Dr. Culley and his entire staff are warm, polite, and professional. I’ve had an implant replacement, fillings, and cleanings at their office. The replacement implant was way better than the original that I had done at another dentist. I can’t even tell it’s there anymore. There has been no sensitivity with any of my fillings. The procedures are a breeze. The hygienist is actually great with administering anesthetics. And the cleanings are performed in a relaxed manner. The front desk staff knows how to take care of business and is happy to do so. This group is better at every phase of the game. By comparison, I would give previous dentists that I’ve had a two- or three-star rating. I feel great when I leave this office.

I’ve been a patient of Watermark Dental for over 20 years. Dr Culley, Trina, and Terry always take excellent care of my dental cleanings, check ups, and most recently a crown. The entire office staff is friendly. I never, ever feel rushed, yet my appointments are always timely! A couple years back I had a dental emergency and Dr. Culley even met me at his Powell location for an emergency Saturday morning repair. Unbelievably happy! I highly recommend Dr. Culley and The Watermark Dental practice!

I have been a patient at Watermark Dental for many years. Dr. Jason Culley and his staff are very professional and efficient. I never have to wait more than a few minutes before being called back to a treatment room. The rooms are clean and bright and overlook a lake! Dr. Culley and his assistant, Terri, provide superior dental care and work smoothly as a team to make the dental experience as pleasant as possible. Trina, the hygienist, is wonderful as well, and I actually enjoy my dental cleaning appointments with her. (With some previous hygienists, I have dreaded the appointment!) Misty, the receptionist, is always welcoming and accommodating. The quality that sets this dental practice apart from others the most is the personal attention. I have faced a number of complicated and challenging situations, and have always felt 100% confident in Dr. Culley’s ability to address and remedy the problems. It’s reassuring to be with people who honestly care not only about my dental health, but also about me. I can’t recommend this practice more enthusiastically! No one likes to have a dental emergency on a weekend or holiday, but it has happened twice with me. Dr. Culley did not hesitate to make sure I received care immediately. I feel so grateful to him for taking such good care of me. I would tell anyone who is looking for a general dentist that Dr. Jason Culley is outstanding. He is highly qualified, experienced, gentle, kind and genuinely caring. He always makes sure that I experience no discomfort, and he and Terri are always reassuring and comforting when I am facing a more involved procedure. Dr. Culley has always thoroughly explained everything he is planning to do, to make sure that I understand, and this gives me more confidence and comfort heading into a procedure. I wish I could give Watermark Dental more than 5 stars!

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Culley a few years back, and were so happy we started taking our young children to him as well. The four of us go together so it feels more like catching up with old friends rather than a dentist appointment. I truly feel that Dr. Culley and his staff take great care of us, and keep our best interests at heart. For instance, my 8 year old son had a soccer ball kicked directly in his face during a week night game which resulted in his front tooth being cracked right up the middle. We weren’t sure if we should take him directly to the hospital or not. Since the hospital would probably refer us to a dentist we decided that we should reach out to Dr. Culley and get his advice on how to proceed. I called from the soccer field and Dr. Culley saw us within a couple hours that evening to look at our sons tooth and establish next steps! That level of care and concern is exactly why we are very grateful patients of Dr. Culley’s!

Nothing has changed from my review below from a year ago. I almost look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Culley and his entire staff make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have never left after an appointment feeling that something was missed or I wasn’t a highly valued patient. I’ve been going to Watermark Dental for almost 10 years. Dr. Culley and his hygienists have done a great job keeping my mouth in order. Besides being an excellent dentist, Dr. Culley is kind, caring and compassionate. Dr Culley and his staff were so wonderful during my non-invasive treatments! Dr. Culley made me feel comfortable and relaxed and his conservative, perfectionist practice put me completely at ease. I received Botox injections on my forehead, frown lines and crows feet and Juvaderm filler in my lips. My lips look fantastic!! Subtle and plump, like they were 20 years ago! The botox worked wonders, smoothing out and freshening my face. I could not be more pleased with the results.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Culley for years. Dr. Culley and his staffs are amazing! Dr. Culley is a great doctor and great person. He truly cares for his patients. That makes a huge difference. One time, I had really bad tooth pain the day before Thanksgiving. I called Dr. Culley when he was shopping with his family. His office was closed on holiday. Dr. Culley called his staff right away and both of them rushed to their office and gave me a treatment. It is not hard to find a good dentist, but much harder to find a great dentist who truly cares for his patients and so kind. I will highly recommend Dr. Culley to everyone.

Great experience every time I go! Since moving to Columbus, I’ve gone to Watermark Dental 3 times for appointments and have had an excellent experience every time. Dr. Culley and his staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They’re also in-tune with all of the latest advancements in procedures and technology. That said, in my experience, and that of my wife and kids, the good people at Watermark Dental place a premium on understanding the specific needs of each individual patient – both, from a dental and emotional stand point (they do a great job of making sure my kids aren’t scared, for example). Dr. Jason Culley and staff are highly skilled professionals with all the latest in dentistry. I’d venture to say Dr. Culley is an ARTIST at what he can create and accomplish. Typically a crown, which is a 2 or sometimes 3 visit appointment… can be done in one day! within hours! with their latest technology! Going to the dentist does not rank in my top ten things to do. That being said Dr Culley and the Watermark staff make dental care enjoyable. Wow I bet you never thought someone would say dental care is enjoyable. I’ve been a patient for 3 years. Just check ups, cleaning and one minor procedure until I chipped a front tooth. Called Dr Culley and he made special arrangements to meet me. That’s great service. If you need a dentist choose Watermark.
