental anxiety – please just be honest and ask – they won’t judge. 🙂 I encourage everyone to get the care they need here. You will be glad you did and wished you had done it sooner like me!

I’m a young adult & my parents have officially stop making my appointments for me, so I was already nervous. I was very scared coming in due to very aggressive dentists in the past. All the staff were really nice & when I had to come back the following week for a couple fillings. I was comforted & was told everything before & during. I still see dentist visits as “necessary evil” but setting appointments & going for my biannual appointments isn’t so scary now. (& it’s a plus that I can tell my parents I actually scheduled & went to my own appointments. Lol)

My experience with Dentist wasn’t the best, until I started going to Dr. Matthew Church he really cares about what you would like to accomplish in getting your smile and teeth back to the way that they should be, Dr. Church is very patient and understanding and HE LISTENS to what you would like to have done. The office staff is amazing and ALL the assistants are terrific. The Dental Hygentist Liz and Brittany are great. I have told all my friends about Matt and his staff. I had some tooth pain and wasn’t sure what it was. I was leaving on vacation in 4 days and wanted to make sure it was OK. I called and was able to get in and be checked. An x-ray was taken and Dr. Church thoroughly checked it. Of course, it didn’t have the sharp pain I had experienced earlier. He was very kind and didn’t make me feel bad for coming in. He told me if it started hurting again to call back. So far, so good.

Dr. Church is the best dentist in Indy. He’s taken good care of my teeth for the past 2 years. I have been with the Washington Street Dentistry since around 2008 for my routine cleanings. This year was the first time that I had to have what I call major work done. I broke part of my tooth and had to have a crown put in. I didn’t know what to expect but the staff made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure to me step by step. I have put off going to the dentist for way too many years because I’ve just disliked going. My husband had dentures back in February and they did an awesome job and then my adult daughter, who was severely afraid of going to the dentist, went in September and they did sedation and she had no problems and just raved at how well she liked them so I finally decided I would go ahead and try them. They are very nice and tell you everything that they are going to be doing and why. All of the people that work there are wonderful. Dr. Church is very nice and did not make me feel ashamed for not going sooner which was a big worry that I had. I would highly recommend Washington Street Dentistry to anyone who has had issues in the past because they are very compassionate and make you feel at ease.
