My husband and I both go to Dr. Bifsha at Waterford Chase Dental.  We have had everything from cleanings to crowns and everything in between.  We have always had professional, high quality care and couldn’t be happier.  He and his entire staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and have just the right approach to put patients at ease.  We highly recommend Waterford Chase Dental.

Yesterday I woke up with a swollen mouth and was talked into going to the dentist. I am fearless, yes……..except when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Bifsha was beyond amazing. He was so patient & kind while I turned into a terrified 3 year old. I had a tooth (wisdom tooth) yanked from my face with just local anesthesia and it was The BEST DENTIST experience EVER. Prices were very reasonable….another win with no dental insurance. smile emoticon Seriously though, if you need a dentist go visit them….he’s like the Tooth Whisperer and the rest of the staff are beyond sweet. On scale 1 to 5….10. Today, no more pain and feeling good as new. Even a gram or two lighter from that funky tooth gone.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Bifsha and his team of professionals! I walked in terrified and in pain and then walked out so happy and impressed. Dr. Bifsha and his team took time to explain to me what the procedure was and what was going to happen. They answered every question and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Amazing team and Amazing doctor. 10000% recommend this place

As usual, I show up with a ridiculous dental situation and the entire crew at Waterford Chase came to the immediate rescue. Literally, immediate. I called at 8am and was there by 10. I called when I pulled in and they said, “Come on in, we’re ready for you.” They enforce a mask policy, take your temperature, have hand sanitizer everywhere, move patients in and out efficiently and safely. I’m telling you, this place is amazing. Both doctors, all hygienists, front desk every one of them treats you like you’re their friend. Dr. B takes his time and explains things to you often presenting a few options to choose from. I have never been so comfortable with a dental office as a whole.

The best dentist! Dr. Bifsha and his team makes me feel very comfortable and they’re honest about their services. They’re very helpful and put your needs first. The hygienist, Trang, did an amazing job on my cleaning! I haven’t been to the dentist since I was little so my teeth need a lot of work. She dive in and cleaned EVERYTHING! My teeth felt so fresh and brighter. Then I got my filling done by Dr. Bifsha and everything was quick and painless! Honestly I used to be terrified of the dentist but not anymore. I’m so glad I found this office! Highly recommend for your dental needs.

Dr. B and his staff were my saving grace today! I broke a tooth last night and called my dentist today for help but was sent to voicemail for over an hour and never received a call back. I found this office on Yelp and took a chance. When I called they were so friendly and happy to see me. They saw me within moments of arriving and prepared my tooth for a temporary crown. The dentist and dental assistant were both professional and very considerate of me and how I was doing through the entire procedure. My family and I will now be permanent patients of this practice. I recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Bifsha is the definition of what every great dentist should embody. I’ve gotten two extractions done so far by him and each time it has been such a smooth experience. He treats you with the utmost care and respect making you feel like you are truly valued and trust that you are good hands. The staff does an awesome job at making sure you are comfortable and explaining what you need to know. The environment is well organized and clean. You have to experience what all the reviews are about because trust me, once you do you’ll never look for another dentist again!

Seriously one of the best dentist in town. I have been to a few dentist in the area and really like how much time and effort Dr. B puts into taking care of me. Recently I went to a dentist nearby and they gave me a $9,000 treatment plan. They didn’t take the time to really explain to me what the treatment was and I felt like they wanted to rush me to “yes”. With Dr. B, I felt at ease- as he took the time to explain what and I needed and why. I now have a treatment around $3,000 for the SAME treatment. I definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I have a great fear of going to the dentist. I procrastinated as long as possible before finding a new dentist after being mistreated by another office in town. I randomly selected Waterford Chase Dental (due to location) and man was my gut instinct spot on. This office is truly AMAZING. Their staff is compassionate, caring, friendly and just overall genuine about their patients and the care they provide. Dr. B takes his time to explain EVERYTHING (and the why behind it). He leaves nothing to question by his patients and will spend as much time as needed with each patient. I would highly recommend this practice. It really doesn’t get much better than this.

Honesty, focused customer service and high ethical standards, is what makes Dr. Bifsha’s office the only place that my family and I go to. I love that Dr. Bifsha walks you step by step on the work being done during the visit. They all make you feel part of the family and not just as another customer.
