I am terrified of dentists and after putting off fillings for over a year, I finally came here based on a recommendation. Dr Ted Rask and his staff were unbelievably accommodating when I told them how scared I was. During the 2 hours I was getting work done, I literally almost fell asleep! I was more than happy to schedule the rest of the work I need to get done for next month. I was so happy when I was finished that I actually hugged Dr Rask and his assistant! If you need some extra tlc at your next dentist appointment, come to Waterhouse Family Dental!

Before going to Dr. Rask, I had had some pretty unpleasant experiences with dentists, and was borderline terrified of them. Dr. Rask and his awesome staff (shoutout to Jenny and the kind ladies at reception whose names escape me) put all of my worries at ease during my first visit. Two visits later, now I have a renewed confidence in my smile, and most importantly, I’m not scared of the dentist anymore! Never dealt with an ounce of pain during any of the procedures. The staff is warm and welcoming, plus they have TVs on the ceilings so you can watch netflix while getting work done (I suggest Planet Earth II: Islands). Thanks Dr. Rask!!!

Like others, I was a long-time Dr. Fothoui patient before his passing. I decided to return to Waterhouse Dental after an insurance policy change. I was [pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Rask has the same calm and knowledgeable manner as Dr. Fathoui. The office still has that sense of Zen, peace and comfort. I’ve only had a deep cleaning and a front-tooth filling that is virtually invisible, so great work! Hats off to their office dynamo, Emily. She is ON THE BALL and an excellent communicator. Just everyone there is very personable and kind.

I have been with Water House Family Dental for about 12 years, I have always been treated very well by “all” the staff members. I have been with the big corporate dental companies prior to going to Water House and there customer service and staff is nothing like Water House Family Dental. I love this dental office and will not go any where else. There hours are easy for me, location is great and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in there comfortable lounge area. Thank You Water House Family Dental for the great service as always.

I called Dr. Rask’s office with bridge work that was coming loose. I also needed a new dentist as my insurance had changed. The office staff, assistants and Dr. Rask were so very sympathetic and helpful that they fit me in later that same day with a resulting temporary fix. They also gave me several options of where to go from there and are managing the estimates for future, much needed work. I am thrilled to be in the care of such thorough and proficient professionals and foresee a happy, ongoing relationship. I highly recommend this team!

Early this year my dentist moved so I needed to find a new one. I have had the good fortune of having had a series of very good dentists over the years, so I wanted another excellent long term dental partnership. I reviewed many websites, and visited several potential dental offices before choosing Dr. Rask. After almost a year and several dental visits for various routine and more involved issues, I feel like this dental office meets my needs. The entire staff; the front desk, the hygienist, the assistants, and in particular Dr. Rask are all excellent. The high technical skill of this team means my dental issues get addressed correctly and with the absolute minimum discomfort. They also are a very nice group of people!

I had a jaw pain and visited a dental clinic where they spent only 5 minutes and didn’t explain the issue or treatment with clarity. They didnt even examine my jaws properly. When i happened to go to Water house Family Dental and underwent dental service from Dr Rask, i was completely and super satisfied they way he treated me for my jaw pain. He took around 20 minutes and spent that time examining me, explaining my issue and also the treatment that was needed. I was at ease and peace and immediately felt worth to book all my cleaning , filling and orthodontics appointment.

I want to make sure I came back and updated you guys on my experience with this doctor and his staff. Never in my years of life have I experienced BETTER dental service. WHEN I SAY THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLEASE BELIEVE ME and ALL the other great reviews this place has. Staffs makes sure your comfortable at ALL TIMES even when the doctor is with other patients. The doctor does not rush you. He takes his time, he’s patient, caring, and compassionate. I’ve gotten crowns and he makes everything painless, he makes sure I’m taken care of first. I want to quickly address the reviews of people saying that this place is expensive. Welp, You always get what you pay for ! So if you want cheap, dirty and bad service, definitely go somewhere else this is not the place for you. If your looking for someone to take care of your tooth someone that genuinely looks out for your health in teeth then yes come here. Also, I want to say that he even recommended a special doctor for my daughter she is 4 and I couldn’t be more thankful for a doctor who looks out in the patients benefits before his own. My daughters 1st time going to the dentist was with him and because of the great experience she had with him she absolutely loves going to the dentist! My daughter will randomly ask me when I’m taking her back for the dentist dental chest.
